Abstract

In the last decade, the integration of sharia principles in modern business practices has gained significant attention, prompting businesses to adopt innovative strategies to ensure compliance with Islamic law while remaining competitive in the global marketplace. This article aims to analyze various strategies that have been implemented by sharia businesses to integrate Islamic values ​​with contemporary business practices, highlighting the challenges and opportunities that arise in the process. Using a qualitative approach, this research examines case studies of several companies that have successfully implemented innovative sharia business management, identifying the key factors that influenced their success. The findings show that a deep understanding of sharia principles, innovation in products and services, and transparency and accountability are critical aspects supporting this integration. This article also discusses the implications of these strategies for the further development of the Islamic business sector and offers recommendations for best practices that can be adopted by other companies. It is hoped that this analysis can provide useful insights for business actors who wish to integrate sharia principles in their operations, as well as contribute to the sharia business management literature.

Abstract

Dalam pembangunan perekonomian UKM (Usaha Kecil dan Menengah) yang selalu digambarkan sebagai sektor yang memiliki peranan penting. Hal ini dikarenakan sebagian besar jumlah penduduknya berpendidikan rendah dan hidup dalam kegiatan usaha kecil baik di sektor tradisional maupun modern. UKM juga memiliki peran yang strategis dalam pembangunan perekonomian nasional, oleh karena itu, selain berperan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja juga berperan dalam perindustrian hasil-hasil pembangunan, tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberilan pengetahuan dan akses informasi pelaku usaha terhadap bantuan yang telah disediakan oleh pemerintah tentang legalitas usaha atau IUMK (Izin Usaha Mikro Kecil) yang digunakan sebagai salah satu syarat untuk mendapatkan bantuan tunai maupun non-tunai dari pemerintah. Edukasi yang diberikan yaitu dengan melakukan pendampingan pendaftaran NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) dan IUMK (Izin Usaha Mikro Kecil). Mitra dalam pengabdian kali ini adalah UMKM InaPie dimana UMKM ini sdh mengurus perijinan dan legalitas produknya, metode pengabdian ini menggunakan daring (online) dalam pelatihannya. Hasil dari pelatihan pengabdian tersebut adalah memberikan motivasi agar para UMKM selalu berinovasi dalam produknya dan memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya legalitas suatu produk

Abstract

Surabaya adalah kota terbesar dan tertua di Indonesia, dengan total luas 330,45 km2 dan jumlah penduduk lebih dari 3 juta orang di malam hari dan lebih dari 5 juta orang di jam kerja. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya terus melakukan upaya-upaya demi terwujudnya kota ramah perempuan dan anak serta berkomitmen mewujudkan dan mempertahankan predikat Kota Layak Anak (KLA) selama lima kali berturut-turut, antara lain dengan menjalankan program Kampung Arek Suroboyo Ramah Perempuan dan Anak. Dengan indikator tambahan terkait pemberdayaan perempuan, perlu dilakukan pengembangan dan pembinaan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam bersinergi membangun kota yang ramah perempuan dan anak. Dalam program KAS-RPA ini terdapat beberapa kategori kampung antara lain kategori Kampung Belajar, Kampung Sehat, Kampung Asuh, Kampung Aman, dan Kampung Kreatif - Produktif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the Indonesian economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study is the economy in Indonesia caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The determination of the sample was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, based on certain criteria in 2019–2020. The data source used is secondary data obtained in the form of observations of the economy in Indonesia which has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic (online). Testing the research hypothesis using the SEM analysis method (structural equation model). The first results obtained show that inflation and the unemployment rate have proven to have a significant positive effect on the Indonesian economy; while the Covid-19 pandemic has had a positive but unsignificant effect on the Indonesian economy. The second result found that inflation proved to have a positive but unsignificant effect on national investment; on the other hand, the unemployment rate and the Covid-19 pandemic proved to have a positive and significant effect on national investment.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase the motivation and spirit of UMKM Actors of Renggilis Mejoyo Village, Surabaya. Participants in this activity amounted to 30 MSME actors. Analysis of the results of the evaluation of activities is carried out with descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis show that the SMEs are aware of or understand that there must be a very diverse form of motivation, not only in the form of words, but motivation can also be in the form of a strong desire and encouragement from within itself. This motivation is given to SMEs to review motivation and group them into several forms from time to time. Hope in the future food and beverage products from UKM Kelurahan Tenggilis City of Surabaya can reach national markets and cannot reach the international market.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) telah menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia, namun untuk bersaing pada tingkat global, UMKM perlu mengembangkan kemampuan ekspor mereka. UMKM memiliki potensi besar untuk sukses dalam ekspor, namun banyak di antara mereka yang tidak memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang prosedur ekspor, regulasi perdagangan internasional, atau bahkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif di pasar luar negeri. UMKM juga harus mengetahui dan memahami Regulasi perdagangan internasional yang mencakup pengetahuan tentang peraturan perdagangan, tarif, dan pengurusan dokumen ekspor-impor. Pelaku usaha sebelumnya harus dapat mengetahui ketentuan persyaratan internasional atau ketentuan permintaan pasar luar negeri, misalnya kuantitas, kualitas, pengemasan, pelabelan, pendanaan dan waktu pengiriman. Pelaku usaha juga harus menghitung biaya-biaya yang diperlukan mulai dari ongkos produksi hingga pemasaran, sehingga bisa menetapkan harga jual produk, Selain itu, pelaku usaha juga harus bisa memastikan produksi yang berkelanjutan, sehingga tidak akan kebingungan saat mendapatkan pesanan dalam jumlah yang besar.

Abstract

Pasar modal dapat dipakai sebagai alternatif bagi masyarakat pemodal untuk melakukan investasi selain melakukan investasi pada perbankan yang dapat mengubah pola pikir masyarakat bahwa melakukan investasi bukan hanya melalui perbankan dengan cara menabung atau membuka deposito. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman awal tentang pasar modal kepada masyarakat sivitas akademika Surabaya dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan pembekalan dasar tentang pasar modal serta memberikan pengetahuan praktis mengenai investasi dan produk–produk investasi (basic product knowledge) di pasar modal kepada sivitas akademika Surabaya. Dari hasil kegiatan ini, sivitas akademika mulai menyatakan kesediaan mereka melakukan pembukaan rekening efek (saham) sebagai tanda bahwa mereka bersedia menjadi pemodal di pasar modal, di mana mereka merupakan motor penggerak untuk menambah jumlah pemodal di pasar modal serta merupakan penggerak untuk meningkatkan nilai transaksi perdagangan efek dan meningkatkan nilai kapitalisasi pasar efek di masa-masa mendatang.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), which at that time experienced fluctuations up and down in line with economic and political activity. At that time, fluctuations in joint stock prices were caused by macroeconomic factors, one of which was inflation, increases in interest rates, foreign exchange rates, money supply, and others. These macroeconomic factors greatly influence the performance of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), especially accompanied by the emergence of Covid-19 which has had a very negative impact on the entire Indonesian economy. This research aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and money supply on the composite stock price index (IHSG) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The research data used is secondary data with Indonesian research samples in the 2018-2022 period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using SPSS 25. From the research results, it can be concluded that partially this research shows that the variables inflation, interest rates, and money supply each have a positive and significant effect on the composite stock price index (IHSG). Meanwhile, the exchange rate variable negatively and significantly affects the composite stock price index (IHSG). Meanwhile, the variables inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and money supply simultaneously positively and significantly influenced the composite stock price index (IHSG) during the 2018-2022 Covid pandemic.

Abstract

As time goes by, now we have entered the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, which is based on technology and the internet in Indonesia, encouraging the growth of innovation and demonstrating digital strategies that are in line with the desires and needs of society at this time, so that it will make it easier for people to carry out financial activities in various economic sectors. , including in the financial sector or what is commonly known as Financial Technology (Fintech). This research aims to test and analyze the Behavioral Approach, CANVAS Sharia Business Model, and Interest in Sharia Fintech Development in the Millennial Generation. The population in this research is fintech users in the millennial generation. The sampling technique was carried out using an accidental sampling technique. The sample that will be selected is the millennial generation. The data obtained is quantitative and this method uses a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. Testing research hypotheses using SEM. The results of the research show that: consumer behavior has a significant positive effect on the development of Sharia fintech in the millennial generation, the canvas business model has a significant positive effect on the development of Sharia fintech in the millennial generation, consumer interest has a significant positive effect on the development of sharia fintech in the millennial generation.

Abstract

Changes in a dynamic business environment require organizations to develop effective change management strategies to improve organizational resilience. This research discusses change management strategies in improving organizational resilience through innovation-based approaches, digitalization, and adaptive leadership. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to analyze change management strategies in improving organizational resilience through innovation, digitalization, and adaptive leadership. The results showed that change management strategies based on innovation, digitalization, and adaptive leadership have a significant role in improving organizational resilience. Innovation allows organizations to stay relevant by creating new solutions in the face of evolving challenges. Digitalization plays a role in improving operational efficiency, accelerating decision-making, and opening up new opportunities through the use of technology. Meanwhile, adaptive leadership is a key factor in directing change with flexibility, building a culture that is responsive to external dynamics, and empowering human resources to be more responsive to change. The results of this study provide insights for organizational leaders in designing effective change management strategies to achieve resilience and sustainable growth.
