Abstract

Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi is the responsibility of every lecturer as a form of contribution to the community as a form of recognition of the knowledge they have so that the role of lecturers can be maximized in an effort to help educate the next generation of the nation. Community service is currently being carried out at SMK Hang Nadim Batam by taking the title The Role of Teachers and School Culture in Forming Excellent Students. The title was chosen because it was inspired by how important teachers are in forming an excellent generation and how school culture includes normative values and ethics that are currently starting to fade in schools and in society. School culture is a bond of norms that must be obeyed by every individual in the school such as the habit of greeting each other, getting used to discipline, getting used to living healthily by maintaining a clean environment, these are good habits that are now starting to fade in schools and society. The role of teachers as good examples is expected to restore the noble values of school culture that are currently starting to disappear, the question is why teachers, yes because teachers are the right figures who are role models in schools and society. School culture with the decreasing level of student discipline in various matters such as doing assignments at school and at home is also the responsibility of teachers assisted by parents of students so that they can work together in disciplining and cultivating students to be responsible for the tasks and work given to them.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of Consumer Trust, Consumer Security and Consumer Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention at the Lazada Online Store. The population in this study are consumers who shop at the Lazada Online Store. Sampling used Jacob Cohen's theory and 204 respondents were selected. Quantitative research method with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to 204 respondents. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 27. The results of the research are (1) Consumer Trust in Repurchase Interest at the Lazada Online Store has a significant effect with t count 5,543>1,972 t table with level significance 0.000<0.05. (2) Consumer Security on Repurchase Interest at the Lazada Online Store has a significant effect on t count 8.310>1.972 t table with a significance level of 0.000<0.05. (3) Consumer Satisfaction with Repurchase Interest at the Lazada Online Store t calculated 2.659>1.972 t table with a significance level of 0.0<0.05. And (4) Consumer Trust, Consumer Safety and Consumer Satisfaction simultaneously/together influence Repurchase Intention at the Lazada Online Store, the F table value is 2.649, which means F count is 53.170 > F table 2.649 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05 .

Abstract

This study examines the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in automating promotional content to enhance student entrepreneurship on social media platforms. By leveraging AI technologies, student entrepreneurs can efficiently generate, manage, and optimize promotional content, significantly improving engagement and reach. The study highlights key AI tools and algorithms that enable personalized and data-driven content creation, demonstrating their impact on marketing effectiveness. Conducted at Universitas Putera Batam with 100 student respondents, the research provides insights into the advantages and challenges of integrating AI into social media strategies for student-led businesses, ultimately fostering innovation and entrepreneurial growth in the academic environment

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit of students at Hang Nadim Vocational High School through training and mentoring in creative content production and digital promotion of culinary and fashion products. The program was designed in response to the challenge of students’ limited digital promotion skills, which have resulted in a restricted marketing reach for their products. The implementation method employed a participatory approach encompassing needs analysis, theoretical and practical training in digital marketing, content creation mentoring, and outcome evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of digital promotion strategies and their ability to produce creative content for social media. Approximately 90% of the participants were able to create engaging and effective promotional content. The impact of this activity includes increased entrepreneurial motivation, enhanced creativity, and improved student competence in utilizing digital platforms for business development. Therefore, this program successfully fostered a spirit of digital entrepreneurship among students at Hang Nadim Vocational High School as preparation for facing future challenges in the creative economy.

Abstract

Community Service is an obligation that must be carried out by a lecturer as a form of responsibility for the knowledge they have so that they can share knowledge with the community. The implementation of community service with the title The Role of Teenagers in Reducing Plastic Waste in Schools is an invitation to live a clean culture from an early age and cleanliness is a shared responsibility that must always be instilled from an early age. Instilling cleanliness at an early age will shape the culture and character of adolescents in life at school or in society and is a reflection of a form of concern for a clean environment so as to provide awareness in a clean environment. The role of adolescents in creating a clean environment, namely: 1) Throwing trash in the place provided by the school, 2) inviting other school friends to maintain the cleanliness of the school, 3) Providing education about the importance of clean living in the school environment, 4) the principles of Reduce (Reducing waste) Reuse (Reusing) and Recycle (Recycling) and explaining to students about separating waste according to its type. A clean school culture is also the responsibility of all parties in the school and this reflects a shared awareness that must always be considered and always educated to all students so that a clean environment becomes an absolute must for all parties.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between Social Media Engagement, Lifestyle, and Coffee Culture on Café Visit Intensity among university students. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 100 respondents at the University of Putera Batam and analyzed through multiple regression. The results reveal that Social Media Engagement and Coffee Culture significantly and positively influence Café Visit Intensity, whereas Lifestyle demonstrates no significant effect. Furthermore, the combined model indicates a statistically significant joint influence of all three variables on café visitation behavior. These findings contribute to the understanding of digital-mediated consumption among youth and highlight the importance of social and cultural factors in shaping students’ behavioral patterns toward café visitation in urban contexts.

Abstract

UMKM berorientasi keberlanjutan semakin dituntut untuk berinovasi agar mampu bersaing sekaligus memenuhi tanggung jawab lingkungan. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) menjadi salah satu pendekatan strategis yang berpotensi mendorong praktik keberlanjutan, namun perannya dalam memperkuat kapasitas kewirausahaan masih belum banyak dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana praktik GHRM meliputi rekrutmen berwawasan lingkungan, pelatihan dan edukasi hijau, pemberdayaan karyawan, serta insentif berbasis kinerja lingkungan—dapat meningkatkan kemampuan inovasi strategis pada UMKM berorientasi keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan mengombinasikan survei kuantitatif pada pelaku UMKM dan wawancara mendalam untuk menggali pemaknaan, pengalaman, serta strategi implementasi GHRM secara kontekstual. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengukur pengaruh praktik GHRM terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan karyawan, budaya berbagi pengetahuan, dan perilaku inovatif, sekaligus memahami dinamika organisasi yang tidak tertangkap oleh data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM yang menerapkan GHRM secara terintegrasi lebih mampu menciptakan jalur inovasi berkelanjutan, mengembangkan kapasitas kewirausahaan, meningkatkan kemampuan mengenali peluang, serta memperkuat ketangkasan strategis dalam menghadapi perkembangan pasar hijau. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada literatur kewirausahaan berkelanjutan dengan menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia berbasis lingkungan dapat menjadi sumber keunggulan strategis sekaligus penggerak daya saing ekologis, khususnya bagi UMKM dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.

Abstract

Due to the fierce rivalry brought about by Indonesia's beauty industry's explosive growth, customer choices play a crucial role in a brand's success. A number of elements, such as the attractiveness of the goods, the inventiveness of the advertising, and the quality of the product itself, impact these purchase decisions. The purpose of this study is to examine how consumers' decisions to buy Wardah products—one of the top halal cosmetic brands available on the Shopee e-commerce platform—are influenced by factors such as product quality, creative advertising, and attractiveness. Regression analysis techniques are used in this study's quantitative approach to examine the hypotheses. Information was gathered from customers who bought Wardah goods on Shopee. The results of the study show that attraction, advertising originality, and product quality all significantly and favorably affect consumers' decisions to buy. Additionally, concurrent research demonstrates that attraction, advertising originality, and product quality all significantly impact consumers' decisions to buy Wardah items on Shopee.
