Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2017 sampai Desember 2017 adalah “Penyuluhan Pengembangan Kreativitas Siswa Melalui Manajemen Pemecahan masalah secara Kreatif di SMK Kahuripan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan”, mulai dari pengajuan usulan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, sampai laporan akhir kegiatan. Sasaran abdimas adalah siswa kelas IX yang berjumlah 5 kelas. Tujuan abdimas adalah agar siswa dapat mengembangkan kreativitasnya sehingga dapat memecahkan masalah secara kreatif dalam belajar.  Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif yaitu menjelaskan sejelas-jelasnya dengan rinci tentang materi abdimas, dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan pemecahan masalah (problem solving) dengan menggunakan alat bantu laptop dan proyektor. Hasil pelaksanaan abdimas adalah siswa dapat memahami teknik, tahapan/langkah pemecahan masalah dan dapat memecahkan masalah secara kreatif. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah laporan akhir abdimas dan artikel untuk jurnal.

Abstract

Jakarta as the center of administrative and governmental activities, as well as the center of national economic activities, finally made this city a prima donna for urbanites to come and try their luck in Jakarta. The shadow of success and hope for improving economic conditions from the area of origin becomes a kind of hope that always lives in the minds of the urbanites. In reality, the presence of urban people has become a new problem faced by the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, the presence of urbanites who generally do not have decent skills, and provision of administration (as citizens) is a problem that is quite significant for the development of the city of Jakarta. The existence of urbanites who always come and increase in number on the one hand, and on the other hand the existence of space for residential areas in the increasingly depleted city of Jakarta, making the issue of the needs of the trustees and decent housing is quite difficult to obtain. In order to overcome the problem of fulfilling residential needs for the people of Jakarta, the DKI Jakarta government, through the power possessed by the central government, made Depok city an alternative area to divide the heavy burden of Jakarta in terms of population issues (residential settlements).

Abstract

Indonesia known as Nusantara by East-Indies had greatest natural sources. The search of spices in East-Indies by the westners of Europe had been done since the emerge of compass and shipping technology. The potential of Nusantara’s natural resources commodities sold out in world’s market forced west countries to compete and gained much more benefits. Those benefits too-and yet become the motivation of the west to occupy the land. The more greater power to the west then later be implemented through several rules and obligations including in economic called cultuurstelsel. The cultuurstelsel then later be changed within the involvement of private sector in it and given their investment. One of the investment in occupied land is the acquisition of tea plantation in Cipanas Bogor. Abstract

This study aims to find out about the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher satisfaction at SMP PGRI Suryakencana Cileungsi. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Primary data source; Principals, teachers and secondary data sources; relevant books, journals and websites. The research instrument was a questionnaire to be filled out by 34 teachers as the research sample, as well as the research population. The research instrument was first tried out to determine the validity and reliability of the items. The data analysis used is simple regression. Before calculating the correlation coefficient, a requirements analysis test was held, namely the data normality test and linearity test. Linear analysis test results, sign value. 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected. The results of the significant level test value F count = 84.400 > F table (df: 1.32) = 4.15, then Ho is rejected, meaning the correlation coefficient is significant. So one conclusion was obtained that "There is a significant influence of the leadership of the principal on teacher performance at SMP PGRI Suryakencana Cileungsi".

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin berkembang pesat. Hal ini tentunya berpengaruh pada berbagai macam bidang termasuk bidang Pendidikan. Penggunaan media pembelajaran saat ini harus berbasis teknologi. Guru harus inovatif dan kreatif dalam membuat media pembelajaran yang menarik dan menggunakan teknologi. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk pembuatan media pembelajaran yaitu aplikasi google site. Dengan google sites guru dapat menyusun karya inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi sehingga siswa dapat mengakses materi yang dibuat oleh guru dengan mudah. Dalam hal ini, siswa dapat mengakses materi pelajaran, tugas dan bahan ajar lainnya kapan saja dan dimana saja. Selain itu, google site juga dapat memasukkan video pembelajaran serta media evaluasi pembelajaran yang menarik. Dengan penggunaan aplikasi google site diharapkan siswa dapan mengakses media pembelajaran dengan mudah, baik bahan ajar, video pembelajaran serta media evaluasi pembelajaran yang interaktif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap pendahuluan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi PkM guru merasa terbantu dengan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, sehingga guru dapat membuat media pembelajaran yang variatif, menarik dan efisien dan dapat membantu siswa dalam memudahkan dan meningkatkan pembelajarannya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether work engagement can moderate the relationship between servant leadership and knowledge sharing in influencing innovative work behavior among high school teachers. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing survey methods to collect data. Respondents were 158 high school teachers in West Java Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The questionnaire is compiled from the development of dimensions for each variable, using a Likert scale with five answer choices. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of work engagement research can moderate the relationship between servant leadership and knowledge sharing, both partially and simultaneously, in relation to innovative work behavior. The results of this research have implications for school principals on how to increase teacher work engagement through training or supervision, which warrants further investigation. These results contribute to the theory that work engagement can strengthen the influence of servant leadership and knowledge sharing on the innovative work behavior of high school teachers. A limitation of this research is that it was conducted only on teachers in West Java Province. The results of this research contribute to the development of an innovative work behavior theory, suggesting that the influence of servant leadership and knowledge sharing can be strengthened when moderated by work engagement.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka dirancang agar siswa mempunyai potensi kemandirian yang berdasarkan penguatan karakter Pancasila. Proses aplikasi kurikulum masih mempunyai kendala. Pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka sebaiknya dijalankan dengan manajemen  berbasis sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek saja yang perlu ditingkatkan pada pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di Taman Kanak kanak di kecamatan Cilengsi Bogor dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang ditemui dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka pada TK di kota Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Responden, terdiri dari guru, kepala sekolah dan orang tua siswa. Penelitian dilakukan pada  sekolah taman kanak-kanak di kota Bogor Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian adalah, aspek manajemen dan pengelolaan pendidikaan berdasarkan kurikulum Merdeka merupakan aspek yang paling penting dikelola, disamping aspek-aspek lain. Kendala utama dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka adalah guru memerlukan pemahaman yang utuh tentang kurikulum, dan perlu persiapan sarana dan prasarana yang lebih lengkap. Pemerintah perlu mengevaluasi sejauh mana keberhasilan kurikulum tersebut.Â
