Abstract

Di era digital, banyak sekolah yang memberikan tugas siswanya dalam bentuk digital seperti PowerPoint. Kegiatan-kegiatan kesiswaan juga seringkali menuntut siswa untuk membuat poster digital yang kemudian disebarluaskan. Penguasaan aplikasi Canva dapat membantu para siswa dalam kehidupan bersekolah dan di kemudian hari dapat bermanfaat bagi mereka. Yang menjadi permasalahan saat ini adalah kurangnya pemahaman para siswa akan penggunaan aplikasi sederhana untuk melaksanakan kegiatan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap pembelajaran para siswa SD Al Fityan Tangerang yang masih belum memahami dan menguasai penggunaan aplikasi Canva dengan mengenalkan tools dan ikon pada aplikasi Canva serta mengajarkan bagaimana cara menggunakannya. Selain hal tersebut, para siswa juga diajarkan ucapan-ucapan sederhana dalam Bahasa Mandarin. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan literasi digital para siswa terkait penggunaan aplikasi Canva untuk keperluan tugas sekolah, serta memahami ucapan-ucapan sederhana dalam Bahasa Mandarin.Kata kunci: Canva, Literasi Digital, Bahasa Mandarin

Abstract

The success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is influenced not only by internal factors but also by various external factors that can strengthen or weaken business performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of government support as a moderator of entrepreneurial competence and self-efficacy on business success in women's fashion MSMEs in Central Jakarta. The research employs a purposive sampling technique with 225 respondents, consisting of women’s fashion MSMEs owners in Central Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. The research instrument consisted of an online questionnaire distributed to respondents meeting the sample criteria. The result show that entrepreneurial competence, self-efficacy, and government support have a positive and significant effect on the business success of women's fashion MSMEs in Central Jakarta. However, government support was not found to strengthen the effect of entrepreneurial competence and self-efficacy on the business success. Thus, entrepreneurial competence, self-efficacy, and government support are vital for success in fashion MSMEs. MSMEs business owners can enhance their success by developing entrepreneurial competence and self-efficacy, focusing on innovation, strategic decision-making, and self-confidence as key drivers of business success in the fashion industry. With government support, including training, and access to capital, fashion MSMEs can grow, compete in broader markets, and contribute to local economic development.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative design and purposive sampling. This study uses a quantitative design and purposive sampling technique to investigate the influence of Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) factors on customer intentions to switch from Shopee to TikTok, two popular shopping platforms in Indonesia. Variables were measured using a 6-point Likert scale, and data were analyzed using SEM PLS version 4. This study found no significant effect of push, pull, and mooring factors on the intention of Indonesian buyers to switch from Shopee to TikTok. However, the study found a link between switching intentions and actual behavior, suggesting that Indonesian customers' platform switching dynamics differ from other countries. Future research needs to explore other factors that affect the desire to switch and investigate the variables affected by push, pull, and mooring factors. It would also be useful to consider other methods for measuring intention to switch between e-commerce and social commerce and expand the study to include all e-commerce applications in Indonesia or other topics.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Rawa Mekar Jaya, terutama perempuan, melalui pelatihan pembuatan sirup dari buah pedada (Sonneratia sp.). Desa ini memiliki potensi besar untuk memanfaatkan buah pedada yang kaya vitamin C dan bernilai ekonomi namun tantangannya adalah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai manfaat dan potensi pengolahan buah pedada. Tujuan utama program ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan dan kesadaran ekonomi warga dalam mengolah sumber daya lokal menjadi produk khas desa yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi. Luaran yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan keterampilan warga, pembentukan produk khas desa berupa sirup buah pedada, dan peluang usaha baru yang mendukung ekonomi lokal. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan efek positif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi dan menginspirasi pengelolaan sumber daya lokal.
