Abstract

The tourism industry sector is in second place as Indonesia's biggest foreign exchange contributor but on the other hand, Indonesian tourism is still considered to be a world that is not environmentally friendly, so it becomes a new challenge for tourism industry players to solve these problems together. Hospitality is a part of the tourism service industry which has a fairly rapid development and plays an important role in tourism in a region and is supposed to implement green marketing in running its business. This study aims to analyze and determine the implementation of green marketing strategies and the efforts of the company. This research was conducted directly in one of the tourism service industries that provides accommodation services and has implemented a green marketing strategy in running its business to be used as a place of research. Observation and document study was done to provide the data of the research. Based on the results of the study, the quality of the green marketing strategy of the company is "A" namely "Special" with a final score of 86.78. The dominant strategy carried out by companies is to preserve the surrounding environment with the highest average value of 4.72. In implementing a green marketing strategy, the efforts made by the company are by referring to the Tri Hita Karana implementation guidebook which in principle maintains a balanced life and harmonious relationship with God, and fellow humans and helps preserve the environment around.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM saat i ni mendapat perhatian khusus oleh pemerintah, termasuk pemeritah Kota Semarang. Peni ngkatan i ndustri mikro ditempuh dengan peni ngkatan progam pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga melalui peni ngkatan industri rumah tangga dari kelurahan. Di Kampung Dempel Kelurahan Mukti harjo Kidul Kecamatan Pedurungan terdapat industri rumah tangga yang memproduksi dan memasarkan bandeng presto, dengan merk dagang Bandeng Presto 27 Semarang. Usaha ini masih tergolong baru karena mulai beroperasi pada tanggal 23 Nopember 2018 yang dirintis ibu Budi Handayani (bu Yani) bersama suami. Usaha ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Di samping produknya merupakan salah satu produk unggulan di kota Semarang, j uga karena penjualannya semaki n meni ngkat. Penjualan yang semula hanya dititipkan di warung sekitar saat ini sering menerima pesanan memenuhi kebutuhan orang yang punya hajatan. Jumlah produksi semula hanya 15 kg per mi nggu saat i ni rata-rata menjadi 25 kg per mi nggu. Dari kondisi ini pemilik usaha berencana akan meningkatkan usahanya dengan menambah peralatan produksi, punya stok bahan mentah yang siap diolah setiap saat, memperluas pemasaran melalui onli ne dan lain-lain. Berkenaan dengan rencana pengembangan tersebut maka sangat perlu disusun strategi pengembangan usaha bandeng presto 27 Semarang yang di dasari pemetaan factor kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki serta faktor apa yang menjadi peluang dan ancaman dalam menjalankan bisnis tersebut. Ruang lingkup pemetaan mencakup empat aspek manajemen usaha yaitu produksi/operasional, pemasaran, keuangan dan SDM. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik/pelaku usaha dengan bantuan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kualitatif dan selajutnya didiskripsikan dengan mengacu pada item analisis SWOT guna menentukan peta kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Hasil pemetaan ini selanj utnya menjadi dasar perumusan strategi pengembangan usaha pada industri mi kro pengolahan Bandeng Presto 27 Semarang. Hasil penelitian memberikan empat alternative strategi yang dapat digunakan yaitu SO-ST-WO-WT.

Abstract

The Global Milkfish Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) located in Kampung Sentra Bandeng has been proven to improve the welfare of the surrounding community and is able to absorb workers in the area. However, in its operations it has not implemented digital financial management and marketing. With an understanding of digital marketing, it is hoped that the sales prospects for processed milkfish products can reach a wider market. This study uses a qualitative approach with a participatory method to understand the needs and challenges faced by the Semarang Global Milkfish Processing and Marketing Group (POKLAHSAR) in adopting digital financial literacy and digital marketing. Descriptive statistical analysis techniques are also used to support the interpretation of relevant quantitative data, such as the level of member involvement in training and changes in the use of digital media. Based on the results of the activity, out of 20 MSMEs, 7 MSMEs (35%) have implemented conventional financial management and the rest have not. After the activity, all 20 MSMEs (100%) were able to implement digital business financial management because they had been equipped and given an MSME financial management template using Microsoft Excel. Participants now have better abilities in utilizing social media to promote their products more effectively. Before the activity, only 5 MSMEs (25%) out of 20 MSMEs utilized digital marketing. After the activity, 20 MSMEs already had their own social media, and 5 MSMEs (25%) started implementing advertising through social media.ABSTRAKKelompok Pengolah dan Pemasar (Poklahsar) Global Milkfish yang berlokasi di Kampung Sentra Bandeng terbukti meningkatkan kesejahteraan Masyarakat sekitar dan mampu menyerap tenaga kerja disekitar daerah tersebut. Namun, dalam operasinya belum menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran digital. Dengan pemahaman pemasaran digital diharapkan prospek penjualan produk olahan bandeng bisa menjangkau pemasaran yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode partisipatif untuk memahami kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok Pengolah dan Pemasar (POKLAHSAR) Global Milkfish Semarang dalam mengadopsi literasi keuangan digital dan pemasaran digital. Teknik analisis statistik deskriptif juga digunakan untuk mendukung interpretasi data kuantitatif yang relevan, seperti tingkat keterlibatan anggota dalam pelatihan serta perubahan penggunaan media digital. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, dari 20 UMKM, 7 UMKM (35%) sudah menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan konvensional dan sisanya belum. Setelah kegiatan, seluruh 20 UMKM (100%) sudah dapat menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan usaha digital karena sudah dibekali dan diberikan template pengelolaan keuangan UMKM menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Peserta kini memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk mempromosikan produk mereka secara lebih efektif. Sebelum kegiatan hanya 5 UMKM (25%) dari 20 UMKM yang memanfaatkan pemasaran digital. Setelah kegiatan 20 UMKM sudah memiliki sosial media masing-masing, serta 5 UMKM (25%) mulai menerapkan iklan melalui sosial media.

Abstract

Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan adalah suatu tempat yang digunakan untuk menyelenggarakan upaya pelayanan kesehatan, baik promotif, preventif, kuratif maupun rehabilitatif yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah, pemerintah daerah dan atau masyarakat. Permasalahan kurangnya kepuasan muncul dari lokasi Puskesmas dengan jarak tempuh yang terlalu jauh bagi sebagian ibu, jalan yang masih rusak, dan juga ketersediaan kursi untuk ibu menunggu kadang tidak mencukupi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi 42 orang. Sampel 30 orang dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 30 responden rata rata puas pada pelayanan KIA Di Puskesmas Berangas Kabupaten Kotabaru. Kategori puas Berdasarkan tangible 16 orang (53,3%), reliability 18 orang(60%), responsiveness 19 orang (63,3%), assurance 20 orang(66,7%), dan empaty 19 orang (63,3%). Disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan ibu berdasarkan Tangible (Bukti Fisik), Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Assurance (Jaminan) dan Empaty (Rasa Simpati) pada pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) di Puskesmas Berangas Kabupaten Kotabaru, responden merasa puas pada pelayanan yang diberikan.

Abstract

Ekowisata Kalitalang merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang menawarkan pengalaman berkemah di lereng Gunung Merapi, Klaten. Produk unggulan dari kawasan ini adalah persewaan camping ground. Namun, pengelolaan yang belum optimal, seperti pendirian tenda secara bebas oleh wisatawan dan belum adanya sistem pemesanan yang terstruktur, menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan. Tim pengabdian masyarakat dari Jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Semarang melaksanakan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan mitra Pokdarwis Danurwenda Balerante untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Kegiatan ini mencakup pendampingan dalam pemetaan tata letak area camping ground dan implementasi sistem pemesanan digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap sosialisasi serta pelaksanaan pendampingan secara langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tersusunnya denah tata letak camping ground yang lebih teratur serta diterapkannya sistem pemesanan digital yang mempermudah pengelolaan reservasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan wisata berbasis sistem digital dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan dan kenyamanan wisatawan. Hasil pengabdian ini penting sebagai model pengelolaan wisata berkelanjutan yang dapat direplikasi di destinasi wisata serupa.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the relationship between budgetary participation, clarity of budget objectives, and leadership style on managerial performance at the University X. The approach used is quantitative descriptive, with the collection of primary data through the distribution of online questionnaires to 47 respondents selected using purposive sampling.The data analysis tool used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The research findings indicate that budgetary participation and clarity of budget objectives have a positive impact on managerial performance. However, leadership style only reinforces the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance, while not significantly influencing the relationship between the clarity of budget objectives and managerial performance.These findings provide important insights that budgetary participation and clarity of budget objectives can be determinants of managerial performance, with leadership style playing a reinforcing role in this relationship. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for management to enhance performance by improving budgetary participation and clarity of budget objectives, taking into account the role of leadership style in this context

Abstract

This research is applied research with a qualitative descriptive case study approach that aims to formulate a business development strategy after the Covid-19 pandemic at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Data was collected using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire methods. Data analysis was carried out using the IFE, EFE, CPM, IE, SWOT, and QSPM matrices. The result of the total IFE weighted score is 2.789 and the total EFE weighted score is 3.358. The total score based on CPM of 3,413 shows that the company is in the most superior position. The results of the IE Matrix analysis are in quadrant II (grow and build) by producing integration strategies and intensive strategies, which are further processed using the SWOT matrix and create eight alternative strategies. The strategy that best suits the condition of the company based on QSPM is to maintain quality and increase product innovation through cooperation with suppliers to achieve customer satisfaction with a TAS value of 6.691.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aims to formulate alternative strategies that can be applied to Semasa Coffee. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and quetionnaires. Data analysis using the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM Matrices showed the results ofe the IFE weighted score of 2.924, EFE weighted score of 3.103 which means the company is in a fairly strong internal and external position in controlling strengths and weaknesses to face opportunities and threats. The results of the IE Matrix analysis show that the company's position is in cell II, namely "Grow and Build", so that appropriate strategies are intensive strategies and integration strategies. Based on SWOT analysis, 10 alternative strategies were developed for the company. Then using QSPM, the priority alternative strategy for Semasa Coffee is to continue to maintain product quality and flavour consistency, and innovate through cooperation with suppliers with a TAS value of 6.381.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of 11 (eleven) human resource functions at PT Kimia Farma Plant Semarang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, conducted through the distribution of questionnaires using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques included interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Data analysis was conducted using management audit with four stages: preliminary audit, review and testing of management controls, detailed audit, and reporting. The results of the study indicate that the company has implemented all 11 (eleven) HR functions, which include HR planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, career development, performance appraisal, reward and compensation, employee protection, labor relations, and termination of employment (PHK). Of these functions, eight were deemed effective: HR planning, HR recruitment, HR selection, career planning and development, performance appraisal, reward and compensation systems, employee protection, labor relations, and termination of employment (PHK). Meanwhile, three other functions have not been implemented effectively, namely HR orientation and placement, training and development, and performance evaluation.
