Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making decisions that are accurate and targeted. To assist in determining the eligibility of the recipients of the People's Business Credit (KUR), a decision support system is required. In this research, Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method is used to determine the eligibility of KUR recipient customers. There are several criteria which are the basis for decision making such as credit status, business productivity, business condition, guarantee, and collectibility. Credit status means the KUR recipient is not receiving KUR elsewhere. Productivity means whether the business is productive or not, in terms of business location, type of business, and monthly income. Business condition means whether the business is running in good condition or not, seen from business management, business equipment, and Human Resources (HR). Collateral means collateral in the form of what will be used as collateral, such as house/shop, land, and BPKB. While collectibility means the smoothness of prospective recipients of KUR in paying monthly installments.

Abstract

The belt is a complement of clothing made of leather or hard clothing that serves to tie a pair of pants or skirts around the waist. Belts are part of fashion. There are several types of belts, which are divided into models, materials, sizes, and so on. For example, police belt, security guard belt, TNI belt and others. Generally, the parts of the belt (belt construction) are divided into two parts, namely Traps and Buckle. The traps are usually made of leather, while the buckle is usually made of metal, Decision Support System (DSS) is a computerized system designed to improve the effectiveness of decision making to solve problems which are semi-structured and unstructured so that in the process of making decisions that can be done more quality.

Abstract

Micro Hydroelectric portable is a small-scale hydroelectric power plant (< 100 kW) which has many advantages, especially without the use of reservoirs, is environmentally friendly, and is a renewable energy, so many are built for power generation purposes in rural areas. Micro Hydro is generally a permanent generator, so the main problem faced is the relatively expensive construction cost. The prototype of a Portable Micro Hydro Power Plant using an Archimedes screw turbine is a power plant that is capable of working on small-scale water discharge in the form of a beam with a length of 80 cm, a width of 40 cm, a turbine housing slope of 45o and a total weight of 8 Kg, making it a portable Micro Hydro. Micro Hydro works at a water flow rate of 0.1 - 1.1 m3/second using an Archimedes screw turbine which can work at low heads. Power from the Archimedes screw turbine is channeled to the generator using a 1:3 ratio, where one rotation of the turbine produces three rotations of the generator producing an average voltage of 7.3 Volts DC, then the voltage is converted by the inverter, charger controller, battery for 12 Volt loads, 12 Watt generated power capacity

Abstract

Student activity can be carried out by utilizing interactive technology and easy to use by students. E-Learning is learning that utilizes electronic media such as the internet, interactive TV and audio to deliver learning materials anywhere and anytime. In research conducted at MAS Alamanaar PTPN IV Pulu Raja, several things became obstacles in the learning process, including the limitations of learning resources based on computer and telecommunications technology. Materials that are applicable or applied should train students more but lack facilities and infrastructure, learning is still normative. Students need broad access to learning, active, creative, and a challenging learning environment. The use of the internet has not been optimal in finding learning resources. The lack of interest and interest of students in participating in learning the subjects of the IA (Natural Science) Department using conventional methods so far, which is indicated to be in line with the low student learning outcomes. Especially during a pandemic like today, schools need learning media that can be done online. Based on these problems, to support the learning process in schools, an E-Learning platform was built that can help schools in learning the IA (Natural Sciences) Department, because the features in E-Learning really help teachers and students in doing online learning, such as features materials, assignments, discussions between students and subject teachers and final grades that can be seen directly by students. The application is built using the SDLC Waterfall Model. The research method used is a qualitative method, with interview data collection techniques, observation and literature study. The results of this study, E-Learning can facilitate teachers and students for teaching and learning activities, practice questions and can overcome obstacles to teaching and learning activities, so that the E-Learning system is feasible to be implemented as a means of supporting learning in schools.

Abstract

Teknologi menjadi peran penting dalam kegiatan pemerintah dan masyarakat. Menjadi pemantik dan penyemangat bagi birokrasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kemajuan teknologi dan pemahaman masyarakat akan pelayanan publik semakin meningkat. Digitalisasi adalah satu kata yang tak mungkin lepas dari pembahasan dunia industri dan informasi di abad ke-21 ini. Berbagai bentuk digitalisasi terus digenjot, dalam rangka memudahkan semua proses yang berjalan. Digitalisasi adalah sebuah proses yang krusial, dan wajib dilakukan setiap jenis bisnis jika ingin terus berkembang. Peran digitalisasi bagi masyarakat dalam mendukung perekonomian daerah ini sesuai Instruksi Presiden No 6 Tahun 2001 tentang Telematika. Banyak peran digitalisasi bagi masyarakat dalam mendukung perekonomian daerah salah satunya yaitu banyaknya sekarang belanja online atau e-commerce tentu menambah pendapat pajak negara dan daerah. Dalam hal ini masyarakat perlu memahami hal-hal yang dilarang menurut UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Perbuatan yang dilarang terhadap penggunaan informasi dan transaksi elektronik dalam undang-undang diatur dalam Pasal 27 hingga Pasal 37 UU ITE. UU ITE melarang berisikan kategori perbuatan yang melakukan manipulasi, penciptaan, perubahan, penghilangan, pengrusakan Informasi Elektronik dan/atau Dokumen Elektronik dengan tujuan agar informasi elektronik dan/atau dokumen elektronik tersebut dianggap seolah-olah data yang otentik. UU ITE juga melarang bahwa setiap orang yang mengakibatkan kerugian bagi orang lain.

Abstract

The process of selecting the best teachers is an important aspect of ensuring optimal quality of education in a school. However, the selection process for the best teachers at SMPN 5 Kisaran often faces obstacles such as subjectivity, lack of efficiency, and lack of transparency. This research aims to produce a decision support system using the TOPSIS method to increase objectivity and effectiveness in the teacher selection process, as well as contribute to improving the quality of education. This research is a development type using waterfall, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation stages. The analysis stage is to identify system requirements, the design stage is to determine the system interface, the coding stage is to build the system, and the testing stage is to validate its functionality using a black box. Teacher performance data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Teacher performance data will be analyzed using the TOPSIS method, which involves stages of weighting criteria, calculating relative scores, and ranking teachers based on the highest scores. The results of our findings are in the form of a decision support system application for selecting the best teachers. The test results show that this system is running well and by the design and model that has been planned. With this system, it can help SMPN 5 Kisaran in selecting the best teachers.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSektor pertanian yang sangat berpengaruh untuk ekonomi Indonesia yaitu sektor perkebunan pada komoditas kelapa sawit. PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (BSP) bergerak di bidang penanganan kelapa sawit berskala besar dengan tujuan ekspor pada beberapa negara Asia. Berdasarkan pengolahan data panen produksi kelapa sawit pada 4 bulan terakhir September-Desember 2023 dengan variabel X1 = Jumlah Pohon, X2 = BJR dan Y = Jumlah Produksi. Setelah dilakukan analisis prediksi Liniear Regression pada pemrograman PHP maka di dapatlah prediksi untuk 2 bulan 2 bulan kedepan yaitu 4994.9631, 3946.508, 3719.006, 2627.764, 2420.786, 3571.860, 2540.4507, 2502.882, 930.894, 3717.267, 3075.809, 1948.738.

Abstract

CV. Singapore Land Waterpark Batu Bara merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang rekreasi (Waterpark) yang di resmikan Bupati Batu Bara Bapak OK Arya Zulkarnaen, SH, MM Pada tanggal 21 Desember 2016. Beralamat di Jl. Lintas Sumatera No.KM 141, Perkebunan Sei Balai, Kec. Sei Balai, Kabupaten Batu Bara. Permasalahan yang dialami perusahaan Singapore Land Waterpark adalah penjualan tiket yang masih di pesan ketika pengunjung harus mengantri untuk melakukan pembelian tiket. Hal ini membuat pengunjung tidak nyaman dalam segi waktu juga masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengolahan penjualan tiket sehingga kurang akurat dalam proses pembuatan laporan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membantu mempermudah penjuaan tiket dan mengelola informasi apa saja yang ada di dalam Waterpark Singapore Land. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan metode kualitatif untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi android pemesanan tiket online dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dikombinasikan dengan aplikasi kodular. Dengan aplikasi ini, Singapore Land Waterpark dapat menjual tiket kepada pengunjung dengan cepat tanpa harus mengantri, membantu pengunjung melakukan pemesanan tiket secara online melalui handphone serta mempermudah pegawai dalam pengelolaan data dan pembuatan laporan yang akurat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan kombinasi metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dalam pemberian reward kepada karyawan Hotel Singapore Land. Dalam industri perhotelan yang kompetitif, pemilihan karyawan yang tepat sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Metode tradisional seperti wawancara dan tes tertulis seringkali tidak efektif dan memakan waktu. Dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu proses pemilihan karyawan secara objektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini mencoba mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan mengkombinasikan metode SAW untuk penilaian terhadap kriteria-kriteria tertentu seperti presensi, masa kerja, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kerjasama, serta metode TOPSIS untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik berdasarkan solusi ideal positif dan negatif. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu manajemen Hotel Singapore Land dalam memberikan reward kepada karyawan yang layak secara cepat, akurat, sistematis, dan transparan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan semangat karyawan serta memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada tamu-tamu hotel

Abstract

Abstract: The development of information technology has experienced rapid growth, especially the internet. The internet has made significant contributions, particularly in the business sector. The intense business competition and the rapid advancement of information technology have facilitated greater accessibility for customers in choosing industries. The Mazzuri Batu Bara industry is a business that sells coconut oil products and handcrafted items made from coconut. However, Mazzuri Batu Bara has not yet implemented services that make it easier for customers to purchase products efficiently and still relies on manual processes. Sales reports are recorded in ledgers, making the process inefficient for maintaining organized records. Customers are required to visit the industry in person to learn about the products available, which means they are unaware of the latest discounts and products on offer. One of the strategies to improve service and operations is to implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The objective of this research is to assess the operability of the system design that has been developed. With the CRM design, sales can be enhanced to better meet customer needs. This system is designed to facilitate Mazzuri Batu Bara in selling products, processing data digitally, and improving customer service loyalty by retaining existing customers and attracting new ones.Keywords: coconut oil; e-crm; industry mazzuri batu bara.  Abstrak:  Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat terutama internet. Internet memberikan kontribusi yang sangat membantu dalam bidang bisnis. Persaingan bisnis yang ketat dan pesatnya pertumbuhan teknologi informasi memberikan kemudahan aksesbilitas pelanggan dalam memilih industri. Industri Mazzuri Batu Bara adalah usaha bisnis  yang menjual produk minyak kelapa dan kerajinan tangan dari kelapa. Industri Mazzuri Batu Bara belum menerapkan layanan yang memudahkan pelanggan untuk membeli barang dengan mudah dan masih menggunakan layanan secara manual, data laporan penjualan masih digunakan dalam buku besar sehingga tidak efisien untuk melakukan pencatatan yang tertata rapi, pelanggan harus datang langsung ke industri untuk mengetahui produk apa yang dijual maka pelanggan tidak mengetahui diskon terbaru dan produk yang dijual di industri. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pelayanan dan operasional adalah dengan menerapkan konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah operabilitas hasil desain sistem yang telah dibuat. Dengan desain Customer Relationship Management (CRM), dapat meningkatkan penjualan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Sistem ini dibuat untuk memudahkan Industri Mazzuri Batu Bara dalam menjual produk, mengolah data secara komputerisasi dan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan dalam mempertahankan pelanggan dan menarik pelanggan baru.Kata kunci: e-crm; industri mazzuri batu bara; minyak kelapa.
