Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja pada pegawai wanita yang bekerja di Bank Swasta di Kota Binjai. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 56 pegawai wanita. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Skala konflik peran ganda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang dibuat oleh Greenhaus & Beuthel (dalam Utaminingsih 2017), dan skala stress kerja yang digunakan penelitian ini yang dibuat oleh Robbins dan Judge (2011) yang di olah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25 for windows. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan yang positif antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja. Dengan asumsi, semakin tinggi konflik peran ganda maka semakin tinggi stres kerja. Demikian pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah konflik peran ganda maka semakin rendah pula stres kerja. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara konflik peran ganda dan stress kerja dilihat dari nilai koefisien rxy = 0,446 dengan p=0,001 < 0,05, Dengan asumsi semakin tinggi konflik peran ganda maka semakin tinggi stress kerja pada pegawai wanita. Nilai rata-rata empirik pada variabel konflik peran ganda adalah 36,26 sedangkan variabel stress kerja nilai rata-rata empiriknya adalah 64,48.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with correlation method. The purpose of this research is to see the correlation between workload and burnout. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive and significant correlation between workload and burnout. The population of this research is 60 teachers with a sample of 60 teachers. The technique used in determining the sample is the total sampling technique. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, it can be seen that the significance value of the workload variable with burnout is 0.000 <0.05. This explains that there is a significant correlation between workload and teacher burnout. The Pearson correlation value obtained between workload and burnout is 0.483. This explains that the workload and burnout variables have a positive correlation with a fairly strong correlation coefficient. The value of the determinant coefficient obtained is equal to 23.4%. Based on the value of the determinant coefficient, it can be seen that the effect of workload on burnout is 23.4% and the remaining 76.6% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. Miduk Arta. The method in this study is quantitative. The sample in this study was 48 office employees. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Namely, all populations were used as research samples. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in PT. Miduk Arta. Data collection using a Likert scale. In testing the proposed hypothesis, the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.685 was used. With a significance value of P <0.05, it shows that job satisfaction contributes 46.9%. So, there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in employees. Thus, the company can develop the organization, build a positive work environment, provide encouragement for employees to maintain job satisfaction, and increase the effectiveness and survival of the organization.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigated the relationship between emotional intelligence, social support and occupational stress at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. The approach used to this study is quantitative correlational. The study participants were 132 of resident doctors of three departement: surgical, obgyn, and anesthesia. They were selected, making use of total sampling technique. The participants were administrated three questionnaires: emotional intelligence questionnaire, social support questionnaire, and occupational stress questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis was applied as a statistical test to analyze the data. According to results revealed coefficient Freg = 9,682 ( p < 0,05 ). The findings revealed that there was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence,  social  support  and  occupational stress at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. The value of emotional intelligence and occupational stress amounts to -0,184 ( p < 0,05 ), it shows that as a emotional intelligence increase, occupational stress will decrease. Subsequently, The value of social support and occupational stress amounts to -0,268 ( p < 0,05 ), it shows that as a social support increases, occupational stress also will decrease.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran kebahagiaan di tempat kerja pada karyawan bagian SDM di PTPN IV Regional I Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 55 orang karyawan bagian SDM PTPN IV Regional I Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu total sampling. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan skala kebahagiaan di tempat kerja yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang dikemukakan Jones (2010). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif untuk mendapatkan gambaran dari kebahagiaan di tempat kerja di PTPN IV Regional I Medan. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebahagiaan di tempat kerja pada karyawan bagian SDM PTPN IV Regional I Medan dikategorikan tinggi dengan nilai mean hipotetik 207,5, nilai mean empirik 275,78, serta nilai SD 35,775. Sebanyak 10 orang karyawan bagian SDM dikategorikan sedang dan sebanyak 45 orang karyawan bagian SDM dikategorikan tinggi. Adapun aspek tertinggi yang membentuk kebahagiaan di tempat kerja karyawan yaitu aspek contribution dengan nilai kontribusi 32,953% dan aspek terendah yaitu confidence dengan nilai kontribusi 10,979%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Indonesia merupakan negara yang berada di wilayah Cincin Api Pasifik, sehingga rawan mengalami bencana alam seperti gempa bumi, longsor, letusan gunung berapi, dan tsunami. Bencana ini tidak hanya berdampak secara fisik, tetapi juga psikologis, terutama bagi anak-anak yang rentan mengalami trauma. Trauma yang dialami anak dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan emosional dan sosial mereka dalam jangka panjang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan psikososial bagi anak-anak korban bencana banjir bandang dan longsor di Desa Ketawaren, Kabupaten Karo, melalui metode storytelling. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 1-2 November 2024 yang dihadiri 58 Peserta yang terdiri dari anak-anak, orang tua dan mahasiswa UMA. Sistem evaluasi berbentuk kuisioner yang dilakukan pada awal dan akhir kegiatan PKM. Persentase kesadaran masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan limbah pertanian meningkat 39.8%, pada awal evaluasi 30% menjadi 79%. PKM ini telah berjalan efektif atau lancar.Abstract: Indonesia is a country located in the Pacific Ring of Fire, so it is prone to natural disasters such as earthquakes, landslides, volcanic eruptions, and tsunamis. These disasters not only have physical impacts, but also psychological ones, especially for children who are vulnerable to trauma. Trauma experienced by children can affect their emotional and social development in the long term. This community service activity aims to provide psychosocial assistance for children who are victims of flash floods and landslides in Ketawaren Village, Karo Regency, through the storytelling method. This activity was carried out on November 1-2, 2024, which was attended by 58 participants consisting of children, parents and UMA students. The evaluation system is in the form of a questionnaire which is carried out at the beginning and end of the PKM activity. The percentage of public awareness about the use of agricultural waste increased by 39.8%, at the beginning of the evaluation 30% to 79%. This PKM has been running effectively or smoothly.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan konflik peran dengan stress kerja. Metode yang digunakan metode kuantitatif korelasi dengan jumlah populasi 43 dan sampel 43 karyawan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan teknik total sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala konflik peran dan skala stress kerja dengan model skala likert. Teknik analisis penelitian ini adalah Korelasi Pearson Product moment. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi product moment terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konflik peran dengan stress kerja pada karyawan generasi strawberry dengan nilai signifikansi variabel konflik peran dan stress kerja sebesar 0,003 0,05.  Nilai Pearson correlation yang diperoleh antara konflik peran dengan stress kerja sebesar 0,642. Hal tersebut menjelaskan bahwa variabel konflik peran dengan stress kerja memiliki korelasi yang positif dengan koefisien korelasi yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinan yang didapat yaitu 0,412 atau sebesar 41,2% pengaruh konflik peran terhadap stress kerja. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinan dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh konflik peran terhadap stress kerja sebesar 41,2% dan 58,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigated the correlational between transactional leadership style and job satisfaction of employees PT. Socfindo Aek Pamingke Division V. The approach used to this study is quantitative research. The study participants were 81 of employees at Division V. They were selected making use of purposive sampling that is the sample were taken based on their characteristics, namely employees of PT. Socfindo Aek Pamingke Division V, under 50 years, work range 5 years and above. The hypothesis in this study was a positive correlational between transactional leadership style and job satisfaction of PT. Socfindo Aek Pamingke Division V employees”. Assuming that the more effective the transactional leadership style is, the higher the employee's job satisfaction. Conversely, the less effective the transactional leadership style, the lower employee job satisfaction. Data collection uses a Likert scale, where alternative answers consist of four categories. The assessment given to each subject's answer to each favorable statement is Strongly Agree (SS) with a value of 4, Agree (S) with a value of 3, Disagree (TS) with a value of 2, Strongly Disagree (STS) with a value of 1. The unfavorable statements are Strongly Agree (SS) with a value of 1, Agree (S) with a value of 2, Disagree with a value of 3, strongly disagree (STS) with a value of 4. Based on data analysis, the coefficient rxy = 0.673. With a significance value of P < 0.000. Shows that the transactional leadership style contributes to job satisfaction of 45.3%. So, there is a positive relationship between transactional leadership style and employee job satisfaction. From the results obtained, it can be stated that the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
