Abstract

Abstract Introduction: Playing is a reflection of physical, intellectual, emotional, social abilities and playing is a good medium for learning because by playing, children will speak, learn to adapt to the environment, do what they can, and recognize time, distance and sound.Objective: To apply the Rubik's game to improve fine motor skills in school-aged childrenMethod: This therapy research for playing Rubik's uses the educational method of inviting children to play with Rubik's and forming Rubik's in various shapes. This play therapy was carried out on 9 students at SDN 1 Panaragan, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency with a total of 30 children as respondents and accompanied by a homeroom teacher. This play therapy is carried out in 2 stages, namely 1) asking children to match the colors on the rubik, 2) asking children to form with patience and continuing to practice, 3) evaluation. Result: The application of play therapy education to students at SDN 1 Panaragan Ciamis gave significant results as proven by 30 respondents. This type of game is challenging and can help develop creativity, problem solving and fine motor skills. This game is very popular throughout the world and is used as an aid in mathematics and art education.Conclussion: After reviewing various theoretical sources regarding the fine motor skills of early childhood, it can be seen how important it is to develop children's fine motor skills as early as possible because motor development is closely related to the development of the motor center in the brain. One way to develop fine motor skills in early childhood is by playing. In the research, the play activities used were playing with rubik's in various shapes, such as forming animals or balls, which can attract children's attention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of technology in career planning in the digital era in examining its opportunities and challenges and the implementation of technology in career planning in the digital era, offering significant opportunities and challenges. In the digital age, technology has become an integral part of various aspects of life, including in career planning. Technology can help individuals make more informed and effective decisions in planning their careers. However, the implementation of technology can also pose challenges such as how technology can be used effectively and how technology can be used effectively and how individuals can utilize technology to improve their quality of life and career. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the opportunities and challenges of technology implementation in career planning in the digital era. The research methodology carried out by this researcher uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique was carried out using literature study techniques that referred to several sources such as journals, and other literature reviews. The results of this study show that technology can help individuals make more informed and effective decisions in planning their careers. However, the implementation of technology can also pose challenges, such as how technology can be used effectively and how individuals can utilize technology to improve their quality of life and career

Abstract

Besides being known as a country with a highly dedicated population, Japan is also known to have a high life expectancy because it holds a life value called ikigai. Ikigai is a concept of Japanese thought that can explain the pleasures and meaning of life through small things. Some urban communities, especially the city of Bandung, are known to still recognize ikigai as a western modified diagram which is not the true meaning of ikigai for the Japanese because for the Japanese, ikigai does not always have to be related to work and income, but not a few also do not know ikigai. at all. With these problems, a design is needed to inform the true meaning of ikigai for the Japanese. The purpose of this design is to clear up misunderstandings related to ikigai which is described as a diagram and to tell the true meaning of ikigai for the Japanese as an alternative and new insight so that the design solution is to make an information design through an e-book. With the existence of this e-book, it is hoped that it will enable the public to obtain information about ikigai in a practical and easily accessible manner in accordance with the current lifestyle of the audience.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the paradigm of human resource management (HRM), with Human Resource Analytics (HRA) becoming a key approach to data-driven decision-making. This research aims to conduct an integrative review of the roles, benefits, challenges, and current trends in the application of HRA in various organizations. The method used is a systematic literature review, by analyzing 15 academic articles from reputable international journals that discuss the implementation of HRA in workforce management. The results revealed that the implementation of HRA can improve operational efficiency, support employee recruitment and retention processes, and facilitate the development of data-based training strategies. However, key challenges in HRA implementation include the lack of analytics skills among HR professionals, data privacy and security issues, and resistance to change within organizations. The study also identified recent trends, such as the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), the use of people analytics to measure employee engagement, and the adoption of cloud-based HR technologies. Based on the findings, it is recommended that organizations invest in analytics skills training for HR professionals such as drafting a comprehensive data protection policy and gradually adopting HRA technologies to improve the effectiveness of HR management. This research contributes to both academics and practitioners by presenting insights on how HRA can be optimally implemented to support more accurate and evidence-based decision-making in HRM.

Abstract

Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) membutuhkan figur seorang pemimpin yang dapat mendorong dan mengarahkan organisasi tersebut mencapai tujuan Bersama. Salah satu peran kepemimpina OSIS adalah memberikan motivasi kepada para anggotanya untuk bersama memberikan motivasi belajar terhadap para siswa[1]siswi yang lain yang bukan anggota OSIS. Salah satunya adalah meningkatkan motivasi ekstrakurikuler diluar jam belajar sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh peran kepemimpinan OSIS terhadap motivasi belajar ekstrakurikuler siswa di SMA Entrepreneurship Bi’rul Ulum. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ekspositori, yang berarti materi disampaikan secara lisan, dan inquiry, yang berarti pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berpikir kritis dan analitis. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya peran kepemimpina Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah dalam meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Ekstrakurikuler Siswa Siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas Entrepreneurship Birul Ulum. Meskipun peserta Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah seluruh siswa, bukan hanya pengurus Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah, namun kegiatan ini tetap penting dan bermanfaat bagi siswa-siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas Entrepreneurship salah satunya Memberikan pengalaman berharga bagi siswa dalam menyimak materi tentang peran kepemimpinan Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah dalam memotivasi siswa siswi untuk ikut aktif terkait motivasi mengikuti ekstrakurikuler

Abstract

Clustering is one of the roles in data mining which is very popularly used for data problems in solving everyday problems. Various algorithms and methods can support clustering such as Apriori. The Apriori algorithm is an algorithm that applies unsupervised learning in completing association and clustering tasks so that the Apriori algorithm is able to complete clustering analysis in Uninhabitable Houses and gain new knowledge about associations. Where the results show that the combination of 2 itemsets with a tendency value for Gas Stove fuel of 3 kg and the installed power meter for the attribute item criteria results in a minimum support value of 77% and a minimum confidence value of 87%. This proves that a priori is capable of clustering Uninhabitable Houses to help government work programs.
