<![CDATA[ Uang game online adalah mata uang virtual yang digunakan di semua game online untuk membeli barang virtual dari produsen game. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk untuk mengkaji pembelian cash game secara online oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UKI Toraja. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 95 orang responden. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini keputusan pembelian game cash online tidak terpengaruh oleh budaya. Faktor psikologis memengaruhi keputusan pembelian permainan uang tunai online. Faktor sosial parsial memengaruhi keputusan pembelian permainan uang online. Faktor pribadi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian permainan uang tunai online. Dan faktor budaya, psikologi, sosial, dan pribadi secara bersamaan mempengaruhi pembelian cash game online.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the impact of management education on building resilient communities through the community service initiative involving international students. The research utilizes a qualitative approach, incorporating a case study design. The study involved interviews with educators, community leaders, and program participants. The main participants included international students participating in the cultural immersion program and members of UKI Toraja who engaged with these students. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, focusing on individuals who were actively involved in the program. Five international students and five members of the Management Study Program at UKI Toraja were chosen to provide a variety of perspectives and experiences, ensuring the study represented diverse viewpoints. In-depth, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the selected international students and UKI Toraja Management Study Program members . The data gathered from interviews and participant observations were transcribed and analyzed through thematic analysis. This approach involved coding the data to uncover recurring themes, patterns, and key narratives related to cultural exchange, learning outcomes, and community impact. The result of this study shows that the impact of management education on building resilient communities through the community service initiative involving international students namely Mutual Learning and Exchange and Increased Social Cohesion.]]>

<![CDATA[The success factors for Village Owned Enterprises (BUMLem) are human resource management. So far, the quality of human resources or managers working at BUMLem is generally still very low, this is indicated by the still low quality of products, limited ability to develop new products, slow application of technology, and weak business management. The purpose of this activity is to support the development and progress of existing businesses in Lembang in particular. The method in this service begins with initial research (initial assessment) of problems and helping problems is carried out with focus group discussion (FGD) activities both with BUMLem Batu Rumbu administrators, village heads and the local community. It is hoped that the results of assisting BUMLem management governance will increase community income. It is hoped that in the future BUMLem will be able to carry out functional governance management including human resource governance, production and marketing. BUMLem is able to be more mature and wise in responding and quickly finding solutions to any problems that occur when the business is growing.]]>

<![CDATA[The tax sector is the biggest supporter of state revenue, therefore the reporting of the Annual Income Tax Return for Individual Taxpayers needs to be considered by every taxpayer in an organization, where the obligation as a taxpayer must make a report no later than March 31 of the following year through e-filing. The e-filing system can help employees report their tax obligations to the government more easily and transparently. The purpose of implementing Community Service (PKM) is to help partner employees understand what income tax is and how to use e-filing in reporting the Annual Income Tax Return for Individual Taxpayers 1770 SS. This is done to support employee compliance and responsibility in fulfilling their obligations as taxpayers. The method for implementing this PKM is by providing material, filling out simulations and assisting in reporting the Annual Income Tax Return for Individual Taxpayers 1770 SS via e-filing, so that each employee can report the Annual Income Tax Return directly.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of working capital efficiency on profitability at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) of Tana Toraja Regency in 2016-2020. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), correlation coefficient (R) and statistical t-test using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application version 22. The results show that working capital efficiency has an effect positive and insignificant to the profitability of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) of Tana Toraja Regency in 2016-2020. The correlation value of 0.621 indicates a strong correlation and the coefficient of determination of 38.6% means that working capital efficiency affects profitability by 38.6% while the remaining 61.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of credit interest rates on the demand for productive business credit of the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union Cooperative, Tana Toraja Regency. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative using a credit report that contains the loan amount based on the credit interest rate at the Sauan Sibarrung CU Cooperative. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression analysis and significance test using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of calculations with the t test on the loan interest rate variable, the results of t count (-2,3) < t table (3.182), so it can be concluded that the loan interest rate variable has no effect on the demand for productive business loans at the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union Cooperative, Tana Toraja Regency. From the results of the Coefficient of Determination, it shows that 65.2% of the loan interest rate affects the demand for productive business loans while 34.8% is influenced by other variables not included in the study, while the correlation between the interest rate variable and the demand for productive business loans is 0.807, which means strong relationship between variables.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan kinerja keuangan pada PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk. Adapun persoalan penelitian adalah bagaimanakah kinerja keuangan PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun jenis data adalah jenis data sekunder yang berupa data laporan keuangan tahunan PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk adalah rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio aktivitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk dilihat dari rasio likuiditas dengan menggunakan perhitungan current ratio menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dalam kondisi kurang baik dan quick ratio menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2020 perusahaan dalam kondisi baik sedangkan pada tahun 2021 sampai 2022 perusahaan dalam kondisi kurang baik. Berdasarkan rasio solvabilitas yang menggunakan perhitungan debt to equity ratio dan debt to asset ratio selama 3 tahun terakhir berada diatas standar dan kurang baik. Berdasarkan rasio aktivitas yang menggunakan perhitungan total asset turnover dan working capital turnover, menunjukkan bahwa dalam tiga tahun terakhir perusahaan dalam kondisi kurang baik. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas dan Rasio Aktivitas . Abstract This study aims to determine the ability of financial performance at PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk. The research problem is how the financial performance of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk. The data collection procedure used is literature research and documentation. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The type of data is a secondary type of data in the form of annual financial statement data of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk. Data analysis used in analyzing the financial performance of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk is liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and activity ratio. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the financial performance of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk seen from the liquidity ratio using the current ratio calculation shows that the company is in poor condition and the quick ratio shows that in 2020 the company is in good condition while in 2021 to 2022 the company is in poor condition. Based on the solvency ratio using the calculation of debt to equity ratio and debt to asset ratio for the last 3 years is above standard and not good. Based on the activity ratio, which uses the calculation of total asset turnover and working capital turnover, it shows that in the last three years the company has been in poor condition. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of mutation and workload on employee performance at the Balo' Ta Savings and Loans Cooperative Head Office. Data collection procedures in this study included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used was a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 25. This study was conducted at the Balo' Ta Savings and Loans Cooperative Head Office, Tana Toraja Regency with a sample of 32 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of the calculation with the t test showed that for the mutation variable, the t count value (0.892) < t table (1.699), while for the workload variable, the t count value (6.541) > t table (1.699). The conclusion of this study is that mutation does not affect employee performance, while workload affects employee performance. Simultaneously, mutation and workload affect employee performance at the Balo' Ta Savings and Loans Cooperative Head Office, Tana Toraja Regency.]]>

The mentoring method used in this research includes skills training. The result of this activity is the improvement of skills and knowledge of the weavers.
