Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically the effect of labor discipline, competence, and communication to employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Office of the Port of Batam. This study uses 117 respondents as samples. Data were analyzed by using path analysis with the help of statistical software SPSS 21. The results of this study are: the discipline of work has a significant direct effect on work motivation at the Port Office Batam Riau Islands Province, competencies have a significant direct effect on work motivation in the Office port Batam Riau Islands province, communication has a direct impact significantly on work motivation at the port Office Batam Riau Islands Province, the discipline of work has a direct impact significantly on the performance of employees in the Office of the port of Batam Riau Islands Province, competency has a direct impact significantly on employee performance the Port Office Batam Riau Islands Province, communications have a significant direct effect on the performance of employees in the Office of the Port of Batam Riau Islands province, motivation has a significant direct effect on the performance of employees in the Office of Pel Abuhan Batam Riau Islands province, work discipline not significant effect on the performance of employees through employee motivation, competence not significant effect on the performance of employees through employee motivation, communication significant effect on the performance of employees through workmotivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of organizational culture on work motivation. The direct influence of work discipline on work motivation.Direct influence of human resource development on work motivation.The direct influence of work motivation on employee performance.Direct influence of organizational culture on employee performance.The direct influence of work discipline on employee performance.The direct influence of human resource development on employee performance.Indirect influence of organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation.The indirect influence of work discipline on employee performance through work motivation.Indirect influence of human resource development on employee performance through work motivation in Government Office of Lubuk Baja Sub-district Batam. The number of samples used in this study were 94 samples. The result of this research is; Organizational culture has an insignificant effect on work motivation. Work discipline has a significant influence on work motivation. The development of human resources has an insignificant effect on work motivation. Organizational culture has an insignificant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The development of human resources has no significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study has purpose to research the influence of work discipline, compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Mitra Sintera by using a saturated sampling technique. The total sample of this study is 108. The data method was collected with a questionnaire. This research uses the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, analysis multiple linear regression and analysis coefficient of determination, t test and F test using by software program SPSS 25 version. In the results test for the coefficient of determination obtained from the work discipline, compensation and motivation variables have an effect of 16,4% on employee performance. In the results test for multiple linear regression obtained the work discipline influences the employee performance by 25,2%, the compensation influences the employee performance by 20,1% and the motivation influences the employee performance of 19,9%. In the results of t test obtained that the work discipline has partially significant effect on employee performance, the compensation has partially significant effect on employee performance and the motivation has partially significant effect on employee performance. While in the results of F test obtained work discipline, compensation and motivation together have simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Keywords:  Work Discipline, Compensation, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Organization needs to manage their human resources well to have sustainability and advancement. To increase the performance of their employees, organizations need human resources with skills and abilities according to the vision and mission of the organization. This research aims to find out the impact of work discipline and training towards the performance of employees of PT BPR Sejahtera Batam, which consists of a total of 105 employees. This research uses saturated samples and the technique that the researcher is able to use is primary data by distributing questionnaire in the form of Google Forms. The data analysis method used are descriptive analysis, data quality test: validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test: normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test, influence test: multiple regression analysis and coefficient determination test, and hypothesis test: T test and F test. The independent variables are work discipline (X1) and training (X2). Dominant impact towards dependent variables or performance of employees (Y) towards PT BPR Sejahtera Batam are Work Discipline Variable (X1) which has beta coefficient value of 0,728 or 72,8% which means that for every one point increment of work discipline variable (X1) is able to increase performance by 72,8% and for training variable (X2) with beta coefficient value of 0,335 or 33,5% which means that for every one point increment of training variable (X2) could increase performance by 33,5%. Work discipline bariable and training variable does influence performance, this can be see by the result of F test, which yield 131,371>f_table in the amount of 3,09.Keywords: discipline, employess performance, training

Abstract

Useful research would like to know partially and simultaneously the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Perkasa Beton Batam. The population of the following survey is a total of 112 employees in all departments. The total number of samples collected for the survey was 112 respondents. In this test, the saturated sampling method is used, which is used for the sampling method. The use of the questionnaire is the data collection method. The data was processed using SPSS version 26.0. The survey method used is a quantitative method. The test results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkasa Beton Batam employees, the t count is 10,113 > t table 1.981967, and work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of PT Perkasa Beton Batam employees. have a significant effect. the acquisition of t count is 3.679 > t table 1.981967. The results of this test also show that work discipline and work motivation simultaneously affect the performance of PT Perkasa Beton Batam employees. The value is f count 498.847 > f Table 3.08.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh keberagaman produk, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah di Batam Center. Populasi yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah konsumen Wardah pada Guardian One mall Batam dan jumlahnya didasari pada data penjualan pada Agustus 2023 sebesar 317 pelanggan. Sampel sebanyak 177 responden dipilih menggunakan metode rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Proses analisis meliputi pengujian terhadap uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman produk memiliki pengaruh sebesar 23,1% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kualitas produk memiliki penagruh sebesar 25,8% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Citra merek memiliki pengaruh sebesar 36,0% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan dari pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman produk, kualitas produk dan citra merek secara keseluruhan dapat menjelaskan sekitar 63,8% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, hasil dari uji t dan uji F mengindikasikan bahwa baik keberagaman produk, kualitas produk dan citra merek baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah di Batam Center

Abstract

Di era saat sekarang, banyak bisnis di negara ini yang menerima pembayaran baik dari investor asing maupun domestik. Saat ini ada beberapa departemen di dalam perusahaan yang perlu diimplementasikan oleh beberapa personel kunci. Perusahaan berharap untuk mempekerjakan karyawan berkualitas tinggi, dan jika salah satu dari mereka ditemukan dalam proses perekrutan, itu akan merugikan tujuan perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Hal ini disebabkan sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia tidak memiliki akses pendidikan yang berkualitas, tidak seperti penduduk di negara lain. Jenis analisis yaitu kuantitatif lalu desain deskriptif. Sekitar 110 karyawan dari departemen produksi PT Alcotraindo Batam menjadi populasi. Pendekatan sampling jenuh adalah salah satu metode sampel yang dibahas. Perolehan data untuk diteliti melalui kuesioner, kemudian digambarkan dengan SPSS versi 25.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Infineon Batam. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan karyawan yang bekerja di bagian operator produksi PT Infineon, yang berjumlah sebanyak 136 karyawan sebagai populasi. Sampel dalam studi ini melibatkan seluruh populasi yang ditarik didasari sampling jenuh. Dalam metode analisis data melibatkan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Temuan pada analisis regresi linier berganda dapat mengungkapkan bahwasanya disiplin kerja berkontribusi dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 14,8%. Budaya organisasi berkontribusi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 43,2%. Komunikasi dapat berkontribusi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 32,7%. Temuan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variasi yang diamati pada kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan dengan gabungan dari disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi, dan komunikasi dengan besaran 76,5%. Uji t dan uji F mengungkapkan bahwa disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi, dan komunikasi berpengaruh poisitif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan bahwasannya untuk mengetahui apakah seberapa jauh berpengaruhnya data variabel citra merek, kualitas produk, dan digital marketing yang memiliki dampak penuh dan sebagian pada keputusan pembelian purbasari di kota batam. Menggunakan pola untuk mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner, menggunakan inovasi teknologi seperti Google Form, dan menggunakan link yang dibagikan untuk mengisi kusioner. Studi ini melibatkan 204 responden yang memakai kosmetik wanita. Studi ini menggunakan sampling purposive non-probability. Perolehan studi memperlihatkan citra merek memengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara positif dan parsial, poin t hitung 5.740 dan perolehan signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 juga kualitas produk berakibat positif dan keputusan pembelian secara parsial yakni t 7.892 dan poin signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Sementara itu, marketing digital berakibat positif pada keputusan pembelian yakni t 3.112 dan poin signifikasi 0,002 < 0,05. Poin f hitung 68,484 dan poin signifikasi 0,000 <0,05, keputusan pembelian kosmetik Emina di Batam dipengaruhi secara simultan oleh variabel digital marketing, citra merek, dan kualitas produk. Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Digital Marketing, Keputusan Pembelian. ABSTRACT This research aims to find out to what extent the variable data of brand image, product quality and digital marketing have a full and partial impact on Emina purchasing decisions in Batam City. Using patterns to collect data through questionnaires, using technological innovations such as Google Forms, and using shared links to fill out questionnaires. This study involved 204 respondents who used women's cosmetics. This study used non-probability purposive sampling. The results of the study show that brand image influences purchasing decisions positively and partially, the calculated t points are 5,740 and the significance points are 0.000 < 0.05, also product quality has a positive impact and partial purchasing decisions, namely t 7,892 and the significance points are 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, digital marketing has a positive impact on purchasing decisions, namely t 3.112 and a significance point of 0.002 < 0.05. The calculated f point is 68.484 and the significance point is 0.000 <0.05, the decision to purchase Emina cosmetics in Batam is influenced simultaneously by digital marketing variables, brand image and product quality. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembahasan salah satu kafe di Batam dan menyimpulkan hasil dari penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Board Games Cafe Batam Kecamatan Lubuk Baja Kota Batam. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 127 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis kuantitatif serta studi kasus. Olah data penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk membangun hubungan antar variabel, objek kajian, faktor, atau alat ilmiah lainnya yang dapat dibandingkan dengan penelitian ilmiah sebelumnya disebut dengan replikasi. Oleh sebab itu, seandainya sebuah perseroan melantaskan inovasi yang berbeda dan baru jadi akan terlihat memajukan kepercayaan pengunjung agar datang ke kafe yang dituju, bagi kuantitas makanan dan minuman setiap kali terjaga peringkatnya dan sesuai yang diharapkan pengunjung bisa menaikkan kepercayaan pengunjung kepada kafe itu dan membuat pelanggan menjadi loyal juga akan meningkatkan volume kunjungan kafe untuk berkumpul dan senang – senang bersama. Digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Board Games Cafe Batam.
