Abstract

Desa Bakalan berada di Kecamatan Purwosari Kabupaten Pasuruan, mempunyai potensi wilayah yang dilewati aliran sungai yang cukup melimpah airnya, sehingga dimanfaatkan untuk mengairi tanaman dan memelihara ikan antara lain nila, tombro ataupun lele. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah teknologi budidaya perikanan air tawar kurang berkembang, pengetahuan tentang perikanan masih cukup rendah, dan penggunaan alat produksi serta sarana prasaran masih sederhana. Rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai teknologi dalam budidaya menyebabkan kegiatan produksinya tidak berjalan secara kontinyu. Mitra kegiatan adalah Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) “Balesemi” desa Bakalan. Anggota kelompok berjumlah 20 orang, yang berpartisipasi aktif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok mitra guna menjaga kontinyuitas produksi dengan penerapan teknologi wadah kolam terpal sebagai media budidaya. Kegiatan dimulai dari tahap persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan sampai dengan pendampingan. Tahap persiapan dengan cara survei dan wawancara, melakukan pendekatan dan identifikasi masalah, diskusi bersama tentang pemecahan masalah. Adapun tahap pelaksanaan Bimtek meliputi: 1) Penyiapan kolam, 2) Pemilihan bibit, 3) Penebaran benih 4) Pemilihan pakan berkualitas; 5) Cara panen dan pasca panen. Solusi selanjutnya adalah pemberian bantuan kolam terpal yang dapat digunakan untuk budidaya ikan yang lebih baik. Evaluasi keberhasilan dilakukan melalui hasil survei dan kuisioner. Hasil survei didapat bahwa peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebelum Bimtek terhadap materi pada kisaran paling rendah 25% dan persentase pemahaman tertinggi 50%. Kemudian setelah dilakukan Bimtek mengalami peningkatan pemahaman tertinggi pada materi persiapan kolam mencapai 100% sedangkan terendah  pada materi mengenai pakan sebesar 80%. Hasil pengabdian ini penting artinya bagi perkembangan budidaya perikanan pada umumnya dan peningkatan pendapatan bagi kelompok mitra. Technical Guidance for Freshwater Fish Cultivation at the "Balesemi" Community Self-Help Group in Bakalan Village, Pasuruan Regency Abstract Bakalan Village is located in Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency, has the potential of an area crossed by a river with abundant water, so it is used to irrigate plants and raise fish including tilapia, tombro or catfish. One of the problems faced is that freshwater fisheries cultivation technology is underdeveloped, knowledge about fisheries is still quite low, and the use of production tools and infrastructure is still simple. The low knowledge of technology in cultivation causes production activities not to run continuously. The activity partner is the Community Self-Help Group (KSM) "Balesemi" in Bakalan Village. This activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of partner groups in order to maintain production continuity by implementing tarpaulin pond technology as a cultivation medium. Activities start from the preparation stage, socialization, implementation to mentoring. The preparation stage is by means of surveys and interviews, approaching and identifying problems, and discussing together about solving problems. The implementation stages of the Technical Guidance include: 1) Preparation of ponds, 2) Selection of seeds, 3) Spreading seeds, 4) Selection of quality feed; 5) How to harvest and post-harvest. The next solution is to provide assistance in the form of tarpaulin pools that can be used for better fish farming. Evaluation of success is carried out through survey results and questionnaires. The survey results showed that the increase in participants' understanding before the Technical Guidance on the material was in the range of the lowest 25% and the highest percentage of understanding was 50%. Then after the Technical Guidance was carried out, there was the highest increase in understanding in the material on pond preparation reaching 100% while the lowest was in the material on feed at 80%. The results of this service are important for the development of fisheries cultivation in general and increasing income for partner groups.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, data diolah dengan kebutuhan model yang digunakan. Sumber data berasal dari wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan koesioner terbuka. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian yaitu sebanyak 362 jiwa, dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin menjadi 31 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen hasil produksi usahatani di Desa Sambisirah Kecamatan Wonorejo Kabupaten Pasuruan, dilihat pada hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai Fhitung 525,5 > Ftabel 0,00. Secara parsial luas lahan (X1), tenaga kerja (X2) dan benih (X3) berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif, sedangkan variabel pupuk (X4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan tapi berhubungan positif terhadap hasil panen petani. Variabel input yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi jagung yaitu luas lahan (X1) sebesar 2920,1 artinya jika ditambah luas lahan sebesar 1 ha maka akan meningkatkan hasil produksi sebesar 2920,1 Kg, tenaga kerja (X2) sebesar 17,8 artinya bahwa setiap penambahan HOK maka akan meningkatkan hasil produksi jagung sebesar 17,8 kg dan variabel benih (X3) sebesar 86,3 artinya bahwa setiap penambahan 1 Kg maka akan meningkatkan hasil produksinya sebesar 86,3 Kg. Sedangkan variabel pupuk (X4) tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap hasil produksi (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 0,05 artinya bahwa setiap penambahan 1 kg maka akan menambah produksi sebesar 0,05 kg.

Abstract

This research aims to find out which product, price, place and promotion factors are most important for consumers in making the decision of buyers of cigarette products.The population of this study is people who become consumers who consume cigarette products, while the samples taken are 100 respondents of adolescent age children aged 17 to 21 years. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the research data indicate that the factors of product, price, place and promotion have a significant effect on the decision of cigarette buyers by adolescents. The magnitude of the effect of product variables, price, promotion and place on the decision to purchase cigarette products by 30.5%. While the remaining 69.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: consumer behavior, promotion, purchase decision

Abstract

Socio-economic factor is the position or position of a person in a community group which is determined by the type of economic activity carried out to obtain how much income. The level of income can also be influenced by socio-economic factors, if the socioeconomic status of an individual is low, the need for food is less or less so that it can reduce the income of a vegetable trader. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of income obtained from vegetable traders in the Wonorejo market and analyze the socio-economic factors that affect the income of vegetable traders in the Wonorejo market. The sample of this research is that consist of 32 people. The data used in this study include primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is the income of vegetable traders and multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the income earned by vegetable traders in Wonorejo, which is 2,650,400 per month, this is because the higher the capital used, the higher the income earned by vegetable traders at the Wonorejo Market factors - factors that affect income, namely capital has a significant effect on income, while the variables of age of business experience, number of dependents, education level, have no significant effect on the income of vegetable traders in Wonorejo Market..Keywords: Socio-Economic Factor, vegetable traders, Income.

Abstract

Agriculture can be interpreted as an asset by carrying out organizational or management activities and agricultural activities. Agricultural activities also regulate agricultural production facilities and technology in businesses related to agriculture. Likewise, farming refers to commercial or business activities that involve managing land, plants, animals. , or other agricultural resources with the aim of producing agricultural products for sale and purchase. This includes various activities such as protection, maintenance, harvesting, and marketing of agricultural products. The aim of this research is to analyze production costs in apple farming and to analyze the influence of factors production for apple farming, in this research using the R/C Ratio analysis method and for production factors using multiple linear regression (Cobb-Douglas) with the SPSS application. The determination uses a simple random sampling method, which involves taking samples randomly from the entire population with the same probability for each individual. The number of farmers we can take is 33 farmers. The results of this research are analysis of farming income by calculating the R/C ratio of 2.333. So, every additional Rp. 1 will increase revenue by Rp. 2,333,-. The factor that influences apple farming is land area because the significant value is less than 0.5. Farmers' suggestions are expected to further optimize the costs incurred in the use of production factors so that there is no waste of costs. Abstract

Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship itself is an effort that involves other resources such as natural resources, capital and technology, so as to create wealth and prosperity through job creation, income and products needed by society. Sumurgayam village is located in Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. Most of the inhabitants work as fishermen. The catch from these fishermen is usually only consumed directly by frying or in vegetables. To increase the selling value of sea fish, several alternative processing is needed which can later increase the income of the people in the village. This community service aims to (1) Provide Information, Education and Training to cadets; (2) Providing knowledge and education about the manufacture of processed foods made from marine fish; and (3) Provide knowledge on how to use science and technology media to market products online. The approach methods carried out include an approach with the Village Government in order to synergize village activity programs, socialization and training, direct practice and ongoing mentoring. The results obtained that the enthusiasm of PKK mothers in Sumurgayam Village, Paciran District in participating in training and counseling was very high, so that after attending the training, most of the participants were able to apply the knowledge gained, namely the processing of sea fish with a variety of flavors.

Abstract

Siwalan tree is a versatile plant, one of which can produce juice which is used as a drink with a high taste and distinctive fragrance characteristics. Through processed differentification, Siwalan Fruit can produce various products that can be commercially useful. In Sumurgayam Village, Paciran District, on average, women only work as housewives. The purpose of this activity is to cultivate entrepreneurial skills through the processing of food made from siwalan fruit to PKK mothers in Sumurgayam Village, Paciran District, Kabipaten Lamongan. This activity time will be held for 3 days on February 20-22, 2023. The place where this activity was held was in Sumurgayam Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. This activity uses the method of lectures, discussions, questions and answers and provides training on diversification of various processed dishes made from Siwalan Fruit to PKK mothers. The results obtained from this activity were PKK mothers, knowledge and skills that increased by more than 75% of the total participants in processing Siwalan Fruit into various high-value preparations. The more difficult the process of making process, the lower the percentage of skills of trainees.

Abstract

Tapa'an Village is a coastal area in Bugul Kidul District, Pasuruan City, which has potential in the fisheries sector, one of the potential fishery products is milkfish. Management of pond water quality is crucial in milkfish cultivation. One management technique is to check pond water quality regularly. Pond water quality can be disturbed or degraded due to various factors. Cultivators usually carry out monitoring using traditional methods and not regularly. Therefore, to get good and optimal milkfish products, it is necessary to use instrumentation technology known as the internet of things (IoT). The aim of this activity is to provide understanding to fish farmers in Tapa'an regarding the application of IoT in optimizing milkfish cultivation. The activity started from the preparation stage, technical guidance, training and mentoring which was attended by the milkfish cultivator group, PKK Activation Team, Village Apparatus, Yudharta Pasuruan University KKN student group, and resource persons from the East Java Provincial Fisheries Service. The survey results obtained after the Bimtek conducted showed an increase in understanding of the material provided in the range of 80% - 100%. The highest percentage level of understanding after Bimtek was in the material on seed selection and feed selection reaching 100%, while the lowest was on knowledge of the benefits of IoT and its application in fish farming at 80%.
