Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the number of underdeveloped villages in Keroncong District, even though the area is in the capital city of Pandeglang, not in an area far from the center of the capital city. As it is known that: Regulation of the Minister of Villages for Development of Disadvantaged Regions & Transmigration (Permendesia PDT Trans) Number 2 of 2016 concerning the Developing Village Index (IDM) classifies Village Status into 5 (five) Village statuses. Banten Province has 4 regencies which oversee the village administration. Of the four regencies, Pandeglang Regency has the most underdeveloped villages. Meanwhile, the closest sub-district to the Pandeglang Regency government and the most underdeveloped village is Keroncong District. The purpose of this study is to reveal the cause of the number of underdeveloped villages even though the area is in the center of the capital city. The locus of this research is all villages in Keroncong District. The data used is secondary data, namely from the Department of Community Empowerment of Pandeglang Regency and Banten Province and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pandeglang Regency, BPS of Banten Province. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and content analysis. The results showed that the development of village status in Keroncong District was dominantly included in the category of underdeveloped villages. There are two villages that fall into the category of not being left behind, with the category of developing. The two villages are Bangkonol village and Pasir Karag village. Bangkonol Village has a developing status because of the easy access to the national road that crosses the Pandeglang and Lebak Regencies and has close access to the Pandeglang Regency government center. Meanwhile, Pasir Karag Village has the status of a Developing Village because of its location close to the government center of the Keroncong sub-district, the number of government public facilitiesand a high community work ethic in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan salah satu kualitas pelayanan publik, adalah dengan menyusun Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat sebagai tolok ukur untuk menilai tingkat kualitas pelayanan. Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) merupakan data atau informasi tentang tingkat kepuasan masyarakat yang di peroleh dari hasil pengukuran secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif atas pendapat masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan dari aparatur penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Selain itu data IKM akan dapat menjadi bahan penilaian terhadap unsur pelayanan yang masih perlu perbaikan dan menjadi pendorong setiap unit penyelenggara pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan pemerintahan desa di Kabupaten Pandeglang dan untuk mengetahui kelemahan serta kekurangan dari setiap jenis layanan yang diselenggarakan pemerintahan desa di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penjelasan deskriptif. Unit analisisnya adalah masyarakat pengguna layanan pemerintah desa yang tersebar di 53 desa di lima kecamatan yang mewakili lima zona di wilayah Kabupaten Pandeglang sebanyak 530 responden. Sehingga, teknik sampling yang tepat untuk digunakan adalah teknik aksidental. Adapun lama waktu dalam proses aksidental tersebut dilakukan secara serentak. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dengan berpedoman pada Surat Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Reformasi dan Birokrasi No. 14 tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) terhadap pelayanan Pemerintahan Desa di Kabupaten Pandeglang memperoleh nilai interval 2,7826 dan nilai interval setelah dikonversi adalah 69,56, sehingga mutu layanannya “C”. Nilai mutu tersebut menunjukan bahwa unit layanan Pemerintahan Desa masuk kinerja layanan yang “Kurang Baik”. Dari ke-9 unsur pelayanan yang disurvey, unsur ke-4 (Biaya/Tarif) memperoleh respon tertinggi dengan kategori kinerja mutu layanan ―Baik‖ (B) dari masyarakat. Sedangkan unsur dengan respon terendah terdapat pada unsur ke-8 (Penanganan pengaduan, saran dan masukan) dan unsur ke-9 (Sarana dan Prasarana), keduanya masing-masing memperoleh kinerja mutu layanan ―Tidak Baik‖ (D).

Abstract

Child marriages are still common in Indonesia. In reality, early age marriage will have a negative impact on the perpetrators and this will affect their personal and social life, so that if this is not anticipated it will be miserable for the perpetrators, who are children who are still early age. Therefore the role of government Public Relations is very demanding. This is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews with 9 informants consisting of 3 women who were married under the age of 18, 4 teachers and 2 public relations staff of government institutions. This research shows that the operational strategy, persuasive and educative approach, responsibility approach and collaborative approach related to the underage marriage prevention program must be properly implemented in order to carry out the duties and functions of Public Relations in government institutions, so that the program's main objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

Improvements to public service systems and procedures leading to excellent public service provided by officials/bureaucrats to the public should be carried out with full attention so that it is hoped that it will generate positive views from both customers and officials providing services. Therefore, the implementation of public services must be carried out and run based on service principles in accordance with applicable regulations. This is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews with 15 passport applicants, participant observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the quality of public services at the Bogor Class 1 Immigration Office has experienced a significant increase, and is in accordance with service standards according to the Decree of the Minister for Administrative Reform namely Kep. MENPAN No. 63/KEP/M.PAN/7/2003 which includes service procedures, completion time, service costs, service products, facilities and infrastructure, and competency of service officers.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the impact and implications of Government Regulation Number 85 of 2021 on the economic sustainability of fishermen in Indonesia by regulating the sustainable management of fish resources. The issue focuses on discussing how this regulation affects the economic sustainability of fishermen, including its impact on income, welfare and The survival of fishermen. In order to approach this problem, references are used. Data was collected through descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely a form of research that aims to provide a general overview of various types of data collected from the field objectively. This study concludes that regarding the size of the PNBP increase rate for fishermen of around 5-10 percent, we can analyze the contents of the regulations, their impact on fishermen and fisheries entrepreneurs, as well as responses and recommendations related to these regulations and so that these regulations can have an impact on economic progress and the welfare of the actors. business in the fisheries sector by looking at fish prices in very different regions. From the results of this study, the author concludes that the burdensome regulations are regarding the size of the PNBP increase rate for fishermen of around 5-10 percent. Apart from that, the existence of this PP is considered a policy that does not involve the public, in this case fishermen and fisheries business actors. For this reason, fishermen and fisheries business actors demand legal certainty and freedom of business that does not burden them.

Abstract

This study aims to develop exit protocols that promote the autonomy of conservation farmers by applying a Flood Management model in specific river basins within Pandeglang Regency. The present work utilizes the C.I.P.P. (Context, Input, Process, Product) and U.S.G. (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) methodologies to assess the long-term viability of land conservation initiatives executed by farmers. Contextual input, process, and outcome analysis of implementing the flood management model is conducted using C.I.P.P. At the same time, the Urgency, Severity of the challenges, and prospective growth resulting from this program are assessed using U.S.G. A study revealed that when applied in specific river basin regions, the flooding management program can improve farmers' capacity to adapt and mitigate against flood hazards. Successful application of community-based conservation measures has demonstrated favourable outcomes in land administration and the improvement of food security. However, the long-term viability of the initiative relies on an exit strategy that ensures farmers' autonomy without necessitating external support. This approach entails enhancing the capabilities of farmers, broadening their sources of income, and enhancing their ability to reach markets and employ technology. The findings of this study will likely function as valuable policy suggestions to improve the sustainability of land protection and flood management within the Pandeglang Regency.

Abstract

This study proposes to analyze the influence of netizen (net citizen) accounts on the government's response to public service issues in Makassar over one year. The research method involves using data collected from the user's accounts, focusing on the frequency of reporting, types of issues reported, geographic distribution of reports, types of media used, and government responses to these reports. The analysis indicates that reports through citizen reporter accounts tend to receive quicker responses compared to direct complaints, with respondents evaluating the quality of these responses more positively. These findings suggest that digital platforms, such as social media, are effective in enhancing responsiveness due to emergency events, public priorities, and social pressures resulting from viral reporting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh Motivasi, kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Cikarang Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanasi. Teknik sampling adalah sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh melalui   kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 46 responden, yang merupakan pegawai Kecamatan Cikarang Utara. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier parsial (uji t) dan analisis regresi linier berganda (uji F). Hasil Uji t variabel motivasi menunjukan bahwa:   thitung> ttabel, 3,085>2,698 dengan nilai Sig < 0,05, ini berarti motivasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil Uji t variabel kompetensi menunjukan bahwa:   thitung<ttabel, 0,960<1,302 dengan nilai Sig > 0,05, ini berarti kompetensi   secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja.   Hasil Uji t variabel disiplin menunjukan bahwa:   thitung>ttabel, 1,923>1,682 dengan nilai Sig > 0,05, ini berarti disiplin secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja.   Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa nilai Fhitung = 35,464, dan nilai Sig. = 0,000. Sedangkan untuk nilai Ftabel = 2,83, ini berati bahwa Fhitung> Ftabel dengan nilai Sig<0,05. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan (bersama-sama) variabel motivasi, kompetensi dan disiplin berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Cikarang Utara dan besarnya pengaruh dilihat dari nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R2) adalah 69,7%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the impact of Supervision (X1), Service Quality (X2), and the Implementation of the Unified E-Bupot System (X3) on Taxpayer Compliance at the KPP Wajib Pajak Besar Dua. The study utilized primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 152 respondents, selected using the Isaac and Michael formula from a population of 250 taxpayers registered at Second Large Taxpayers Tax Office. A quantitative descriptive research approach was employed, utilizing non-probability sampling and accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis included data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, all conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results indicate that supervision, service quality, and the implementation of the e-Bupot unification system have a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance, both individually and collectively. The supervision variable individually affects 46% of taxpayer compliance, the service quality variable affects 42%, and the e-Bupot system implementation affects 38%. The coefficient of determination shows that together, supervision, service quality, and the unified e-Bupot system contribute 62.4% to the variance in taxpayer compliance, with the remaining 37.6% influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings imply that the Directorate General of Taxes should enhance supervision, service quality, and the implementation of the unified e-Bupot system to improve taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ketersediaan Koleksi, Sarana Prasarana Perpustakaan, serta Kualitas Layanan terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka di Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Bangli. Tantangan besar yang dihadapi perpustakaan adalah ketersediaan koleksi yang terbatas, sarana prasarana perpustakaan yang kurang memadai, dan layanan perpustakaan yang kurang berkualitas sehingga berdampak pada minat pemustaka untuk berkunjung ke Perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 62 responden yang dipilih melalui proporsional stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ketersediaan Koleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka, dengan nilai uji t sebesar 1,943>1,670 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,003; 2) Sarana Prasarana Perpustakaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka, dengan nilai uji t sebesar 1,984>1,670 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,002; 3) Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka, dengan nilai uji t sebesar 2,408 > 1,670 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001; 4) Secara simultan Ketersediaan Koleksi, Sarana Prasarana Perpustakaan, dan Kualitas Layanan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 50,9% terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka, dengan nilai uji f sebesar 3,987 > 2,75 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,012. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya perpustakaan melakukan pengembangan dan pengelolaan koleksi, sarana prasarana perpustakaan, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan agar dapat menarik lebih banyak pemustaka untuk berkunjung ke perpustakaan. Rekomendasinya mencakup pembaruan koleksi secara berkala, menyediakan sarana prasarana yang memadai, dan meningkatkan pelatihan serta keterampilan pustakawan agar lebih profesional dalam memberikan layanan. Perbaikan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan perpustakaan.
