The Analysis Of Liquidity Ratio For Civil Service Cooperative Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu North Toraja Regency Westerini Lusdani; Rati Pundissing; Chrismesi Pagiu

This research aims to examine the liquidity ratio at the Ao' Gading Civil Servant Cooperative PGRI Ranting Balusu in the North Toraja Regency. This research's data analysis technique is the analysis of the liquidity ratio, which consists of the current ratio and the cash ratio .In 2018, the current ratio was calculated to be 3.51 %; in 2019, it was calculated to be 3.41 %; and in 2020, it was calculated to be 3.31 %. In 2018, the cash ratio was calculated to be 0.71 %, while in 2019 and 2020, it was calculated to be 1.04 % and 1.20 %, respectively. According to the rules set forth by the State Minister for Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, the Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu, North Toraja Regency, current ratio calculation findings indicate that it is not good, According to the decree of the State Minister for Cooperatives and UKM of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 06/M/KUKM/2006, dated May 1, 2006, and the outcomes of the cash ratio calculation at Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu, North Toraja Regency, they are classified as not good. According to the assessment requirements of the Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM, the liquidity of the Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu Civil Servant Cooperative is rated as poor based on the study conducted with several liquidity ratio formulas, Number 06/M/KUKM/2006 does not mean that it is illiquid but the cooperative does not optimize its current assets because its cash is still too small compared to its receivables even though its current assets are greater than its current liabilities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Gandrial Coffee Shop di Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan melalui prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan rumus CSI dil lengkapi dengan tabel customer satisfaction index (CSI). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 82% menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Gandrial Coffee Shop di Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja berada pada kategori sangat puas.

This study aims to determine whether the number of members and the amount of capital affect the remaining results of operations at the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative, Rantepao Branch. This type of research is quantitative research, namely data in the form of numbers and can be calculated using multiple linear regression methods using SPSS. The type of data used in this study is primary data taken from questionnaire data. The data collected is directly sourced from the Rantepao Branch of the Balo'ta Savings and Loans Cooperative Office. The sampling technique used the slovin technique with a population of 2,713 cooperative members with a sample of 78 people as respondents. The data collection method is a questionnaire. Based on the research results, it was found that the number of members did not have a positive effect on the remaining results of operations, while the amount of capital had a positive and significant effect on the remaining results of operations. And the number of members and the amount of capital simultaneously affect the remaining results of operations at the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loans Cooperative, Rantepao Branch, North Toraja Regency.

Learning is assistance provided by educators so that the process of acquiring knowledge and knowledge, mastering skills and habits, as well as forming attitudes and beliefs in students can occur. Learning is a process to help students learn well. Community-based learning is a group of educators and education personnel in one school who study together and collaborate regularly with clear and measurable goals to improve the quality of learning so that it has an impact on student learning outcomes. The aim of this activity is to increase the competence of educators and build a culture of sustainable learning together, so that it has an impact on improving student learning outcomes. Community-based learning is very important because the learning community is a forum for realizing collaboration between students. With a learning community, students can gain quality learning experiences.

The Influence of Price and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions at Sejahtera Mart Rantepao, North Toraja Regency. The problems in this study are: Does the price affect purchasing decisions at Sejahtera Mart Rantepao. Does the quality of service affect purchasing decisions at Sejahtera Mart Rantepao.) Do prices and service quality affect purchasing decisions at Sejahtera Mart Rantepao. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases at Sejahtera Mart Rantepao. Sampling in this study is Nonprobability Sampling. The data analysis technique used is instrumenttest, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing. The results of the study The price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions because the value of t_count>t_table is 0.254>0.2006 and the resulting significance is 0.800 t_table or 0.677>0.2006 and the resulting significant is 0.500

Kain hasil tenun Toraja pada awalnya dipergunakan hanya untuk acara tradisional dan acara ritual seperti perkawinan dan acara rambu solo. Sejalan dengan perkembangan waktu kain tenun ini bisa dibuat seperti dompet, tas, pakaian seragam kerja dan sebagainya, dan kain tenun ini salah satu kearifan lokal yang perlu dilestarikan dan sekaligus menjadi objek wisata yang sangat menarik sebagai oleh – oleh bagi wisatawan baik dalam negeri maupun mancanegara. Perajin kain tenun Toraja untuk memperluas daerah pemasarannya maka para perajin harus mengikuti perkembangan pasar modern seperti instagram, untuk mempromosikan produknya kepada masyarakat baik dalam negeri maupun mancanegara dan pada akhirnya bisa menimbulkan daya tarik untuk melakukan pembelian dan sekaligus bisa meningkatkan hasil penjualannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dari 100 responden rata – rata jawabannya 3, 435 yang artinya kecenderungan setuju. Kemampuan media sosial instagram berpengaruh sebesar 97 % terhadap naik turunnya nilai keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji t nilai signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti media sosial instagram (X) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y).

Akuntabilitas dana desa merupakan suatu realitas sosial yang disusun dengan adanya interaksi sosial, politik, budaya, perilaku, dan moral antara berbagai pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaknai akuntabilitas dana desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif dengan metode fenomenologi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara secara mendalam (in-depth interview), observasi, dan dokumentasi. Objek dari penelitian adalah Desa/Lembang Ma’kuanpare dan Desa/Lembang Pitung Penanian di Toraja Utara dan menempatkan pemerintah desa dan masyarakat sebagai informan. Akuntabilitas sosial dana desa dimaknai sebagai kerterlibatan secara aktif atau proaktif masyarakat desa dalam bentuk pemikiran dan tenaga untuk membangun dan memberdayakan desa mereka sesuai kearifan budaya lokal masyarakat setempat. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam memberikan pendapat masih apatis namun dalam partisipasi tenaga sudah maksimal yang menyebabkan pembangunan desa cepat diselesaikan. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of health protocol-based services Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy for consumer satisfaction GrabCar transportation service during the covid-19 pandemic.This reseacrh uses associative method. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to the sample. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were students at the Atma Jaya Makassar University in the category of having used GrabCar based on health protocols or GrabCar Protect at least once. Data collection techniques using non-probability methods, the purposive sampling technique. The results of this study F test, show that the health protocol-based service variables consisting of Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction using GrabCar transportation services by Atma Jaya University Makassar students.

The purpose of this study was to analyze working capital turnover at UD during the 2018-2020 period. Karya Cipta Mandiri, North Toraja Regency. This type of research is qualitative. Data obtained by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is working capital analysis and working capital turnover. The results of this study indicate that in 2018, the working capital turnover rate was 34.60 times. In 2019, the working capital turnover rate increased by 35.32 times. In 2020, the working capital turnover rate decreased by 32.13 times, due to the covid-19 pandemic that hit the whole world.

Beadwork is a craft that is in great demand in the market share, this industry is engaged in the production of handicrafts. The purpose of this study is how to determine the cost of production in the Toraja beads craft business One Set Kandaure and Sokkong Bayu in Lembang Angin – Angin, North Toraja Regency. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research, in which the researcher thoroughly records, analyzes, various facts and symptoms that have been obtained in the form of Analysis of Cost of Production in the Toraja Beads Craft Business in Lembang Angin-Angin, North Toraja Regency. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. This study aims to understand the cost of production in the 2019 Toraja bead craft business. The results of this study indicate that the production price in the Toraja bead craft business is a set of kandaure of IDR 342,783. 333 and sokkong bayu Rp. 375,212.5 per set.
