Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia, as one of the largest archipelagic countries with abundant marine biodiversity, plays an important role in environmental diplomacy through the Coral Triangle Initiative (CTI-CFF). This initiative involves six countries in the Coral Triangle region to protect and sustainably manage coastal and marine resources. This article analyzes Indonesia's role in environmental diplomacy through the CTI-CFF, including the challenges and opportunities it faces. A descriptive qualitative research method is used to explore the policy and implementation of environmental diplomacy, with secondary data from relevant literature. The results show that Indonesia has taken strategic steps such as the establishment of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs), capacity building of local communities, and strengthening regional collaboration to address threats such as climate change, illegal fishing, and overfishing. However, challenges, such as the effects of climate change and lack of law enforcement against overfishing activities, remain major obstacles. The article also identifies opportunities through the development of a blue economy that integrates the sustainability of marine ecosystems with economic potential. Indonesia's environmental diplomacy in the CTI-CFF demonstrates a commitment to conserving marine biodiversity, supporting the welfare of coastal communities, and maintaining national economic and food security

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) are one of the key sectors supporting Indonesia's economy. This study aims to analyze the role of photography as a medium of visual communication in the promotion of MSME products. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with the object of study focusing on product photographs uploaded on the social media platform Instagram. The results indicate that photography serves as an effective tool for creating compelling visual representations in the promotion process of MSME products. Attractive product visuals through photography can increase consumer interest and broaden audience reach. Consequently, utilizing photography in promotional strategies enhances marketing effectiveness and supports MSMEs in building product image and competitiveness in the digital marketplace.

Abstract

Workload and work stress among nurses, especially in the Emergency Room (ER), are crucial issues that affect the quality of health services. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses’ workload and work stress in the ER of Jampang Kulon Regional General Hospital. A quantitative correlational research design was used with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 29 ER nurses, selected through total sampling. Data were collected using the NASA-TLX (Task Load Index) questionnaire to measure workload and a work stress questionnaire developed based on the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) standards. The results showed that 62.1% of nurses experienced a high workload, while 58.6% experienced moderate work stress. The Spearman rank test indicated a significant positive correlation between workload and work stress (p = 0.001; r = 0.642), meaning that an increase in workload is associated with an increase in work stress. This finding highlights the importance of workload management to reduce stress levels among nurses. Improving work scheduling, increasing staffing ratios, and providing regular stress management programs are recommended to enhance the nurses' well-being and service performance. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between workload and work stress among nurses in the ER of Jampang Kulon Hospital.

Abstract

Turn ratio test is a comparison test of the number of secondary turns with the primary turns on the transformer. The turns ratio and group vector testing is one of the routine transformer tests. This test generally uses the Transformer Turns Ratio (TTR) test tool, the test equipment used sometimes experiences technical and non-technical problems so a comparative test method is needed to get a good analysis. The research method used is observational research and literature study, namely analyzing the transformer to be studied by conducting TTR testing in two ways, namely testing with test equipment and three-phase low voltage sources, aiming to obtain a very good level of accuracy. The test results were analyzed and compared with theory and calculations, with reference to the IEC 60076-1 standard. The results of the comparison of windings and group vectors using TTR 100 test equipment and a 3-phase low voltage source (TVR) show the same conclusions as the results of the analysis, where the first transformer sample is in normal condition and meets the requirements. SPLN D3.002-1:2007 or IEC Standard 60076-1. While the second sample transformer is in an abnormal condition in the W winding where the difference value is above 0.5%.
