Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student satisfaction towards the quality of service provided by the Accounting Department, State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema), by comparing the actual service delivered by the institution to the one expected by the students. Respondents as samples were determined proportionally for each study program and class of as many as 100 students. The questionnaire was randomly given to respondents to obtain a response to service quality consisting of 5 (five) dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Data analysis was descriptive analysis prosiding from descriping the data in term of the mean and frequency, and than measuring student satisfaction index and ending up with determining the service quality using importance-performance analysis (IPA). The results showed that  most respondents were DIV Management Accounting study program students, of whom the majority were female. The frequency of the students response for the quality of the received service fell into the catagory of very satisfying, which means that, in general, the quality of service received by students was very satisfying. There were found two dimensions in quadrant A where two forms of service quality must be improved immediately, four dimensions in quadrant B where six forms of service quality must be maintained, and all dimensions in quadrant D where eight forms of service quality in the short term may be ignored.

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of rural communities on the operations of Islamic financial institutions (IFI) in handling business financingfor the community in Sukopuro village, Jabung sub-district, Malang regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The population used in this study were the Sukopuro villagers who were members of the Joint Business Group (JBG). Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling with the criteria for the community that conducts business and utilizes funds from Islamic financial institutions in the area. The data collection techniques used are observation methods, interviews, documentation and focus discussion groups (FGD). Data analysis in the research in this study by recording data from the results of interviews, observation, documentation and FGD then organized to be sorted out to answer the problem formulation. This analysis is continued by finding and finding meaning related to the formulation of the problem. Keywords—: Perception of rural communities; Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS); Business Financing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of management of regional property. This research was conducted by using quantitative descriptive method. The research method used is associative in which the research aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The analysis technique used is factor analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis test, it was found that testing of 33 factors in asset management in the local government environment. The sample uses 50 respondents, data analysis techniques using factor analysis in this research data are grouped into 6 (six) factors, namely: BMD Planning and Procurement (20.71%), Usage and Utilization (18.12%), Security and Maintenance (10 , 05%), Elimination (6.29%), Administration of BMD (5.00%) and Control and Control (4.89%). The results of this study indicate that of the six factors the most dominant factors are the factors of procurement BMD and BMD uses, in fact this is reasonable because planning is very important to be done to support the control and supervision process. While the use and utilization can be said to be effective if supported also by good administration and periodic maintenance.

Abstract

This study examines the earnings management activities carried out by companies during the mineral and coal downstream period. The object of the study is oil, gas, and coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020-2023, with a total population of 284 observations. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, with the results of 200 observations. The data collection method used is documentation. Data analysis in this study by calculating the value of discretionary accruals using the performance-matched discretionary accrual measures calculation method by Kothari et al. (2005). The results showed that all companies carried out earnings management actions. The percentage of companies that carried out earnings management by decreasing income was 54.5%, while the remaining 45.5% did income increase. This condition illustrates that management is still making various efforts to make financial reports look as attractive as stakeholders desire. This research provides input to the government to consider the impact of mineral and coal downstream policies on related industries.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan dalam rangka memberikan informasi dan pendampingan tentang mekanisme sistem simpan pinjam Koperasi pada ibu-ibu PKK RW 19 Kelurahan Mojolangu Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kotamadya Malang. Mekanisme yang disampaikan tentang perannya sebagai anggota koperasi  dalam pengoperasionalan kegiatan koperasi di bidang simpan pinjam.  Secara umum kegiatan PKM ini merupakan upaya menumbuh kembangkan kesadaran emansipatoris dalam ikut berperan mensejahterakan seluruh anggota koperasi. Meskipun masa pandemi, kegiatan ini bisa tutorial secara langsung di Balai RW. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan ialah memberikan pre test terkait pemahaman sistem simpan pinjam koperasi sebelum dilakukan pendampingan. Setelah kegiatan pendampingan selesai dilakukan post test untuk mengetahui keberhasilan sejauhmana kegiatan pendampingan tersebut berhasil.  Hasil evaluasi setelah pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi, manfaat yang besar dan kemampuan peserta untuk melanjutkan hasil pelatihan untuk di implementasikan dalam operasional koperasi ibu PKK RW 19.

Abstract

The community service program conducted in Pandean Tourism Village focuses on increasing the capacity of MSMEs to utilize marketplace platforms to optimize their product sales. This program is motivated by the significant potential of local MSME products, but they still face challenges in digital marketing, particularly in utilizing marketplaces, which are currently an effective sales channel. Through this training, MSMEs are taught everything from creating a marketplace account, product photography techniques, writing compelling descriptions, and online store management strategies. The results of this community service program demonstrate an increase in participants' understanding and skills in managing Pandean Tourism Village's online store in the marketplace. MSMEs are expected to be able to independently create marketplace accounts, upload products with attractive photos and descriptions, and manage orders more professionally. The success of this program is measured not only by the participants' increased knowledge but also by the number of orders received through the marketplace platforms they manage, indicating that the program has had a direct impact on increasing sales of MSME products in Pandean Tourism Village.
