Abstract: The rapid advancement of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has profoundly transformed the paradigm of language education. Language learning today is not only focused on linguistic competence but also serves as a medium for character formation and the strengthening of national identity. This study aims to develop a digital humanistic literacy–based language education model that integrates technological competence with humanistic values, digital ethics, and national awareness in the era of AI. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a conceptual model development design (qualitative-based R&D), the research was conducted at MAS Bahrul Uluum Al-Kamal Asahan. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The findings produced the Digital-Humanistic Literacy Model (DHLM), which combines three main components: critical digital literacy, humanistic values (empathy, politeness, and responsibility), and national identity reinforcement. Implementation of the model demonstrated increased student participation, awareness of ethical digital communication, and a stronger sense of pride in the Indonesian language. Teachers transformed from information transmitters into digital-humanistic facilitators who nurture reflection and moral responsibility. Conceptually, this model extends the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework into TPACK-H (Humanistic) by incorporating ethical and humanistic dimensions. The model contributes significantly to strengthening the Profil Pelajar Pancasila and supporting the Merdeka Belajar policy in shaping a smart, ethical, and civilized generation within the global digital landscape. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital dan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah mengubah paradigma pembelajaran bahasa secara fundamental. Pembelajaran tidak lagi hanya berorientasi pada penguasaan linguistik, tetapi juga harus menjadi sarana pembentukan karakter dan identitas nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendidikan bahasa berbasis literasi digital humanistik yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, etika digital, dan semangat kebangsaan di era kecerdasan buatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan pengembangan model konseptual (research and development berbasis kualitatif). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) di MAS Bahrul Uluum Al-Kamal Asahan. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan Digital-Humanistic Literacy Model (DHLM) yang memadukan tiga komponen utama, yaitu: literasi digital kritis, nilai-nilai humanistik (empati, kesantunan, tanggung jawab), dan penguatan identitas nasional. Implementasi model menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi belajar, kesadaran etika berbahasa digital, serta rasa bangga terhadap bahasa Indonesia. Guru bertransformasi dari pengajar informasi menjadi fasilitator kemanusiaan digital yang menumbuhkan refleksi dan tanggung jawab peserta didik. Secara konseptual, model ini memperluas kerangka Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) menjadi TPACK-H (Humanistic) dengan menambahkan dimensi etika dan kemanusiaan. Model ini berkontribusi pada penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar dalam membentuk generasi yang cerdas, berkarakter, dan beradab di tengah arus globalisasi digital.
