Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai kasih sayang yang terkandung dalam film Sejuta Sayang Untuknya karya Herwin Novianto dan untuk mengetahui implikasi nilai kasih sayang dalam film Sejuta Sayang Untuknya karya Herwin Novianto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif (positivistik). Penelitian kualitatif (positivistik) dengan pola pikir deduktif, berangkat dari premis umum ke premis khusus, sehingga jawabannya tidak bisa digeneralisasikan. Subfokus dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lima subfokus yaitu pengabdian, tolong menolong, kekeluargaan, kesetiaan, dan kepedulian. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 38 data dari lima nilai kasih sayang dalam film Sejuta Sayang Untuknya. Terdapat lima temuan pengabdian, enam temuan menolong, tiga temuan kekeluargaan, lima temuan kesetiaan, dan sembilan belas temuan kepedulian.Kata Kunci: nilai kasih sayang; film; sastra

Abstract

This research has a purpose to determine the direct and indirect influence of self-efficacy on sociocultural adaptation through the self-esteem of Indonesian students who take part in the AuPair program in Germany. The research sample was 53 Indonesian students who had participated in the Au Pair program in Germany. Not many alumni of the Au Pair program come from Indonesia. In 5 years (2017-2022) only 53 young people from Indonesia have participated in this program. The research instrument uses a questionnaire compiled from developing indicators for each variable. Data analysis techniques use description analysis, normality test, multiple regression, correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 25 application. Research results: self-efficacy can be a good predictor for sociocultural adaptation variables and self-esteem. However, self-esteem cannot be a mediating variable for self-efficacy on sociocultural adaptation. Self-efficacy and self-esteem are both independent variables that can contribute to socio-cultural adaptation. The implication is that every Indonesian student who wants to continue their studies abroad must increase their self-efficacy and self-esteem through various training or mentoring programs regarding the culture of the country they are going to and the skills needed by prospective students abroad. There needs to be further research involving a larger sample which might produce different results and analyze the factors causing why self-efficacy does not have an indirect effect on socio-cultural adaptation through self-esteem.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk gangguan berbahasa tataran fonologi pada anak-anak penyandang afasia perkembangan di Panti Rumah Harapan Tapos Depok. Fokus penelitian ini adalah gangguan fonologi yang terdapat pada bunyi vokal dan konsonan yang diucapkan anak-anak penyandang afasia. Gangguan fonologi yang dimaksud terdiri dari tiga aspek, yaitu substitusi, adisi, dan omisi bunyi vokal dan konsonan. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah anak-anak penyandang afasia di Panti Rumah Harapan Tapos Depok yang mengalami kesulitan dalam berbicara, terutama dalam mengucapkan bunyi-bunyi vokal dan konsonan. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan data berdasarkan rangkuman analisis yang berasal dari teori fonologi bahasa Indonesia dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gangguan fonologi pada anak-anak penyandang afasia ditemukan sebanyak 96 kesalahan bunyi ujaran. Kesalahan dalam penguasaan bunyi vokal terdapat 49 kesalahan, meliputi 22 subtitusi, 19 omisi,  dan 8 Adisi ujaran vokal. Selain itu, kesalahan dalam penguasaan bunyi konsonan terdapat 47 kesalahan, meliputi 22 subtitusi, 20 Omisi, dan 5 Adisi ujaran konsonan.Kata Kunci: Gangguan Berbahasa, penyandang afasia, fonologi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the innovative work behavior of vocational high school teachers in terms of servant leadership which is intervened by knowledge sharing. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique was simple random sampling which came from vocational high school teachers from the provinces of East Java, Central Java, West Java, DKI Jakarta, Banten, Riau Islands, and South Sumatra with a total of 165 teachers. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and path analysis. Results: The dimension of the teacher's innovative work behavior, namely with the intent of benefit to the organization has the highest score and the idea promotion dimension has the lowest score. Servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on knowledge sharing with a contribution of 42.3%. knowledge sharing has a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior with a contribution of 58.4%. Knowledge sharing cannot be an intervening variable of servant leadership on innovative work behavior because the path analysis results show that servant leadership does not directly affect innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing. The implication is that city or district education offices must further enhance the idea promotion exploration of teachers through training or workshops and maintain that with the intent of benefit to the organization of teachers through servant leadership style and knowledge sharing of teachers and school principals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether work engagement can moderate the relationship between servant leadership and knowledge sharing in influencing innovative work behavior among high school teachers. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing survey methods to collect data. Respondents were 158 high school teachers in West Java Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The questionnaire is compiled from the development of dimensions for each variable, using a Likert scale with five answer choices. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of work engagement research can moderate the relationship between servant leadership and knowledge sharing, both partially and simultaneously, in relation to innovative work behavior. The results of this research have implications for school principals on how to increase teacher work engagement through training or supervision, which warrants further investigation. These results contribute to the theory that work engagement can strengthen the influence of servant leadership and knowledge sharing on the innovative work behavior of high school teachers. A limitation of this research is that it was conducted only on teachers in West Java Province. The results of this research contribute to the development of an innovative work behavior theory, suggesting that the influence of servant leadership and knowledge sharing can be strengthened when moderated by work engagement.
