Abstract

In the programming world, understanding floating point is not easy, especially if there are floating point and bit-level interactions. Although there are currently many libraries to simplify the computation process, still many programmers today who do not really understand how the floating point manipulation process. Therefore, this paper aims to provide insight into how to manipulate IEEE-754 32-bit floating point with different representation of results, which are integers and code rules of float twice.  The method used is a literature review, adopting a float-twice prototype using C programming. The results of this study are applications that can be used to represent integers of floating-point manipulation by adopting a float-twice prototype. Using the application programmers make it easy for programmers to determine the type of program data to be developed, especially those running on 32 bits floating point (Single Precision).

Abstract

In designing user interface that are intuitive or easy to understand, users have their own challenges where they must continue to develop so that users can easily use existing applications. There are many user interface designs that are less intuitive not only on the display design, but also on the text and the colors used. This paper aims to create an intuitive user interface design by interviewing potential users from the place where the application will be implemented. The method used is intuitive by means of a literature study approach, and interviews. The results of this research are user interface design and system flow design. With an intuitive display, it makes easier for users to use the application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Transaksi dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada platform e-commerce Shopee, dengan studi kasus pada mahasiswa Politeknik Belitung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-verifikatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Transaksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Begitu pula dengan Kualitas Layanan yang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 65,8% terhadap variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keandalan sistem transaksi dan kualitas layanan yang prima merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan e-commerce. Oleh karena itu, Shopee perlu terus meningkatkan integrasi teknologi informasi serta pelayanan yang responsif dan berkualitas guna mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Optimization of the Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) in Supporting Managerial Decision Making at UPTD Puskesmas Tanjungpandan. The Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) plays an important role in improving the efficiency of health services at the puskesmas level. This study aims to review the implementation of SIMPUS at UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Pandan, Belitung City, by analyzing aspects of effectiveness, constraints, and their impact on health services. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews and observations as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) at the UPTD Puskesmas Tanjungpandan has a crucial role in improving the efficiency of health services and supporting data-based managerial decision making. With an integrated system, patient data processing, resource management, and medical personnel performance evaluation can be done more quickly and accurately. Although there are challenges in implementation, such as technology infrastructure and HR training, solutions such as improving data quality, information security, and collaboration between various parties can optimize the benefits of SIMPUS. With continued support, this system has the potential to become a key foundation in improving the quality of health services and the effectiveness of puskesmas management in the future.
