Abstract

Penelitian   ini   adalah   mengenai   kepemimpinan   transformasional, komunikasi   interpersonal,   dan   kompetensi   terhadap   kinerja   pegawai Dinas   Pendidikan   Kota   Depok.   Tujuan   penelitian   ini   adalah   untuk menganalisa dan mengevaluasi seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional,   komunikasi   interpesonal,   dan   kompetensi   terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial atau secara simultan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 60 orang. Variabel   bebas   dalam   penelitian   ini   adalah   Kepemimpinan Transformasional   (X1),   Komunikasi   Interpersonal   (X2),   dan Kompetensi   (X3)   sedangkan   variabel   terikatnya   adalah   Kinerja Pegawai   (Y).   Teknik   analisis   data   pada   penelitian   ini   menggunakan SPSS   Versi   25.   Berdasarkan   penelitian   ini   uji   t   pengaruh Kepemimpinan   Transformasional   (X1)   terhadap   Kinerja   Pegawai   (Y) besarnya   pengaruh   yaitu   0,315   atau   31,5%.   Kemudian   pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai   (Y) dengan besarnya   pengaruh   yaitu   0,330   atau   33,0%.   Selanjutnya   pengaruh Kompetensi   (X3)   terhadap   Kinerja   Pegawai   (Y)   dengan   besarnya pengaruh   yaitu   0,325   atau   32,5%.   Sedangakan   Pengaruh Kepemimpinan   Transformasional   (X1),   Komunikasi   Interpersonal (X2), dan Kompetensi (X3) secara simultan   terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) adalah 0,377 atau 37,7%.

Abstract

The West Papua Department of Transportation has developed a Job Analysis but faces issues with employee competency mismatches. Improvement efforts include the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures and Competency Development Programs. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to illustrate the Implementation of Job Analysis policies at the West Papua Department of Transportation, involving Interviews and Document analysis with selected informants, focusing on the processes and understanding of phenomena occurring to enhance the agency's performance. The West Papua Department of Transportation requires 101 employees but currently has only 55, indicating a shortfall of 46 employees. This highlights that the Job Analysis and Workload policies have not been effective, as Human Resource Planning, Recruitment, and Workload Distribution are not optimal, necessitating evaluation and strategic improvement steps. Several positions, such as secretary and section head, have not been officially filled despite their duties being carried out by other personnel. This situation is due to a mismatch between Workload and Compensation, as well as a lack of self-development efforts from the existing employees.

Abstract

Employee Performance can be considered high-quality and accountable if Employees possess Professionalism in their Work, good Integrity, and a high level of Commitment in completing their tasks. This study aims to determine the influence of Work Professionalism, Integrity, and Commitment on Employee Performance at the Department of Transportation in West Papua Province. The respondents in this study consisted of 55 Employees, with data collected using questionnaires. The approach used is quantitative, with Multiple Regression Analysis as the analytical tool. The results of this study are: (1)There is a significant and positive influence of Work Professionalism on Employee Performance at the Department of Transportation in West Papua Province, (2)There is a significant and positive influence of Integrity on Employee Performance at the Department of Transportation in West Papua Province, (3)There is a significant and positive influence of Commitment on Employee Performance at the Department of Transportation in West Papua Province, and (4)There is a significant and positive influence of Work Professionalism, Integrity, and Commitment collectively on Employee Performance at the Department of Transportation in West Papua Province.

Abstract

In the VUCA Era (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), Qualified workers who can deliver strong performance and benefit their organization are needed. According to HR management science, human resources are an organization's most valuable asset and need to be properly maintained. As a non-ministerial government institution whose primary duty is to supply the government and community with data, the Central Statistics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPS RI) must keep enhancing its operations to ensure that the data it produces is of ever-higher quality. One way to do this is by raising employee performance standards. The goal of this research is to examine and assess how competence, workload, and organizational culture affect workers' performance at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of the Republic of Indonesia's Directorate of Price Statistics. This study, which was carried out on 58 current employees of the BPS Directorate of Price Statistics, is quantitative in nature. Multiple linear regression, correlation, and descriptive analysis are all used in the analysis. The findings demonstrate that organizational culture, workload, and competence all significantly and favorably affect worker performance. In parallel, it is also known that competence, workload, and culture have a positive and significant influence of 55.6 percent, with other variables not included in this study having an influence on the remaining  44.4  percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi peran Jabatan Fungsional (JF) Analis Legislatif dalam mendukung tugas DPD RI, serta faktor-faktor penghambat dan upaya optimalisasi yang diperlukan. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, studi literatur, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman & Saldana. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa implementasi JF Analis Legislatif di Setjen DPD RI belum optimal, terlihat dari tidak terpenuhinya tiga dari empat aspek implementasi kebijakan menurut Model Thomas B. Smith. Faktor penghambat utama termasuk rendahnya komitmen politik pimpinan, kurangnya kejelasan peraturan tentang tunjangan, subjektivitas dalam penilaian kinerja, terbatasnya jumlah dan kualitas Analis Legislatif, serta kelemahan struktur organisasi. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, disarankan pengembangan sistem manajemen talenta, peningkatan kolaborasi antar-fungsional, proaktivitas Analis Legislatif, pembangunan sistem organisasi yang mendukung, dan penerapan sistem penilaian kinerja yang adil. Selain itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penetapan peraturan internal tentang Juknis JF Analis Legislatif, dorongan untuk penerbitan peraturan tunjangan, dan pembuatan talent mapping sebagai pedoman penempatan Analis Legislatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the magnitude of the effect of the Effectiveness of the Application of the Online Licensing System, the Quality of Human Resources and Communication on the Quality of Licensing Services at the West Jakarta Administrative City One Stop Service Unit.The method of research approach uses descriptive quantitative, the number of samples is 68 people, the research approach used is the method of descriptive quantitative research approach, using the technique of Multiple Linear Regression and Multiple Correlation.Based on the results of the study prove that there is a significant influence between the Effectiveness of the Application of the Online Licensing System, the Quality of Human Resources and Organizational Communication on the Quality of Licensing Services at the West Jakarta Administrative City One Stop Service Unit. From the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the Fcalculate is 24.292 > Ftable of 3.44, the results of this test mean that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that the Effectiveness of the Application of Online Licensing Systems, Quality of Human Resources and Organizational Communication together to the Quality of Licensing Services in West Jakarta Administrative One-Stop Services Unit Implementing Unit is 53.2% while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Local Revenue (PAD) or Local Own-Source Revenue (LOSR) is an important component in the local government budget, with Specific Goods and Services Tax (PBJT) as one of the main sources. In the Special Capital region of Jakarta, PBJT on Food and Beverages (previously known as Restaurant Tax) has become the most significant sector in contributing to PAD. However, taxpayer compliance in this sector remains a challenge, as evidenced by restaurant tax arrears reaching IDR 141.3 billion in 2023. This study aims to analyze the influence of taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, service quality, tax sanctions, and tax audits on taxpayer compliance in the restaurant sector in Central Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to restaurant taxpayers and analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM). Results of the study indicate that sanctions and service quality have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. However, the findings show that taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, and tax audits do not significantly influence taxpayer compliance. Findings suggest that strategies to improve tax compliance should focus on enhancing service quality and implementing more optimal sanctions. With these efforts, it is hoped that local tax revenue from the restaurant sector can continue to increase and support sustainable regional development.
