Abstract

Tarikan Perjalanan menuju Kawasan Pasar seringkali dipengaruhi konsep pasar yang ditawarkan. Kehadiran pasar modern di Kota Padang masih merupakan kajian yang menarik untuk diteliti. Transmart merupakan salah satu pasar modern yang paling sering dikunjungi di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 400 responden yang tertarik mengunjungi Transmart Padang. Ternyata variabel moda transportasi yang digunakan menuju kawasan Transmart, kepemilikan kendaraan dan luas lahan parkir yang disediakan memiliki hubungan satu sama lain. Pada penelitian ini, pemilihan moda diwakili variabel Y dan dikategorikan atas mobil pribadi, sepeda motor, ojek, bus Trans Padang, angkot dan sepeda. Variabel jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan mewakili X1. Variabel luas lahan parkir mewakili X2, yang dikategorikan; sangat sempit, sempit, luas dan sangat luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai tingkat korelasi antara pemilihan moda (Y) terhadap variabel jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan (X1) dan kategori luas lahan parkir (X2), Selanjutnya memodelkan pemilihan moda (Y) berdasarkan variabel X1 dan X2 tersebut menggunakan teknik regresi non linear dengan tools SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan yang cukup kuat (r = 0,469) antara variabel Y dengan variabel X1 dan X2. Secara parsial, diperoleh koefisien korelasi (r) = -0,423 antara variabel Y dengan X1 yang mengindikasikan kondisi berlawanan antar variabel tersebut. Ini berarti peningkatan kepemilikan kendaraan (X1) akan diikuti dengan penurunan pemilihan moda (Y). Diamati juga korelasi yang rendah (r = 0, 214) antara variabel Y dengan X2. Dengan demikian, model regresi non linear terbaik yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 1,765e-0,298X1 +0,189X2, dengan nilai R2 = 0,220.

Abstract

Pengelolaan parkir seringkali berpotensi menimbulkan konflik di kawasan padat penduduk. Analisis perparkiran merupakan langkah awal yang perlu diambil untuk menentukan kebijakan pengelolaan perparkiran di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik parkir RSUD Rasidin Padang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik survei parkir. Indikasi masalah parkir di kawasan ini terlihat dari tingginya intensitas parkir on street yang dilakukan pengunjung. Hasil analisis nilai indeks parkir maksimum adalah 110% yang menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas ruang parkir yang tersedia sudah tidak mampu lagi menampung kendaraan parkir. Penelitian ini memerlukan kajian lebih lanjut untuk merumuskan rekomendasi pengelolaan parkir bagi RSUD Rasidin Padang.

Abstract

The Padang-Solok road section is one of the national road sections that frequently experiences accidents every year. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that cause accidents on the Jalan Lubuk Paraku Sitinjau Lauik section based on the accident rate, and find out alternative prevention solutions future traffic accidents. This type of research is descriptive research using the Accident Rate method. The factors reviewed are the total number of accidents that occur and the length of the road section studied. An Accident Rate value > 1.0 will be classified as a Black Spot, while a value < 1.0 will be classified as a Black Site. The results of the accident analysis based on the Accident Rate can be identified in three road sections that show a high accident rate, namely more than 1.0. The highest accident rate was on the Panorama 2 – Padang-Solok City Limits road section at 2.37 accidents/km.year. The most dominant factor causing traffic accidents is the human factor. After an inspection was carried out, the brakes failed due to the large number of descents or steep inclines which made the car brakes not function properly. An alternative solution for preventing accidents is to create a temporary stopping place at the Padang - Solok city limits to cool down the engine and car brakes, repair traffic signs that are not yet permanent and create a special brake rescue lane for broken brakes at Panorama 2 and near the rice fields PU Mes.

Abstract

TTanah merupakan salah satu material alam yang penting dalam dunia konstruksi. Tanah yang baik adalah tanah yang dapat menahan beban di atasnya tanpa menyebabkan penurunan tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis stabilitas tanah berdasarkan nilai daya dukung tanah dengan pencampuran abu ampas tebu dan molase. Metode penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental di laboratorium dan mengacu pada standar pengujian mekanika tanah yang berfokus pada nilai CBR (California Bearing Ratio). Variasi campuran molase yang digunakan adalah 5%, 10%, dan 15% serta abu ampas tebu sebesar 6%, 12%, dan 18%. Sampel tanah berasal dari daerah Lubuk Minturun dan Bukit Gado-gado Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa nilai CBR sampel tanah Lubuk Minturun dan Bukit Gado-Gado mengalami kenaikan menjadi 10,68% dan 9,34% dengan variasi campuran 5% molase + 6% abu ampas tebu dari sebelumnya nilai CBR tanah asli sebesar 9,69% dan 8,87%. Berdasarkan SNI 1744, kisaran nilai CBR 7-20 dikategorikan sebagai tanah yang mempunyai nilai daya dukung tanah sedang.

Abstract

Paving Block is a building material made from a mixture of cement, sand and water. Paving blocks are widely used in the construction sector, such as sidewalks, highways, parking lots, parks and others. Ease of installation, inexpensive maintenance and fulfilling aspects of beauty make paving blocks more preferred. Along with the many developments such as houses, parks, roads in the midst of today's society, this has resulted in the need for paving blocks increasing. Because the hardening process takes quite a long time, therefore, to speed up hardening, this study added coconut shell ash. In this study using a ratio of 1 Pc: 3 Ps and the addition of coconut shell ash with variations of 0%, 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% by weight of cement. The average compressive strength value of paving block plans is a minimum of 12.5 MPa and a maximum of 15 MPa for grade C which is used for pedestrians and other uses, with rectangular specimens measuring 20 cm x 10 cm x 6 cm of 24 pieces with age 28 days testing for compressive strength and water absorption test. Based on the test results, the normal compressive strength of paving blocks was 13 MPa, the addition of 2.5% coconut shell ash was 13.5 MPa, 5% shell ash was 14.5 MPa, the addition of 7.5% coconut shell ash was 12. .83 MPa. Based on the test results, the normal Paving Block water absorption value was 7.8%, 2.5% shell ash was 7.22%, the addition of 5% shell ash was 6.3%, 7.5% shell ash was 4.89%. Thus, it can be stated that the effect of Coconut Shell Ash can increase compressive strength and reduce water absorption. The highest compressive strength and lowest water absorption were obtained at the addition of 5% for the compressive strength and the lowest water absorption was obtained at the addition of 4.89%.

Abstract

Padang Eye Center is one of the hospitals under construction on Jalan Khatib Sulaiman, Lolong Belanti, North Padang District, Padang City, West Sumatra. The construction of the hospital will certainly have an impact on traffic on Jalan Khatib Sulaiman. The purpose of conducting andalalin is to analyze the amount of travel demand that occurs at the Padang Eye Center Hospital in pre-construction, construction period, operational period, and post 5 years of construction, as well as seeing the impacts that occur and how alternative solutions are carried out. The parameters used are based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2021 concerning the implementation of andalalin, the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) of 2023 concerning the performance of road sections and the Directorate General of Land Transportation of 1996 concerning parking. The results of the analysis, namely the existing conditions obtained a V / C ratio of 0.43 level B, the construction period obtained a V / C ratio of 0.45 level C, the operational period with a V / C ratio of 0.45 level C, and after 5 years of operation the V / C ratio is 0.58 level C which means that the flow is stable, but the operating speed begins to be limited based on the level of service (LOS) table. Parking needs based on the building area of 2832 m2 were obtained as many as 113 srp, while based on the available parking area it can accommodate as many as 121 srp, so the parking space requirements of the Padang Eye Center Special Eye Hospital have been met. The alternative solution to this analysis is the placement of regulatory officers in front of the entrance and exit of the Khatib Sulaiman Road intersection during the construction period, regulating parking circulation within the hospital area, and making barrier gates to regulate vehicle traffic flow.

Abstract

Padang City has experienced rapid development in infrastructure, but the limited green open space presents a significant challenge to the city's drainage system, resulting in frequent flooding during the rainy season which has a negative impact on the economy, health, and safety of the community. This study aims to identify the intensity of rainfall, analyze the implementation of Low-Impact Development (LID) technology and without LID implementation using EPA SWMM 5.2 software in the DPR Street area, Dadok Tunggul Hitam Village, Padang City. The practical implications of the implementation of Low Impact Development (LID) for general city management are to reduce drainage loads by managing rainfall locally, improve water quality by reducing rainfall pollution, reduce flood risks by managing rainfall effectively, improve city aesthetics by creating green and beautiful open spaces, and reduce infrastructure costs by managing rainfall locally and reducing the need for large drainage systems. The main benefits of the research results for flood management policies in Padang City are to improve the quality of life of city residents by creating a healthier and more comfortable environment, increase city resilience to climate change and natural disasters, and improve resource management efficiency by managing rainfall locally. Using 10 years of rainfall data from BMKG and primary data related to drainage channel dimensions, hydrological and hydraulic analyses and drainage system simulations were carried out. The results of the study showed that the application of LID, such as Rainfall Garden, Rainfall Barrel, Bioretention Cell, Infiltration Trench, and Permeable Pavement, application of LID an area can reduce the depth of inundation by 57,717%, the volume of runoff by 74.247%, and the peak runoff by 68,069%. The implementation of LID in an area of ​​73.54 Ha has proven effective in reducing the risk of flooding, strengthening drainage infrastructure, and providing sustainable solutions in dealing with urbanization in Padang City.

Abstract

Pengendalian on street parking berbasis teknologi parkir meter telah diuji cobadi tiga kawasan pertokoan di kota Padang, salah satunya ruas jalan Permindo, sejak September 2016. Namun penerapan parkir meter tersebut dilaporkan masih belum optimal (Agusmanto, 2017; Wahyudi, 2016). Dari pengamatan visual, kinerja ruas jalan Permindo masih kurang optimal akibat adanya gangguan arus lalu lintas akibat aktivitas parkir dan PKL. Secara konseptual, praktek on street parkingjuga berdampak terhadap pengurangan kapasitas jalan, penurunan Level of Service (LOS), merugikan pengguna angkutan umum dan pejalan kaki, meningkatkan resiko kecelakaan lalu lintas, menurunkan potensi ekonomi, serta menghilangkan ruang publik. Sebetulnya Pemerintah Kota Padang telah melakukan upaya manajemen parkir yang perlu diapresiasi, salah satunya melaluiParking Meter System. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji karakteristik aktivitas on street parking di ruas jalan Permindo pasca diberlakukannya alat meter parkir tersebut.Pendekatan analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan mengamati karaktersitik parkir di kawasan kajian. Metode pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan melalui survey parkir dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 100 responden (pengendara dan pengguna ruang parkir).Kajian inidiawali dengananalisis karakteristik parkir. Analisis karakteristik parkir yang dimaksud meliputi perhitungan volume parkir, akumulasi parkir, durasi parkir, Parking Turn Over, kapasitas parkir, indeks parkir dan kebutuhan ruang parkir. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa ruang parkir yang disediakan sudah tidak mampu lagi menampung kendaraan parkir (IP= 143 % > 100 %). Hasil analisis parkir tersebutperlu dikaitkan dengan hasil analisis deskriptif respon pengguna sistem meter parkir. Pengendalian on street parking dengan formulasi kebijakan yang sesuai perlu dilakukan agar memberi dampak yang berarti khususnya terkait pola aktivitas parkir masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan tahap preliminary analisis yang dapat digunakan sebagai catatan bagi perumusan kebijakan perparkiran dikawasan Permindo.

Abstract

The Padang City is one of the cities that still provides angkot as one of the public transportation mode services. Most of users of this mode are students and students. City transportation routes in the city of Padang are spread to various parts of the city of Padang with the central center of movement from the Pasar Raya Padang. However, since the presence of Tans Padang in January 2014, city transportation modes have started to have new competitors. Since July 2022 Corridor V has been serving a new route, namely Corridor of Indarung - Pasar Raya Padang. This study aims to describe the characteristics of travelers in choosing the mode and explore the factors that influence travelers in choosing the mode of transportation. Data collection methods are carried out by surveys and interviews. The variables reviewed include aspects of travel convenience, travel safety, travel time and travel costs. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression methods. Based on characteristic analysis data, it is known that 54.5% of mode users have income at an average level (Rp. 1,000,000 – 3,000,000). For users of this mode, the travel time variable (47.25%), the travel cost variable (43.25%), the travel convenience variable (36%), and the travel safety variable (8.25%) are still the factors that are the main considerations in choosing the mode. Abstract

Parkir merupakan bagian dari fasilitas yang menyatu dari sistem jalan secara keseluruhan. Parkir merupakan permasalah umum pada transportasi perkotaan, baik di kota berkembang maupun di kota besar. Masalah parkir juga merupakan sesuatu yang tidak dapat diatasi oleh beberapa fasilitas umum seperti rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir dan manajemen perparkiran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara survei pencacahan langsung dilokasi Rumah Sakit Tentara Kota Solok. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan di area parkir Rumah Sakit Tentara Kota Solok (On Street Parking), didapatkan akumulasi parkir untuk kendaraan roda dua selama 4 hari dalam interval waktu 15 menit didapatkan jumlah kendaraan yang tertinggi pada hari Rabu sebanyak 110 kendaraan dengan 80 SRP, sedangkan untuk kendaraan roda empat sebanyak 26 kendaraan dengan 18 SRP oleh karena itu permintaan kebutuhan ruang parkir tidak dapat dipenuhi karena kapasitas ruang parkir yang tersedia tidak mampu untuk menampung kendaraan pengunjung rumah sakit, sehingga perlu penambahan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan parkir pada jam puncak atau pada waktu akumulasi parkir maksimum yang sesuai dengan Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggara Fasilitas Parkir dengan jumlah tempat tidur 80 maka jumlah SRP yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 104 SRP. Dari 100 responden yang mengisi kuesioner, rata-rata dari 8 pertanyaan mengenai kenyaman, keamanan dan operasional responden memilih cukup. Dengan adanya masalah parkir dibahu jalan sebaiknya pengatur parkir perlu dikembangkan terutama pada waktu sibuk kendaraan memasuki area agar tidak mengganggu siklus kendaraan lainnya, perlu diberi batasan-batasan parkir seperti petak-petak parkir sehingga tidak ada kendaraan yang parkir sembarangan dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak Rumah Sakit Tentara Kota Solok untuk menyediakan lahan parkir yang memadai sesuai dengan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat 1996 yaitu sebanyak 104 SRP.
