Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and job stress on nurse performance in the inpatient ward of the Regional General Hospital. The research used a quantitative approach with an associative method using saturated sampling of 62 inpatient ward nurses. Data collection techniques used questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that partially, job satisfaction has no significant effect on nurse performance (t-count = 0.855 < t-table = 2.001; sig. 0.396 > 0.025), while job stress has a negative and significant effect on nurse performance (t-count = 9.648 > t-table = 2.001; sig. 0.000 < 0.025). Simultaneously, job satisfaction and job stress have a significant effect on nurse performance (F- count = 46.717 > F-table = 4.00; sig. 0.000 < 0.05) with an R² value of 0.613 or 61.3%. These results indicate that good job stress management is a crucial factor in improving nurse performance in the inpatient ward of RSUD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of product quality control at Sumber Gizi Factory and to identify the factors contributing to product defects using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The research utilizes production data and defect records from July 2024 to June 2025, with a total output of 365,000 tofu units. Several SQC tools were employed, including check sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, p-control charts, fishbone diagrams, and flowcharts. The findings indicate that 4,980 defective units were produced, accounting for 1–2% of the total output. The most frequent defect was uneven size (2,340 units), followed by hard texture and soft texture defects. The p-control chart analysis reveals that the production process is not fully in control, as several data points fall outside the upper and lower control limits. The dominant causes of defects include human factors (worker accuracy), inconsistent production methods, improper measurement of water and coagulant solution, and suboptimal machine pressure. The study recommends improving worker training, standardizing production procedures, and strengthening machine maintenance to enhance process stability and reduce defect rates.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of public accountability, employee performance, supervision, and legislation on the quality of financial reports in preventing fraud at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of West Papua Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey of BPKAD employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests to ensure the model's feasibility. The results show that public accountability and employee performance do not significantly affect the quality of financial statements in the context of fraud prevention. Conversely, supervision and compliance with laws and regulations have a significant and positive effect on the quality of financial statements. Simultaneously, these four variables contribute to the production of more reliable financial reports, thereby enhancing fraud prevention. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening the functions of supervision and regulatory compliance in regional financial management, accompanied by capacity-building for officials and the reinforcement of a culture of integrity, so that financial reports not only meet formal compliance requirements but also reflect integrity. However, they are also effective tools for public accountability and fraud prevention.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of social media marketing and electronic word-of-mouth on purchase decisions in TikTok Shop, with trust as an intervening variable. The study addresses the limited emphasis on purchase decision in social commerce research and tests whether brand-generated and user-generated communication significantly shape consumer decision-making. The study employed a quantitative explanatory design using an online survey of 105 Generation Z respondents in Manokwari Regency who had previously purchased through TikTok Shop. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling to examine direct and indirect relationships among social media marketing, electronic word of mouth, trust, and purchase decision. The results show that social media marketing and electronic word-of-mouth both have positive and significant effects on trust and purchase decisions. Social media marketing exerts the strongest influence on trust, whereas electronic word of mouth has a stronger direct impact on purchase decisions. Trust also significantly affects purchase decisions and partially mediates both antecedent variables. The findings highlight that the purchase decision on TikTok Shop is shaped by the interaction among persuasive platform communication, peer evaluation, and consumer confidence, offering practical guidance for trust-oriented social commerce strategies and further research on decision behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study entitled Analysis of Queuing Theory at Esau Sesa Manokwari Public Gas Station (SPBU) aims to analyze the optimal number of facilities and service performance at optimal levels. The type of data used is quantitative data and data sources used are primary data, namely observation and interviews. The analytical method used is queuing theory analysis in accordance with the queuing model applied to Esau Sesa Manokwari gas stations, namely the Multiple Line Queue Model, meaning that there are more than one facility line and there is only one service stage that the customer must complete to complete the service.            The results of the study at the Esau Sesa Manokwari gas station using queuing theory analysis, namely the calculation of the Multiple Path Queue Model obtained the longest queue in the System (Wq) 0.60 and the shortest (Wq) 0.28. In calculating the performance of the queuing system in research is still optimal in accordance with predetermined service standards. Keywords : Queue Theory, multiple path queue model (M/M/S), service optimization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the amount of banner raw material inventory in 2020, with the selected method, namely EOQ and MRP to get an economical amount of inventory on the next order. This study uses primary data from interviews and secondary data from inventory report data from CV. Ozone Graphics. The analysis used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) with the Part Period Balancing (PPB) technique. The results of this study using the EOQ method the company will get an optimal inventory of 422.94 meters of Korean Flexy and 42.58 liters of Icontek ink, with the lowest total inventory cost of Rp. 3,571,694.39 Korean Flexy and Icontek ink of Rp. IDR 3,496,425.47. Meanwhile, with the MRP method, the results obtained are that the total cost of inventory is too high, namely Korean Flexy Rp 12,930,250 and Rp 17,034,520 Icontek ink. So that by using the EOQ method the company will get the optimal amount of inventory and can minimize inventory costs. Keywords: Inventory, Inventory Cost, EOQ, MRP, PPB
