Abstract

Indonesia is currently facing a serious nutritional problem that has an impact on the quality of human resources (HR). One of them is stunting and wasting. Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by malnutrition over a long period of time, resulting in a child being short (dwarf) for his or her age. As a result of stunting, it not only interferes with physical growth but can also interfere with the development of a child's brain. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and understanding of mothers of babies and toddlers regarding stunting so that stunting prevention can be done as early as possible. This community service activity was carried out at the Mojosari Mojokerto Health Center. Activities carried out by the method of lectures, question and answer and discussion. From the results of the activity evaluation, it was found that mothers' knowledge and understanding of stunting increased. The hope of this activity is that with this activity, the prevalence of stunting can be reduced, especially in Mojokerto Regency, so that in the future there will be healthy and intelligent children. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work shifts and workload with the level of work stress among Gerokgak Health Center health workers. The method used is quantitative analysis through a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that work shifts and work stress levels obtained values (p=0.000 and r=0.846), and workload and work stress levels obtained values (p=0.000 and r=0.777). In conclusion, work shifts and workload have a significant positive relationship and influence on work stress levels. Keywords: Workload, Work Shift, Work Stress Level

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Quality of Service on Inpatient Satisfaction during the Post Pandemic COVID-19 in the Arjuna Room of Kerta Usada Hospital. This research method is an analytical survey with an explanatory approach. The results showed that all independent variables of service quality, which included Reliability (X1=0.283), Responsiveness (X2=0.292), Assurance (X3=0.450), Empathy (X4=0.407), and Tangibles (X5=0.282) were significantly related to satisfaction inpatients. In conclusion, it shows that assurance has the most significant influence on patient satisfaction. Keywords: Patient Satisfaction, Service Quality, Post Pandemic

Abstract

Menopause is one of the most important periods of human life. Because in that period began to occur changes involving various systems and organs, the term cardiovascular system. Cucumber juice is one of the approved natural treatments that can reduce blood pressure in people with hypertension. This study tries to prove the effect of cucumber juice on blood pressure in hypertensive menopausal women. This research is an experimental study that provides cucumber juice which is drunk routinely for 1 week. Respondent's blood pressure was observed before and after being given help. Data collection techniques with purposive sampling were 20 respondents. The instrument used was the observation sheet and tensimeter.The results showed in the consultation group, most respondents answered moderate hypertension at the time of the initial examination. After giving cucumber juice for 1 week, obtained great results from respondents to reduce blood pressure to light with an average blood pressure to 151 mmHg. In the control group, most were still categorized as moderate hypertension with mean blood pressure of 169.6 mmHg. Mann Whitney test results about the difference between the control women and the experimental group after consuming cucumber juice for 1 week (Z count = -2.762 and p value = 0.005). Consumption of cucumber juice for 1 week regularly can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive menopausal women. Suggestion: hypertensive menopausal women need to routinely consume cucumber juice and carry out healthy living so that blood pressure becomes normal and controlled. Abstract

Immunization is the most effective and efficient public health effort in preventing several dangerous diseases. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of mothers and health cadres about immunization during the Covid-19 pandemic. So that mothers still want to give complete immunizations to babies and are not afraid and anxious to come to the puskesmas to immunize their babies. In the end, the health status of babies can still be improved even though the Covid-19 pandemic is currently happening. This activity is carried out by providing education and training on all matters related to immunization during the Covid-19 pandemic. From the results of the evaluation of this activity, it was found that there had been an increase in knowledge of mothers and cadres about immunization during the pandemic period. The hope of this activity is that the immunization activity will continue without any hindrance, in which mothers still want to bring their babies to be immunized and feel safe and comfortable.

Abstract

Dalam strategi nasional percepatan pencegahan stunting, disebutkan bahwa pelayanan gizi dilakukan dengan target intervensi kelompok 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (HPK). Dengan terjadinya pandemi Covid-19, tersebut dikhawatirkan akan berpengaruh terhadap pemenuhan gizi pada 1000 hari pertama kehidupan terutama pada bayi dan balita, yang pada akhirnya akan mengganggu kesehatan bayi dan balita. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, merubah sikap dan perilaku ibu agar memahami tentang gizi pada bayi dan balita. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan tentang segala hal yang terkait dengan gizi pada bayi dan balita. Dari hasil evaluasi kegiatan ini didapatkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi pada bayi dan balita selama masa pandemi. Sikap ibu terhadap gizi bayi balita adalah positif. Harapan dari kegiatan ini adalah dengan adanya kegiatan ini, gizi pada bayi dan balita tetap terpenuhi walaupun saat ini kondisi perekonomian keluarga banyak yang kurang baik yang dikarenakan oleh pandemi covid 19. Abstract

ABSTRAK: Mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak sangat penting agar anak bisa menjadi manusia dewasa yang cerdas dan berkualitas. Upaya orang tua mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak diantaranya diwujudkan dengan memberikan stimulasi untuk tumbuh kembang yang optimal, memberikan asupan gizi dan nutrisi yang baik, memilih lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas, memberikan motivasi, menyalurkan minat dan bakat anak melalui kegiatan, baik di sekolah maupun di lingkungan rumah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang upaya optimalisasi tumbuh kembang anak, serta mengaktifkan masyarakat terutama kader posyandu dalam upaya optimalisasi tumbuh kembang pada anak pra sekolah. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan pada ibu anak pra sekolah mengenai cara mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang pada anak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Ponkesdes Randubangu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mojosari Kabupaten Mojokerto. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia pra sekolah. Pada akhir kegiatan didapat terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu dalam mengoptimalisasi tumbuh kembang anak. Harapan dari diadakannya kegiatan ini adalah orang tua mampu untuk meningkatkan perannya dalam memaksimalkan tumbuh kembang anak ABSTRACT: Optimizing children's growth and development is very important so that children can become intelligent and quality adult humans. Parents' efforts to optimize children's growth and development include providing stimulation for optimal growth and development, providing good nutrition and nutrition, choosing quality educational institutions, providing motivation, channeling children's interests and talents through activities, both at school and in the home environment. . This community service activity has the aim of increasing mother's knowledge about optimizing child growth and development, as well as activating the community, especially posyandu cadres, in an effort to optimize growth and development in pre-school children. Activities are carried out by providing health education to mothers of pre-school children regarding how to optimize growth and development in children. This community service activity was carried out at the Randubangu Posyandu in the working area of ​​the Mojosari Health Center, Mojokerto Regency. The target of this activity is mothers who have pre-school age children. At the end of the activity, it was found that there was an increase in mother's knowledge in optimizing child growth and development. The hope of holding this activity is that parents are able to increase their role in maximizing the growth and development of their children

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence service quality on patient satisfaction at Jember Acupuncture House. This research is an analytical survey research with an explanatory approach. The results showed that Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression tests and the results obtained showed that there was a significant influence between the factors of reliability, responsiveness, and attention. Meanwhile, assurance and appearance factors have no significant effect on patient satisfaction. From this study, the results showed that the overall quality of service at Jember Acupuncture House was good, but some did not show maximum service quality because the services received did not by the expectations and needs of patients.. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the use of traditional medicine at the Jember Acupuncture Center. The research method is an explanatory analytical research with a cross-sectional approach. The research results showed that most of the respondents' knowledge was in a suitable category, 36 people (60%), most of the family support was in an appropriate category, there were 32 people (58.3%), most of the sociocultural factors were supportive with the number of respondents being 28 people (45 .9%), and most of the use of traditional medicine is frequent with the number of respondents being 32 people (80.6%). In conclusion, there is a relationship between knowledge, family, and sociocultural support with using traditional medicine at the Jember Acupuncture Center. Abstract

The objectives of this research were analyzed patient safety culture, organizational communication climate, and task complexity towards patient safety incident in Hospital X. This research Method uses a analytic observational research with cross sectionalstudy design. Result of this research showed that patient safety culture and task complexity has significant influence towards patient safety incident, meanwhile organizational communication climate do not has significant influence towards patient safety incident. In conclusion, patient safety incidents that often occur in work units at Hospital X are near-injury incidents.
