Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of sharia-based social economic rehabilitation PKM activities for drug victims in the Grapiks foundation in the village of Cimekar, Cileunyi, Bandung, Bandung, is to provide solutions to the problems that have been faced, namely the tendency of former drug users to re-use very large. Rejection from families and the environment against drug victims, this rejection is related to their survival in economic terms, so they need skills development and how to socialize again with the surrounding community. Therefore the application of the sharia system in socio-economic rehabilitation is very important for drug victims who have an impact on the level of the economy and the welfare of former drug victims. It is clear that the psychic and economic condition of the former victim of this drug needs to be developed with sharia-based social economic rehabilitation. The specific target to be achieved is the change in behavior of former victims of drugs. Increasing the quality of SDI victims of drugs. The method used is the first approach to assisting behavioral change carried out continuously by involving family or spouse. Second, business / skill assistance is by exploring the potential of a former drug victim. The activities carried out are assisting with behavioral change by instilling Islamic principles so that they can go back to the community, explore the potential of drug victims by providing entrepreneurial training in accordance with Islamic law. Assistance is carried out until the end of the PKM program and after the PKM program ends. As a result of the PKM there was an increase in understanding of diversity regarding drugs and increasing the skills of drug victims.

Abstract

In addition to their teaching responsibilities, teachers must possess social competence, particularly in interacting effectively with their students. Previous research highlights a significant correlation between the quality of teacher-student relationships and the level of conflict within the classroom. Therefore, teacher competence in fostering positive relationships with students is essential for creating an environment of positive discipline. This research aims to enhance teachers' understanding of the fundamental principles of positive relationships through a training program titled "Warm Teachers Make Enthusiastic Students." The findings demonstrate an improvement in teachers' knowledge concerning the foundational principles of positive relationships, including encouragement, a focus on solutions, and a balanced approach of kindness and firmness. However, there was no observed increase in knowledge about the importance of caring among the teachers. The study also includes a qualitative analysis of teacher behaviors during the training sessions. It provides insights into how teachers applied the principles discussed and their overall engagement with the training material. This analysis underscores the significance of continuous professional development in the social competence of teachers, which is vital for fostering a supportive and productive classroom environment

Abstract

As soon as individual reach emerging adulthood (18-25 years old), making career decision is one of his development tasks. Career decisions are influenced by an individual's knowledge about himself and the career options available. Based on cognitive approach, there are three categories of individuals when making decisions, namely decided, undecided, and indecisive. The undecided category need help to get information to make career choices. In this study, the respondent is still in undecided category. The assessment for respondent was carried out by observation, interviews, tests on intelligence, personality, and interests. Based on the assessment results, subject has a high readiness to make career decisions. This underlies the provision of intervention through career counseling based on cognitive information processing (CIP) theory. Through career counseling, the subject could successfully make a career decision and created an action plan to implement the chosen career. Ketika individu mencapai usia dewasa awal (18-25 tahun), pengambilan keputusan karir merupakan salah satu tugas perkembangannya. Keputusan karir dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan individu tentang dirinya dan pilihan karir yang tersedia. Berdasarkan pendekatan kognitif, terdapat tiga kategori individu dalam mengambil keputusan, yaitu memutuskan, ragu-ragu, dan ragu-ragu. Kategori ragu-ragu membutuhkan bantuan untuk mendapatkan informasi untuk menentukan pilihan karir. Dalam penelitian ini responden masih berada pada kategori ragu-ragu. Penilaian terhadap responden dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, tes kecerdasan, kepribadian, dan minat. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian, subjek memiliki kesiapan yang tinggi dalam mengambil keputusan karir. Hal ini mendasari pemberian intervensi melalui konseling karir berdasarkan teori pemrosesan informasi kognitif (CIP). Melalui konseling karir, subjek dapat berhasil mengambil keputusan karir dan membuat rencana tindakan untuk melaksanakan karir yang dipilih.
