Abstract

Knowledge sharing session between Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Universitas Syiah Kuala was aimed to exchange knowledge about creating future entrepreneur. The event was held on 21-22 November 2022 at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia with 30 people in attendance. It used the public lecture method where both universities share their ideas about the issues and the students also share their involvement in universities entrepreneurship program. The following recommendations were made in response to the issues raised by this activity: student activity units on entrepreneurship should not only teach students about business but also help them develop their entrepreneurial personalities, enhance instructional strategies that inspire students to think creatively, and design events that connect them with students from different universities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Desain Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja pada karyawan Kantor Pegadaian Syariah Banda Aceh. Adapun populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh (sensus) dengan jenis penarikan sampel yang dipilih adalah probability sampling. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan Hierarchical Linear Modeling sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menerangkan bahwa Desain Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia. Desain Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi kerja. Desain Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia melalui Motivasi Kerja secara Mediasi Parsial. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia melalui Motivasi Kerja secara Mediasi Parsial.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of psychological capital on performance and work engagement, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, among nurses at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital, Banda Aceh. The data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 138 nurses, using a census sampling technique. The analysis results indicate that psychological capital significantly and positively influences both performance and work engagement. Moreover, psychological capital also has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. In turn, job satisfaction positively and significantly affects performance and work engagement. Furthermore, job satisfaction serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between psychological capital and both performance and work engagement.
