Abstract

— The future trend in the field of management is the increasingly applied analytic data in every management decision, both for development and investment. Data submitted by companies are processed and evaluated by investors. However, the calculation pattern that is done is still based on financial analysis. This paper is intended to develop an analytic data framework that can be used by CEOs or investors in managing and valuing an industry. The research methodology used is using historical data in the Company's annual reports for the past five years and calculate it using SEM-PLS. This data is then entered into the analytic data framework and then being evaluated to get the essential resources or critical processes that have a strategic position or value in the industry. This research is using textile industry data. In the textile industry, it is found that the critical strategic resources are raw materials that significantly affect the Company's performance. This key finding is in line with the development of technology in raw material in the textile industry. This analysis method is intended to complement existing financial-based analyses that has been done for a long time. With this new analysis framework, the CEO and Investor will get a new perspective on the industry and take advantage of additional information from its result.

Abstract

Abstract - The growing competitive global business environment has increasingly identified Knowledge Management (KM) as a crucial strategic approach. The connection between Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and KM has not been thoroughly investigated, and there are only a few empirical studies on this subject. The primary goal of this study is to examine, through empirical means, the substantial influence of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on knowledge management (KM). Using a quantitative approach, information was gathered via surveys from 133 staff members at a college or university and then assessed using Smart PLS. The findings reveal that innovation, risk-taking, and proactiveness are key elements of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and significantly impact knowledge management (KM). The findings emphasize the critical importance of EO in improving KM operations within companies. This study provides new insights into the relationship between entrepreneurship and knowledge management by presenting empirical evidence, showing the vital role of entrepreneurial orientation in driving knowledge management. The study adds to the current body of knowledge and offers significant insights for professionals, academics, and business owners regarding the significance of combining entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management to gain competitive benefits. Abstract

Emotional Intelligence (EI) has been identified as a good predictor of academic success. A multigenerational study says that Gen Z is inclusive because they place a high value on human interactions, which indicates EI. Rasch Model Analysis was used to explore Gen Zers' emotional intelligence based on their academic success. Gen Z students with high GPAs may have more emotional intelligence (EI) than those with low GPAs. A personal survey questionnaire and convenience sampling collected data from Gen Z students in Greater Jakarta higher education institutions. A Rasch Model analysis shows disparities in EI levels across students with high and low GPAs, yet the students with high GPAs do not have direct EI since the difference in EI level based on GPA is statistically insignificant. According to the Rasch Model Analysis, gen Z's EI is primarily high. EI. In terms of EI dimensions, Self Awareness dimensions show Gen Z is open to feedback. In contrast, Self-Management believes that Generation Z students will see their flaws. According to the Social Awareness findings, Gen Z students would become friends with anyone. Meanwhile, the Relationship Management component demonstrates that Generation Z students seek mutually beneficial solutions.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of McClelland's social motives on entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and knowledge management behaviour (KMB), examining EO's mediating role in this relationship. Utilising a sample of 302 employees from Greater Jakarta, data were collected through online surveys and analysed using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that social motives significantly influence EO, positively impacting KMB. The study underscores the importance of fostering a workplace culture that supports social motives such as achievement, power, and affiliation, as these drive entrepreneurial behaviours and effective knowledge management practices. EO serves as a crucial mediator, amplifying the beneficial effects of social motives on KMB. These insights suggest that organisations can enhance their innovation and competitive advantage by strategically managing human and knowledge resources. Practical implications include implementing policies and training programs that cultivate social motives and entrepreneurial orientation. Future research should explore the longitudinal effects and the moderating roles of organisational culture and leadership style, providing a more comprehensive understanding of these dynamics across diverse contexts.
