Abstract

This research aims to find out which product, price, place and promotion factors are most important for consumers in making the decision of buyers of cigarette products.The population of this study is people who become consumers who consume cigarette products, while the samples taken are 100 respondents of adolescent age children aged 17 to 21 years. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the research data indicate that the factors of product, price, place and promotion have a significant effect on the decision of cigarette buyers by adolescents. The magnitude of the effect of product variables, price, promotion and place on the decision to purchase cigarette products by 30.5%. While the remaining 69.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: consumer behavior, promotion, purchase decision

Abstract

Socio-economic factor is the position or position of a person in a community group which is determined by the type of economic activity carried out to obtain how much income. The level of income can also be influenced by socio-economic factors, if the socioeconomic status of an individual is low, the need for food is less or less so that it can reduce the income of a vegetable trader. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of income obtained from vegetable traders in the Wonorejo market and analyze the socio-economic factors that affect the income of vegetable traders in the Wonorejo market. The sample of this research is that consist of 32 people. The data used in this study include primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is the income of vegetable traders and multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the income earned by vegetable traders in Wonorejo, which is 2,650,400 per month, this is because the higher the capital used, the higher the income earned by vegetable traders at the Wonorejo Market factors - factors that affect income, namely capital has a significant effect on income, while the variables of age of business experience, number of dependents, education level, have no significant effect on the income of vegetable traders in Wonorejo Market..Keywords: Socio-Economic Factor, vegetable traders, Income.

Abstract

Agriculture can be interpreted as an asset by carrying out organizational or management activities and agricultural activities. Agricultural activities also regulate agricultural production facilities and technology in businesses related to agriculture. Likewise, farming refers to commercial or business activities that involve managing land, plants, animals. , or other agricultural resources with the aim of producing agricultural products for sale and purchase. This includes various activities such as protection, maintenance, harvesting, and marketing of agricultural products. The aim of this research is to analyze production costs in apple farming and to analyze the influence of factors production for apple farming, in this research using the R/C Ratio analysis method and for production factors using multiple linear regression (Cobb-Douglas) with the SPSS application. The determination uses a simple random sampling method, which involves taking samples randomly from the entire population with the same probability for each individual. The number of farmers we can take is 33 farmers. The results of this research are analysis of farming income by calculating the R/C ratio of 2.333. So, every additional Rp. 1 will increase revenue by Rp. 2,333,-. The factor that influences apple farming is land area because the significant value is less than 0.5. Farmers' suggestions are expected to further optimize the costs incurred in the use of production factors so that there is no waste of costs.
