Abstract

This reseach aim to compare recording and drugs inventory especially characterized generic drug by the largest transaction and drugs that often out of stock. Generic drugs consist of five types of generic injection and five types of tablets, spesifically NaCl 0,9% 500 Ml Inj, Ranitidin Inj, Dexamethasone 5 Ml Inj, Cefotaxime 1 g Inj, Gentamicin 80 Mg Inj, Amoxicillin 500 Mg, Antasida Doen, Dexamethasone 0,5 Mg, Chlorpeniramin, and Lansoprazol from January 1st to December 31st 2018 at RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahrani Samarinda on Palang Merah street Samarinda Indonesia, according to recording and aassessment stock of generic drugs river to PSAP No 05 of 2010.Methods in this comparison were Perpetual Method and First In First Out(FIFO) Method based on PSAP No. 05 of 2010. The results of this research were the recording and assessment of generic drug supplies at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda General Hospital  not in accordance with PSAP No. 05 of 2010

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan telaah dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat, yang mencakup nilai-nilai inovasi, keadilan dalam penghargaan, dan komunikasi yang transparan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Budaya yang mendorong kolaborasi, keterbukaan, dan penghargaan terhadap kontribusi individu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk produktivitas dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan. Keadilan dalam penghargaan dan komunikasi transparan memperkuat ikatan anggota organisasi terhadap tujuan institusi. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perguruan tinggi untuk mengembangkan budaya organisasi yang lebih adaptif, relevan, dan berkelanjutan guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja SDM dan pencapaian tujuan institusi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Performance-focused human resource development in IT consulting firms. The purpose of implementing this program is to find out the management of human resources that occurs in the company, how companies manage human resources so that performance i mprovements can occur in IT consulting companies and what efforts have been made by companies to manage their companies that have an impact on improving performance as well as what assessment methods used by companies to measure employee performance. Problems that arise such as excessive working hours and other problems can be found in this new start-up company. The method used in this activity is online (using the Zoom us application, Google Meet) and face-to-face. The results of the research conducted indicate that employee performance is very good, companies can find solutions to their employee performance problems by providing some training, mentoring to bonuses that can increase motivation so that employee performance can increase and have a good influence on employees. The company uses the graph rating scale method and the alternative ranking method, where the employee who gets the top rank will be given an annual bonus by the company.

Abstract

Monolingual dictionaries play a crucial role in applied linguistics because they provide definitions and contextual meanings without involving another language. This study compares the macrostructure and microstructure of three monolingual dictionaries representing different linguistic traditions, al-Muʿjam al-Wasīṭ for Arabic, the Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary (OALD) for English, and the Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) for Indonesian. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and content-analysis techniques, data were taken from dictionary entries and their presentation systems, supported by recent lexicographic literature in Arabic, English, and Indonesian. Results show fundamental differences in entry systems and lexical information. Al-Muʿjam al-Wasīṭ organizes entries by root (al-jadhr [الجذر]) and derivation (al-isytikāq [الاشتقاق]); the OALD highlights phonetic and collocational aspects, while the KBBI emphasizes normative and standardizing functions. The research concludes that the balance between macrostructure and microstructure determines dictionary effectiveness. It recommends developing a digital Indonesian monolingual dictionary that combines the Arabic morphological search system with the English-style richness of microstructural features.

Abstract

Dwipurwa (initial syllable reduplication with the vowel replaced by the schwa, partial reduplication) in bahasa Indonesian is unproductive reduplication, unlike dwilingga (full reduplication) which almost can be set up as many words any way. Indonesian people recognize some sorts dwipurwa besides its form in dwilingga. Example the word lelaki, in addition to laki-laki. The use of those two words (both dwipurwa and dwilingga) are interesting to be explored; whether on its same or different meaning. If there is a similarity, there are also things that distinguish the two. In addition, dwipurwa has a tendency of being used in a variety of literature (poetry or song) and also in the social media because it is very dependent on the number of written characters. For instance, dwipurwa that appears in social media is gegara which refers to gara-gara. During these times, there is a tendency to uncover the meaning and new concepts by using dwipurwa, for example, the chosen tetikus (instead of mouse) and jejaring instead of social network. The method used in this research is descriptive while the method of assessment is an equivalent referential method. It is focused on reduplicatedable words that can be both dwipurwa or dwilinggawhich is discussed as a comparison for determining the meaning of dwipurwa itself. The conclusion found in this research is dwipurwa and dwilingga based on the same basic word can have the same meaning, may have the similarity or difference, or totally very different. Dwipurwa has the potentiality to be developed to enrich the terms of certain fields as well as general vocabulary, as recently revealed in a lot of social media.
