Abstract

The healthcare organization is highly competitive, in which excellent service becomes crucial. As part of the healthcare front-liners, nurses become the main provider of such services, especially in private hospitals. Therefore, it is essential to enhance nurse performance to ensure hospital success. This study investigated the relationship between work-life balance (WLB) on nurse performance (NP) mediated by work engagement (WE) and psychological well-being (PWB). This cross-sectional study recruited 132 eligible nurses in a internationally-accredited type B private hospital (>200 beds). The proposed model of this study is analyzed using partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The association between all studied variables is significant. The relation between WLB on NP mediated by WE and PWB is significant (p-value 0.000, zero fall, CI 95%)-WLB on PWB (ß=0.743), WLB on WE (ß=0.466), PWB on WE (ß=0.379), WE on NP (ß=0.351) and PWB on NP (ß=0.579). This study indicates that nurse WLB should be an essential aspect to consider in enhancing NP. The hospital should also monitor and evaluate WE and PWB in improving NP.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the curriculum, learning mechanisms, as well as the difficulties of students learning to read (dyslexia) and the difficulties of students learning to write (dysgraphia). The method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive method. Children with learning disabilities are children who experience difficulties in their academic tasks, which are caused by a minimal dysfunction of the brain, or in basic psychology, so that their learning achievements do not match their actual potential. Children who have learning difficulties, both in general and in particular, such as dyslexia and dysgraphia, need special education services in their learning process at school. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum used is the 2013 curriculum but for children with special needs, dyslexia and dysgraphia need some minor adjustments. in the curriculum structure used, such as simplification of existing learning indicators. In the learning mechanism, children with dyslexia and dysgraphia receive special services in the form of additional learning outside of general lesson hours. Children with special needs, dyslexia and dysgraphia, need an adjustment in learning that prioritizes audio-visual. In terms of educational services, the learning and managerial education system uses regular student policies but is simplified according to the needs of children with special needs, dyslexia and dysgraphia.

Abstract

The importance of self-control in society is to direct someone in a better direction, avoid committing crimes and can make someone get a new identity. This research used psychoanalysis theory of Sigmund Freud especially the id, ego and superego. The methodology of this research was qualitative descriptive, the data come from the movie entitle The Wrath of  Becky. Data for this research was collected by watching, taking notes, identifying and then analyzing by presenting, describing and interpreting the data, as well as concluding the results of the analysis. From the results of the analysis, researcher found that the movie has a psychoanalytic aspect to the main character Becky, so that this movie has aspects of id, ego and superego. Becky's self-control was successful because the researcher found that Becky's personality was dominated by the role of the superego which can accommodate the desires of the id so that Becky did not take actions that were detrimental to herself and the people around her. Becky chose to obey the rules and the norms that exist in society. Of the three aspects of Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis, it turned out that they are all covered in the movie  The Wrath of Becky. Becky clearly reflects these aspects through her dialogue, facial expressions and her actions. Based on the above results, it can be concluded that Becky's self-control can make her not commit the crime and also that self-control makes Becky look like a teenager in general who does not have mental disorders.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the Kasama Weki illustrated book based on Dompu’s local wisdom as a learning medium that is not only visually engaging but also serves as a means to internalize religious tolerance values and strengthen critical thinking skills among elementary school students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model, which includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research subjects consisted of 25 sixth-grade students of SDN 1 Dompu in the 2025/2026 academic year. The research instruments included expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and critical thinking post-test items. The findings revealed that: (1) The define stage successfully identified issues of intolerance and the need for contextual learning media that integrate local cultural values; (2) The design stage produced drafts of the illustrated book, teaching module, and evaluation instruments integrated with the Project Based Learning model; (3) The develop stage resulted in a highly feasible product, with an average expert validation score of 87.6%, student response score of 88.5% (very good category), and a post-test average score of 83.7 (very good category); and (4) The disseminate stage was carried out on a limited scale involving teachers and students, as well as through scientific publication. Overall, the results indicate that the Kasama Weki illustrated book is valid, practical, and effective as a learning medium that fosters mutual respect among students of different religions and enhances critical thinking skills through contextual, culture-based learning activities. Therefore, the development of this illustrated book provides a significant contribution to educational practice and character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Corporate reputation reflects the perception of the public, stakeholders, and customers toward a company. This study aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty on corporate reputation at PT XYZ, both collectively and partially. Data was collected through a survey of 91 customers, determined using the non-probability quota sampling technique. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS Version 18.0, employing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, determination coefficient tests, correlation tests, and hypothesis testing with F-test and T-test. The results showed a moderate correlation (0.435) between customer satisfaction, consumer loyalty, and corporate reputation, with a determination coefficient of 18.9%, indicating that 81.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Hypothesis testing revealed F-calculated (10.249) > F-table (3.100), confirming a dominant influence of customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty on corporate reputation. Regression analysis produced the equation Y = 12.454 + 0.328X₁ + 0.444X₂, indicating a positive and significant effect. These findings emphasize the importance of customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty in enhancing corporate reputation at PT XYZ

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of decreased employee performance at PT XYZ which is influenced by low work motivation, increased work conflict, and lack of employee commitment. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work conflict, and commitment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was used with an associative method, involving 60 respondents from the total population of company employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to measure the relationship between variables. The results showed that partially, work motivation, work conflict, and commitment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three variables contributed 71.7% to performance, with the rest influenced by other factors outside the study. This study suggests that companies strengthen work motivation through reward programs, manage conflict constructively, and increase commitment through training and supportive policies.
