Abstract

The agricultural sector, especially in the highland vegetables, is considered to have potential and prospects in supporting food diversification so it must have a comparative advantage. Comparative advantage is obtained with supply chain management and risk management, therefore an optimization model is needed. However, often in agricultural activities risks are often encountered, especially in supply chain distribution channels. Risk management is very important to minimize risks that are part of supply chain management. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze supply chain flow in the highland vegetables of Karo districtand Dairi district, North Sumatra, (2) to know the optimization and risk management model of the vegetable supply chain distribution channel in Karo District, North Sumatra, and (3) analyzing the minimalism of microcos in vegetable distribution channel of the Karo Regencyand Dairi regency, North Sumatra. The results of this study will provide an optimization model and risk management in the highland supply chain distribution channel channel to have comparative value.

Abstract

Pengembangan basis ekonomi pedesaan dijalankan pemerintah desa melalui berbagai program dengan tujuan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk unit usaha BUMDes, kontribusi BUMDes dalam perekonomian perdesaan, dan hambatan dalam pengelolaan BUMDes di di Desa Paya Kumer, Kecamatan Tripe Jaya, Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey deskriptif berbasis data primer dan sekunder, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa:  (1) Bentuk unit usaha BUMDes yang terdapat di Desa Paya Kumer yakni  (a) Usaha Ekonomi Desa Simpan Pinjam (UEDSP). (b) Pengelolaan Air Bersih (c) Bank Sampah (d) Budidaya Ternak Kambing (e) Perdagangan Produk Hasil Olahan (f) Penyedia Jaringan WIFI dan (g) Pangkalan Penjualan Tabung Gas Elpiji, (2) BUMDes Paya Kumer memberikan kontribusi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat perdesaan melalui berbagai jenis bentuk unit usaha, antara lain: (a) Peminjaman Modal, (b) Membuka Lapangan Pekerjaan, dan (c) Kontribusi terhadap Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADesa) (3) Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Desa Paya Kumer belum dapat dijalankan seperti pada maksud pendirian dan tujuannya. Hal ini tersebut terjadi karena masih banyaknya kendala yang terjadi dalam lembaga tersebut seperti: (a) Kurangnya modal yang dimiliki oleh BUMDes, (c) Kurangnya keterampilan dan kecakapan sumber daya manusia dalam kepenggurusan BUMDes, dan (c) kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang BUMDes dan masih minimnya partisifasi masyarakat dalam memajukan unit usaha yang dikelola masyarakat.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to: 1) Analyze the factors that affect the income of the traders of the Sei Rampah People's Market, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency and 2) To analyze the impact of the Covid-19 virus pandemic on the income of traders of the Sei Rampah People's Market, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Regency Bedagai. The research was conducted in Sei Rampah District about the Effect of the Sei Rampah People's Market on Regional Development in Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis and t test analysis. The results showed that the variable capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of the traders of the Sei Rampah People's Market in Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Meanwhile, the variables of the diversity of business premises, formal education, informal education, building renovation, and coaching have a positive but insignificant effect on the income of the Sei Rampah People's Market traders in Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The Covid 19 virus pandemic has a negative impact (change in decline) on the income of the Sei Rampah People's Market traders. This is due to a decrease in the income of the Sei Rampah People's Market traders due to the emergence of the Covid 19 virus pandemic.

Abstract

This research has the background of Slum Decree No. 110 of 2020 Samosir Regency, Lake Toba National Tourism Strategic Area, inadequate residential environmental facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of slum slums and Pardomuan Village 1, analyze space patterns in slum deliniation areas to residential areas, analyze community participation in the handling of slum areas, and analyze strategies for handling slum areas in an effort to improve the quality of settlements. The methods used in this study are qualitative and quantitative approaches, and mixing. The total population of 2,490 family heads and a sample of 95 family heads. The data source is obtained from primary data, which is data obtained directly from respondents. And secondary data is obtained from village-level planning documents and policy documents at the District level. The results of this study are (1) The level of squalor of The Village of Pangururan Village Market and Pardomuan Village 1 has a mild slum status; (2) The results of overlaying the river border area and the distribution of settlements at the research site obtained a total of 75 units of buildings in line with the river border area; (3) The role of the community to maintain the environmental infrastructure of settlements, the role of community leaders, institutional influences and relationships and beliefs between individuals, is part that must be considered in strategizing the handling of slum areas in research locations; and (4) The results of SWOT analysis with S-O strategy that uses Strength to utilize Opportunity, obtained strategy that conducts structuring and development of quality of settlement infrastructure in a sustainable manner, optimizing the potential of resources in supporting the improvement of local community welfare, guidance and technical assistance to community empowerment in handling slums, as well as the provision and development of bar economic businesses u (oriented local wisdom).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of revolving fund assistance policies in cooperatives in the city of Medan. The research objectives are (1) to analyze the effect of revolving funds on increasing cooperative assets, (2) analyzing the effect of revolving funds on increasing cooperative capital, (3) analyzing the effect of revolving funds on increasing cooperative SHU. The main sources of this research are cooperative administrators as implementers and cooperatives that receive aid funds. Data was collected using quantitative descriptive methods, namely by means of observation, interviews and documentation or literature study, namely searching documents related to the research objectives. The technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect of two or more independent variables on one dependent variable (Suryani and Hendryadi, 2015). Multiple regression analysis was used to answer research problems through data on revolving funds, assets, capital, and remaining operating results (SHU) on cooperative productivity. The results showed that the revolving fund used by cooperatives in the aspect of assets, capital and SHU had a positive impact. This is indicated by the results of the respondents conducted to 49 cooperative managers representing 8 cooperatives that received revolving funds until March 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that can affect the compliance of individual taxpayers at the Pratama Medan Timur Tax Service Office with sanctions as moderating variables. This study uses primary data with a sample of 99 individual taxpayers using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using a data processing application program, namely Stata 14. This research was carried out at the Pratama Tax Service Office in East Medan. The results of this study indicate that tax socialization, tax services, tax audits and taxpayer awareness have a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Sanctions as moderating partially are not able to moderate the effect of tax socialization and tax services on individual taxpayer compliance, meanwhile sanctions as moderators are partially able to moderate the effect of tax audits on individual taxpayer compliance in the East Medan Pratama tax service office. Sanctions as moderating partially are able to moderate the effect of taxpayer awareness on individual taxpayer compliance in the East Medan Pratama tax service office.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Indonesian Muslim Student Action Organization (KAMMI) Medan from May to July 2017 on the Influence of Mentoring on Youth Quality at Indonesian Muslim Student Action Organization (KAMMI) Medan using questionnaire and observation method. From the research result obtained that Implementation of mentoring and execution of duty have positive effect to quality of life of youth. The success of a mentoring program depends on the participation and participation of youth in following mentoring. As for the respondents of this research is all KAMMI Medan officials who follow the mentoring activities. In collecting data writer use questionnaire and observation method. The findings of the research show that the activeness of KAMMI cadres mentoring activities in 2017 is good, that is getting 55-59 score as much as 16 people reaching 51,6%, for category enough to get score between 50-54 counted 12 people reach 38,8% percentage, and for the category of less score of 45-49 as many as 3 people reached the percentage of 9.6%. While the success of performing duties Kader KAMMI Medan good category is 42% that is getting a score between 55-59 with 13 respondents, for enough category is 48.8% with a score between 50-54 with the number of 15 respondents, for the less category is 9.6% ie get a score between 45-49 with the number of 3 respondents.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the level of TPI efficiency using the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method in the research area. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with judgment. The data source used is secondary data collected through Annual Reports. Data collection was carried out in two ways, namely documentation and literature. The analysis method used is the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method with indicators for the input variables used: floor area, base length, number of boats, number of baskets, number of fishing gear, and indicators for the output variables used: Total production. The results of the research are the efficiency of the Sibolga Fish Auction Place which has a score of 100% in January, February, March, and April. In November it gets an efficiency score of 92.07%. This efficiency is at a high level of efficiency because it gets a value of > 81%. while efficiency in May, June, July, August, September, October, and December is 60-80%. This efficiency is at a medium efficiency level because it gets a value of 60-80%. Fish Auction Places in Sibolga that have achieved high efficiency in January, February, March, April, and November have been able to utilize input optimally to manage output. Meanwhile, moderate efficiency was shown in May, June, July, August, September, October, and December. It is hoped that we can utilize input optimally to manage output.
