Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. Primary data is the result of filling out questionnaires by all respondents, namely all mushroom farmers in Probolinggo. And secondary data in the form of all mushroom farmer data in Probolinggo with a total population of 60 mushroom farmers in Probolinggo. The selection of oyster mushroom farmer respondents was carried out using the census method. The samples in this study were all farmers who cultivated oyster mushrooms in Probolinggo Regency. The results of this study indicate that oyster mushroom farmers in Probolinggo use logs. By using this tool, it can increase the income of mushroom farmers. So that the oyster mushroom in Probolinggo is suitable to be used as a business / developed field. The marketing channel pattern of oyster mushrooms in Probolinggo uses two patterns. Namely the first pattern, mushroom farmers sell mushrooms to resellers, resellers will resell to retailers and retailers will sell again to end consumers. For the second pattern, mushroom farmers sell resellers, and resellers will sell directly to the final consumer. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the second channel is more profitable for farmers in terms of income.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research which aims to examine musharaka as an alternative financing solution during the Covid 19 pandemic and focus on the calculation of profit sharing and its suitability according to Fatwa DSN No. 08 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000. Primary data in this study are the results of interviews and secondary data are in the form of profit sharing reports of BPRS Rinjani secondary data is in the form of BPRS Rinjani profit sharing reports. The profit calculation sharing of the financing on the musharaka contract at BPRS Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo is in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Syari'ah Council of the Indonesian Ulama Council, Number: 08 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000. The calculation of profit sharing based on profits and no amount is determined in advance. With the uncertainty of the income of bank partners (customers) during the current pandemic, the concept of musharaka financing can be used as an alternative solution in financing for both banks and partners.

Abstract

Minyak jelantah merupakan limbah dari kegiatan menggoreng dengan mempergunakan minyak nabati. Hampir setiap hari masyarakat menghasilkan limbah minyak jelantah namun tisdak semua paham bagaimana konsekuensinya terhadap kesehatan dan dampak terhadap lingkungan jika dibuang sembarangan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada masyarakat sebanyak 30 orang peserta yang dilaksanakan di Desa Pabean Kecamatan Dringu, Kabupaten Probolinggo; terutama dalam memahami dan mengimplementasikan pengelolaan minyak jelantah yang baik, salah satunya dengan pengolahan menjadi produk lilin aromaterapi yang berdaya guna dan dapat dikelola sebagai produk wirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah: ceramah, diskusi, dan mempraktekkan langsung proses pengolahan minyak jelantah menjadi lilin aromaterpi. Dengan dilaksanakan kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta, dengan nilai peningkatan terendah sebesar 50% terkait penyediaan bahan baku pembuatan, sedangkan nilai peningkatan tertinggi mencapai 183% terkait keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh dari pembuatan lilin aromaterapi. The Processing of Used Cooking Oil into Aromatherapy Candles in Order to Improve Household Entrepreneurship for the Villagers in Pabean, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency Abstract: Used cooking oil is a waste residue from frying activities using vegetable oils. Almost every day, people produce used cooking oil waste, but not everyone understands the consequences for health and the impact on the environment if it is thrown away carelessly. This community service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills to 30 villagers of Pabean Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency; especially in understanding and implementing good management of used cooking oil, one of which is by processing it into aromatherapy candles that is effective way of waste management, and can be used as an entrepreneurial product. The methods in carrying out this service were by using: lectures, discussions, and direct practice of the process used cooking oil into aromatherapy candles. By carrying out this activity, there was an increase in knowledge obtained by participants, with the lowest increase value of 50% related to the provision of manufacturing raw materials, while the highest increase value reached 183% related to the profits that could be obtained by making aromatherapic candles.

Abstract

Singkong memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi komoditas industri pangan berbasiskarbohidrat. Panen singkong yang cukup banyak di daerah mitra memerlukan pemanfaatan menjadi produk yang lebih tahan lama dengan nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah pembuatantepung mocaf (modified cassava flour). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah pelatihan pembuatan danpengemasan tepung mocaf pada kelompok tani Subur III Desa Pegalangan Kidul Kecamatan Maron Kabupaten Probolinggo. Kegiatan didahului dengan diawali dengan persiapan, yang meliputi penyamaan presepsi dan pemahaman, pembagian tugas dan tanggungjawab anggota tim dan mahasiswa MBKM yang terlibat serta untuk menggali tentang potensi pemanfaatan singkong dan masalahnya. Selanjutnya dilakukanpelatihan dan pendampingan untuk mengenal tepung mocaf, pembuatan, dan pemanfaatannya diikuti dengan praktik pembuatan menggunakan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) serta pengemasan tepung mocaf. Hasil kegiatan berupa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan 80% anggota Kelompok tani Subur III Desa Pegalangan Kidul Kecamatan Maron Kabupaten Probolinggo terampil dalam diversifikasi olahan berbasis Singkong menjadi Tepung Mocaf (modified cassava flour), serta adanya peningkatan pendapatan anggota kelompok tani pada saat terjualnya tepung mocaf dengan harga Rp.25.000. Optimizing Cassava as Raw Material for Mocav Flour to Increase Added Value and Welfare Through Kelompok Tani Subur III Abstract Cassava has great potential to be developed into a food-based industrial commodity carbohydrate. The large cassava harvest in partner areas requires utilization into a more durable product with a higher selling value. One effort that can be done is manufacturing mocaf flour (modified cassava flour). The purpose of service activities is training in making and packaging of mocaf flour in the Subur III farmer group, Pegalangan Kidul Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency. The activity was preceded by preparation, which included equalizing perceptions and understanding, dividing tasks and responsibilities of the team members and MBKM students involved as well as exploring the potential use of cassava and its problems. Next is done training and mentoring to get to know mocaf flour, its manufacture and use, followed by manufacturing practices using Appropriate Technology (TTG) and packaging of mocaf flour. The results of the activity include an increase in the knowledge and skills of 80% of the members of the Subur III farmer group, Pegalangan Kidul Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency, skilled in diversifying cassava-based processed products into modified cassava flour, as well as an increase in the income of farmer group members when selling mocaf flour with price Rp. 25,000.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the interest of tourists visiting the tourist destination of Sendang Sumber Segaran. The random sampling technique was used for the selection of the sample of this study with the sample to be studied was 50 visitors in the range of 40-60 weeks. The Cochran Q Test method was used as a method in this study. The findings from this study describe several factors that affect the interest of tourists who come to the Sendang Sumber Segaran tourist destination, namely there are 5 questions that affect the interest of tourists to visit, namely natural beauty (p1), natural tourist attractions (p2), excellent tourist service (p6), invited friends (p7), being able to take pictures (p10). There are the most dominant factors of several factors, namely the highest score in answering YES in influencing tourists' interest in visiting. Not only is this destination an ideal choice for family vacations thanks to its spacious seating facilities, but it also provides educational experiences such as feeding and bathing goats, making it an attractive and varied tourist attraction for visitors, among others. This destination offers an amazing tourist experience with high tourism, featuring various forms of natural beauty, interesting ecosystems, and natural springs. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Motivation and Discipline, simultaneously and partially on the Performance of Production Department Employees at PT. XXX, and determine which of the work motivation and discipline have the dominant influence on the Performance of Production Department Employees at PT. XXX. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used is employees of the production department of PT. XXX. Sampling used Purposive Sampling Technique with the criteria: employees are permanent employees and are more than 20 years old with more than one year of service. The sample in this study amounted to 46 respondents. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. From the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables Work Motivation (X1) and Deficiency (X2) on performance (Y) as evidenced by the Fcount value of 23,289 with a significance level of 0.000. Partially, work motivation (X1) and dedication (X2) also influence performance (Y), as evidenced by the t-count value of the work motivation variable of 2,441 with a significance level of 0.000 and the t-count value of the discipline variable of 2,215 with a significance level of 0.000. The Work Motivation variable (X1) has a dominant influence on employee performance (Y) as evidenced by the Standardized Coefficients Beta value of the Work Motivation variable (X1) of 0.261 which is greater than the Discipline variable (X2) of 0.151.

Abstract

This research aims to find out which product, price, place and promotion factors are most important for consumers in making the decision of buyers of cigarette products.The population of this study is people who become consumers who consume cigarette products, while the samples taken are 100 respondents of adolescent age children aged 17 to 21 years. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the research data indicate that the factors of product, price, place and promotion have a significant effect on the decision of cigarette buyers by adolescents. The magnitude of the effect of product variables, price, promotion and place on the decision to purchase cigarette products by 30.5%. While the remaining 69.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: consumer behavior, promotion, purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the promotion mix on the CV of Dua Putri Sholehah (Onion Processing Industry) in Tegalrejo Village, Probolinggo Regency. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data can be the opinion of the subject (person) individually or in groups, the results of observations of an object (physical), events or activities, and test results. While the secondary data uses the company's internal data. CV. Dua Putri Sholehah uses the entire promotional mix, namely Advertising (Advertising) advertising media used by CV. Dua Putri Sholehah is a banner with a target audience of consumers aged 15 years and over, both men and women. Banners are advertising media intended to provide information about CV places and products. Two Daughters of Sholehah. Face-to-Face Sales (Personal Selling) CV. Dua Putri Sholehah carries out promotional activities through personal selling by establishing relationships with customers who have outlets, shops and placing several resselers in several regions. The company distributes its products directly to consumers. Public Relations and Publicity, by conducting social activities and events that involve the community directl. Sales promotion activities are carried out by distributing samples and free trials to consumers who visit CV outlets. Two Princesses of Sholehah or visited the exhibition booth held by the company. CV. Dua Putri Sholehah uses this method to attract new buyers and increase loyalty. The segment to which CV is headed. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Knowing the influence of planting distance on the growth and yield of potato crops (Solanum tuberosum L.). 2) Know the effect of the size of seed bulbs on the growth and yield of potato plants (Solanum tuberosum L.). 3) Know the interaction between planting distance and the size of seed bulbs to the growth and yield of potato crops (Solanum tuberosum L.). Hypothesis: 1) Planting distance has a real influence on the growth and yield of potato crops (Solanum tuberosum L.). 2) The size of seed bulbs has a real influence on the growth and yield of potato crops (Solanum tuberosum L.). 3) There is an interaction between the influence of planting distance and the size of seed bulbs on the growth and yield of potato crops (Solanum tuberosum L.).This study uses a Factorial RandomIzed Group Design (RAK) with 2 factors, namely planting distance (J) as much as 4 levels of treatment and the size of seed bulbs (U) as many as 3 levels of treatment with 3 repeats. If the results of the F test show a noticeable effect then the analysis continues Duncan's Multiple Distance Test (DMRT) at a distance of 5%. Conclusion:1) The treatment of planting distance does not affect all observations on potato plants. 2) The treatment of seed bulb size + 30 gr (U3) has the best results, namely on the height parameters of the plant, the number of main stems, the number of branches, the number of bulbs per plant, the number of bulbs per plot, the weight of bulbs per plot, wet brangkasan per plant, wet brangkasan per plot, dry brangkasan per plant, dry brangkasan per plot. 3) The interaction between the treatment of planting distance and the treatment of seed bulb size does not affect all observations on potato plants.Keywords: printed normally, written alphabetically

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the right strategy to develop the Kelepon Wahyu business in Gempol Pasuruan. The research subject is the owner of the Kelepon Wahyu business in Gempol, Pasuruan. This study uses a qualitative approach and uses SWOT analysis as the data analysis method. The results of this study indicate the most appropriate strategy that can be applied to develop Kelepon Wahyu's business further by improving its manufacturing and production process infrastructure and human resources.Keywords: Kelepon Wahyu, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
