Abstract

The Koran's comments regarding marriage are explicit in many verses. There are around 104 verses, including the vocabulary of marriage which is repeated 23 times and the word zauwj which is repeated 80 times. An in-depth review of all the marriage scriptures lays out the five principles of marriage. First, the principle of mawadah wa rahmah. Second, the principle of monogamy. Third, the principle of mu'āsyarah bil-ma'rūf (polite communication). Fourth, the principle of mutual enhancement and protection in interpersonal relationships and sexuality. Fifth, the principle of determining partners for prospective brides and grooms. Society believes that women do not have full rights in matters of marriage, so choosing a partner must be left to their parents. Selection of a partner as one of the principles of marriage often conflicts with the right of ijbar held by the guardian. This ultimately became the focus in Islam, a woman's right to decide on a partner is the sole right of her parents, not the right to decide on a partner. The claim that has developed so far is that mujbir guardians are parents who claim that their children were married off by their parents' choice, or better known as "forced marriage". This paper aims to analyze the use of KH Husein Muhammad's socio-historical approach in the form of the mashlahah concept in Fiqh/Usul Fiqh with the aim of reaching a middle point between the differences. Abstract

The background of this research is that education is a crucial element in building a great, intelligent, and noble golden generation of Indonesia towards the vision of Indonesia 2045. This study aims to analyze the concept of mathematics learning through the implementation of the 7 habits of great Indonesian children, namely the habit of waking up early, praying, exercising, eating healthy and nutritious food, loving to learn, being in society, and sleeping early. This type of research uses the Systematic Literature Review method or also known as SLR. In this study, the researcher used a data collection study by reading, taking notes, reviewing literature or reading materials that were selected and considered appropriate to the main topic of the study "Implementation of 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children in Mathematics Learning that can have a positive impact on students' attitudes, motivation, and learning outcomes. The readings chosen by the researcher were around the period 2015-2025. The results of the study of the relationship between each habit and mathematics learning are being responsible (Be Proactive), starting with the end goal (Begin with the End in Mind), putting the main thing first (Put First Things First), thinking win-win (Think Win-Win), trying to understand first, then be understood (Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood), synergy (Synergize), sharpening the saw (Sharpen the Saw)

Abstract

Komentar Al-Qur'an terkait pernikahan secara eksplisit terdapat dalam banyak ayat. Ada sekitar 104 ayat, termasuk kosakata perkawinan yang diulang 23 kali dan kata zauwj yang diulang 80 kali. Sebuah tinjauan mendalam dari seluruh ayat pernikahan menjabarkan 5 prinsip pernikahan. Pertama, prinsip mawadah wa rahmah. Yang kedua adalah prinsip monogami. Ketiga, prinsip Mu'āsyarah bil-Ma'rūf (komunikasi yang santun). Keempat, prinsip saling meningkatkan dan melindungi dalam hubungan interpersonal dan seksualitas. Terakhir, prinsip penentuan pasangan bagi calon pengantin. Masyarakat meyakini bahwa perempuan tidak memiliki hak penuh dalam urusan perkawinan, sehingga dalam memilih pasangan harus diserahkan kepada orang tua. Pemilihan pasangan sebagai salah satu prinsip perkawinan seringkali bertentangan dengan hak ijbar yang dipegang oleh wali. Hal ini akhirnya menjadi fokus, dalam Islam, hak perempuan dalam memutuskan pasangan adalah hak tunggal orang tua mereka, bukan hak untuk memutuskan pasangan atau pasangan. Klaim yang berkembang selama ini adalah wali mujbir adalah orang tua yang mengaku anaknya dinikahkan atas pilihan orang tuanya, atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah “kawin paksa”. Karya ini secara gamblang menggambarkan konsep penggunaan pendekatan sosio-historis KH Husein Muhammad dalam bentuk konsep mashlahah dalam Fiqh/Usul Fiqh dengan tujuan untuk mencapai titik tengah di antara perbedaan.
