Abstract

This study aims to assess the minimum investment capital to start investing, and minimize the risk of loss and business instinct to analyze what effects are good to buy and of course it will be profitable in investing in the capital market. The approach used in this research is quantitative explanative research. In this study, there are two kinds of variables used, namely the dependent variable and the independent variable. The dependent variable used for this study is student investment interest in the capital market, while the independent variable used in this study consists of minimum investment capital (X1), and risk perception (X2). The data collection technique in this study is to use primary data, namely a questionnaire (questionnaire). The analytical method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis using calculations through SPSS version 20. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of minimal investment capital and risk perception on student investment interest simultaneously at the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. The contribution of these two variables contributed 44.3% and the remaining 55.7% was influenced by other variables not examined in the study. Abstract

This study aims to add insight into investment and stock trading, as well as things that investors need to consider before investing. The approach used in research is quantitative explanatory research because the main purpose of this study is to prove the influence one variable on another. In this study the variables used are independent variables consisting of intrinsic motivation, and investment knowledge and the dependent variable, namely lecture’s investment interest in the capital market. Data collection techniques in this study are using primary data that is questionnaire (questionnaire). The analytical method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the influence of intrinsic motivation and investment knowledge simultaneously on the investment interests of lecturers at the Faculty Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University's economy with indicates pleasure, challenge, and satisfaction and type of investment, level of risk, and return. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/afr.v2i2.3726

Abstract

Kadin Ponorogo as the parent organization for entrepreneurs has a role in providing education and training services for Kadin partners. There are some institutions or companies, especially MSMEs in Ponorogo, who do not understand the strategy of writing good correspondence. Therefore, as an effort to overcome this problem, the Ponorogo Chamber of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo held correspondence writing training. The methods used are theory and practice. Theory is an effort to provide valuable understanding of the concept of good correspondence, and is strengthened by practice to find out the extent of understanding of correspondence. As a result, the correspondent learned about good writing strategies by applying strategies such as ATM (Observe Modified Imitation) and the correspondent succeeded in creating examples of good correspondence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interrelationship of the variables of knowledge collection, knowl-edge contribution, organizational learning, and human resource innovation capability at Sultan Agung Semarang Islamic Hospital. This study also aims to develop a model of the role of com-munication variables in moderating the equation of enhancement of human resource innova-tion capability at Sultan Agung Semarang Islamic Hospital. The population in this study were all the permanent nurses at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital who worked on the hemodialysis action room, surgery room, ICU, and SEC which totaled 75 people. Method of sampling in this research using census method. This research was analyzed using Sruktural Equation Mod-eling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 2.0 M3 software. The results showed that knowledge gathering had a significant positive effect on the contribution of knowledge and to the capability of human resource innovation. Contribution of knowledge has a significant positive effect on organizational learning and on human resource innovation capability. Organizational learning has a significant positive effect on the capability of human resource innovation.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan administrasi kependudukan melalui keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam proses perekaman Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (e-KTP) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (DUKCAPIL) Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, di mana mahasiswa bekerja sama dengan petugas DUKCAPIL dalam kegiatan pelayanan langsung maupun jemput bola untuk menjangkau masyarakat yang belum melakukan perekaman e-KTP. Mahasiswa berperan membantu proses administrasi, pengaturan antrean, pendampingan masyarakat, serta memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya kepemilikan dokumen kependudukan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja aparatur, mempercepat proses perekaman, serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya identitas kependudukan. Dari sisi sosial, kegiatan ini memperkuat hubungan antara pemerintah dan masyarakat melalui pelayanan yang lebih humanis dan komunikatif, sedangkan dari sisi akademik memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami dinamika pelayanan publik dan menumbuhkan sikap empati, tanggung jawab, serta profesionalisme. Kesimpulannya, kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan DUKCAPIL Kabupaten Ponorogo terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kualitas pelayanan publik berbasis partisipasi, dan diharapkan dapat menjadi model pengabdian berkelanjutan bagi peningkatan layanan administrasi kependudukan di daerah lain.

Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi kependudukan merupakan bagian penting dari fungsi pemerintahan daerah dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yang cepat, akurat, dan transparan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ponorogo ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan KTP elektronik, khususnya untuk pengurusan KTP hilang, rusak, dan cetak ulang, serta memperbaiki prosedur legalisir dokumen kependudukan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, pendampingan pegawai di bagian loket dan percetakan, serta evaluasi proses pelayanan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi waktu pelayanan, dari rata-rata tiga jam menjadi satu jam untuk pencetakan ulang KTP, serta penurunan waktu pelayanan legalisir dari tiga puluh menit menjadi lima belas menit per pemohon. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat koordinasi antarpegawai, meningkatkan ketelitian dalam verifikasi data, dan membangun budaya kerja yang lebih tertib. Sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan pemerintah daerah dalam kegiatan ini terbukti mampu memperkuat tata kelola pelayanan publik yang akuntabel, efisien, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pelestarian warisan budaya merupakan upaya penting dalam menjaga identitas dan nilai-nilai luhur bangsa. Salah satu bentuk nyata pelestarian tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan pembuatan batik tulis yang hingga kini masih bertahan di berbagai daerah, termasuk di Fajar Batik Kecamatan Bungkal, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin menurunnya minat generasi muda terhadap batik tulis tradisional, serta terbatasnya pemahaman mengenai nilai ekonomi dan budaya dari kerajinan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pengrajin batik, serta pelatihan mengenai teknik membatik, dan pewarnaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam proses produksi batik tulis, serta munculnya kesadaran baru tentang pentingnya melestarikan batik sebagai aset budaya lokal yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Dengan demikian, program ini berkontribusi pada upaya pelestarian budaya sekaligus penguatan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat di Kecamatan Bungkal.

Abstract

Abstract: The Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Regional Hospital Cooperative plays a strategic role in supporting the welfare of its members and meeting the practical needs of customers within the hospital environment. However, the dynamics of consumer behavior, variations in product preferences, and demands for quality service require the cooperative to continuously adapt. This article aims to analyze sales increase strategies through consumer behavior, product preferences, and service quality approaches. The methods used are independent work based on field observations, sales data analysis, and evaluation of implemented work programs, including monthly product promotions, routine evaluation management, and optimization of the Year-End Meeting (RAT). The results show that the implementation of monthly promotions increased sales volume, evaluation management improved service performance, and optimization of the RAT increased member participation and loyalty. This integrated strategy has proven effective in driving sustainable sales growth for the cooperative.
