Abstract

Video games are one of the visual communication design works that are in great demand right now, interactive games have advantages over other design works because they can be played by users and interact directly with objects in the video game, now there are lots of video games in the market with various types ranging from RPG (Role Palying), Adventure, fighting to Racing with various games and Visual concepts, one of which is Cuphead, Cuphead itself is an adventure game that offers unique visual concepts so that it can attract gamers in buying the game, Cuphead itself has sold 5 million copies, this cannot be separated from the unique Visual concept that is carried by Cuphead. The research on the Cuphead Game is based on the visual concept carried by the Cuphead game where the visual concept carried by the Cuphead game uses the visual concept of retro cartoon, while the purpose of this research is to find out the visual elements contained in the game and the method used in the research is a descriptive analysis method where the object of this research will be divided according to the elements contained there in, then a literature study is conducted on each of these elements and an analysis is carried out so that the elements of the elements can be identified, then the results of the research this is an overview and expertise of the element so that it impacts the designer or game developer so that he can consider the visual concept and the visual elements that are stretched so that the game has its own characteristics so that it can compete with other game developers.

Abstract

Dalam Era Globalisasi banyak perusahan yang bersaing dalam pasar sehingga perusahaan – perusahaan tersebut berebut perhatian konsumen dengan berbagai cara salah satunya adalah membuat kemasan yang dapat menarik konsumen, selain kemasan adapula kesadaran produk dimana kedua hal ini dapat mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli sebuah produk.akibat terjadinya penurunan penjualan produk Nilamsari penurunan penjualan ini mengindikasikan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang membuat konsumen tidak melakukan keputusan pembelian setelah dilakukan observasi , wawancara dan survey mengindikasikan beberapa faktor yang terkandung dalam produk Nilamsari yaitu kemasan dan kesadaran merek konsumen akan produk Nilamsari masih kurang sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen nilamsari, mengenai kemasan produk, kesadaran merek dan keputusan pembelian dan pengaruh dari variabel – variabel tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan berbagai metode seperti metode deskriptif dan verifikatif . Unit Analisis penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk Nilamsari yang berjumlah 270 responden . Pengujian Statistik yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dan menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi Lisrel ver 8.72 Dari analisis data hasil yang diperoleh yaitu koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,35. Hal ini menunjukan adanya korelasi positif antara kemasan , kesadaran merek terhadap keputusan pembelian . Dengan besar pengaruh 35% . Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kemasan , kesadaran merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap produk kue Nilamsari.

Abstract

Traffic violation against the flow on Jl. Cihaliwung to Jl. Raya Purwakarta is very difficult to stop, even though raids are often held by the police, violations still continue to this day. Long one-way traffic forces motorists to demand efficiency for shorter travel times, so they are willing to go against the flow of the road. The large number of regional roads that are not touched by the police is also the reason for many motorists not meeting the correct driving equipment. This traffic problem which has not been resolved for more than 10 years needs to be stopped, bearing in mind that the road is often passed by large trucks and often causes traffic accidents. The suggested design solution is a traffic police simulation game, in which there is a story that contains campaign messages, a police ticketing game that can provide a police experience to players that shows how stubborn motorists are violating, and the results of the police ticketing game are also campaign messages. It is hoped that this design can make people understand the importance of obeying traffic rules, especially for teenagers and early adults.

Abstract

Fudedameshi atau “unjuk gigi dengan kuas” yang memiliki arti menunjukan keterampilan atau bakat dengan cara berkarya. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang digagas oleh Fakultas Desain dengan berkolaborasi dengan kegiatan webinar yang dilakukan oleh Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Unikom. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menggali dan memperkenalkan desain karakter Jepang kepada para siswa Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Atas (SLTA). Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan pada awal Juni sampai Agustus 2022. Kegiatan dilakukan secara online. Pengumuman dilakukan secara online melalui media sosial Instagram dan bantuan dari Forum Komunikasi Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Sastra Jepang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kegiatan Fudedameshi ini berhasil dengan bail karena yang ditunjukkan dengan peserta lomba dari beberapa provinsi. Hasil lomba menunjukkan karya yang ditunjukkan oleh siswa SLTA ini orisinal, kreatif dan memiliki teknik gambar yang sangat baik. Untuk berkelanjutan kegiatan Fudademeshi ini perlu ditegaskan bahwa desain karakter ini tidak hanya tentang teknik gambar saja tetapi filosofi dari desain yang dihasilkan perlu menjadi perhatian.

Abstract

Besides being known as a country with a highly dedicated population, Japan is also known to have a high life expectancy because it holds a life value called ikigai. Ikigai is a concept of Japanese thought that can explain the pleasures and meaning of life through small things. Some urban communities, especially the city of Bandung, are known to still recognize ikigai as a western modified diagram which is not the true meaning of ikigai for the Japanese because for the Japanese, ikigai does not always have to be related to work and income, but not a few also do not know ikigai. at all. With these problems, a design is needed to inform the true meaning of ikigai for the Japanese. The purpose of this design is to clear up misunderstandings related to ikigai which is described as a diagram and to tell the true meaning of ikigai for the Japanese as an alternative and new insight so that the design solution is to make an information design through an e-book. With the existence of this e-book, it is hoped that it will enable the public to obtain information about ikigai in a practical and easily accessible manner in accordance with the current lifestyle of the audience.

Abstract

Clothing that is used ereyday lif ca display various function and presentation. Even though one of them is the from of communication in the clothes used can be a means to convey nonverbal messages or convey information without using words. One part of delivering this information is the use of jacket for daily activities and one of them is the Wild Jacket. The purpose the promotional design is to describe the unknown Wild jacket because the conditions on the internet are not focuse and are not specifically discussed on the Wild brand. Meanwhile, what the author describe is that there is a promotion regarding the Wild jacket by having digital design work to provide interesting information on the poster. However, there are still many, especially among cimbers who do not know the creation of the Wild jacket. So from the design, the work of Wild jacket is produced by designing digital poster media to promote or advertise the work of the brand jacket, so that later the work of Wild jacket is better known to the public, especially among cimbing children.

Abstract

Floods have often occurred in Baleendah District, especially when the rainy season comes. Many factors cause this flood disaster to occur, namely natural factors and human factors, floods caused by human factors often occur because the environment cannot be maintained properly such as people still throwing garbage around watercourses or rivers, lack of water catchment areas. A campaign program is needed to raise awareness and invite the public to jointly prevent floods and protect the environment. Media campaigns through animated motion graphic videos can be a solution to be able to convey a message. This design aims to raise awareness and invite the community to work together to prevent disasters in Baleendah District.

Abstract

Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School is one of the famous Islamic boarding schools in Bandung which is currently located on Gegerkalong Girang street. Daarut Tauhiid has a very large open area and has many institutional buildings and facilities spread across various areas. However, students and visitors are often confused about finding the location of the building/facility they want to visit. With this problem, a design is needed to inform the Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School area such as the location of the building/facility through infotainment map media. The purpose of this design is to facilitate and help students and visitors who are interested in finding the location of the building/facility they want to visit in the Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School area with creative visual information. With the infotainment map, it is hoped that students and visitors will no longer have difficulty finding the location of the building/facility they want to visit, by getting creative visual information.
