Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Human Resources and Development Agency of Toraja Regency. The data collection procedures in this study include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 26. The sampling technique used by the researcher is the census method (total sampling), where the entire population of 31 members is used as the sample. The t-test results show that for the Work Motivation variable, the t-value is greater than the t-table value (10.860 > 2.05183), for the Work Environment variable, the t-value is greater than the t-table value (3.980 > 2.05183), and for the Work Discipline variable, the t-value is greater than the t-table value (3.233 > 2.05183). The conclusion of this study is that Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Reward and Punishment on the performance of employees at Alfamidi in Tana Toraja Regency both partially and simultaneously. The data collection procedures in this study are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used in this research is a Quantitative Method utilizing Multiple Linear Regression analysis processed using SPSS 21. This research was conducted in three branches of Alfamidi located in Tana Toraja Regency, namely Alfamidi Pongtiku, Alfamidi Tritura, and Alfamidi Rukka A. Lolo, with a total population of 33 and a sample of 33 respondents. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling. The results of the t-test calculations on the Reward variable showed t count > t table with a value of (4.457) > (2.042) and on the Punishment variable, t count > t table with a value of (4.657) > (2.042). The conclusion of this study is that Reward and Punishment have an influence on Employee Performance at Alfamidi in Tana Toraja Regency both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu: observasi dan kuesuoner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Teknik yang peneliti gunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode sensus sampling (sampel jenuh) yaitu metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sampel yang digunakan adalah 35. Hasil perhitungan dengan uji t pada variabel Motivasi Kerja thitung > t tabel dengan nilai (3,075) > (2,03693) dan pada variabel Disiplin Kerja thitung > t tabel dengan nilai (4,930) > (2,03693). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kabupaten Toraja Utara.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 4 North Toraja. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 4 North Toraja. The data collection procedures for this research are: observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The research results show (1) the Leadership Style variable (X1) partially has a significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 4 North Toraja. This is shown by the obtained value of tcount 1.825 > ttable 1.676. (2) Work Discipline (X2) partially has a significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 4 North Toraja. This is shown by the obtained value of tcount 1.710 > ttable 1.673. (3) Simultaneously Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) influence Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 4 North Toraja. This is shown by the obtained value of Fcount12,692>Ftable3,197.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Honorer Pada DPRD Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu : observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Metode Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 25.Teknik yang di gunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden. Dari hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan variabel Kompensasi fhitung > ftabel dengan nilai (42,962) > (2,790). Maka kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi dan Kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Honorer Pada DPRD Kabupaten Toraja Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja bendahara Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kabupaten Tana Toraja Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bersifat kuantitatif Data prilme dalam r dalam pelnelliltilan ilnil berupa kuesioner kepada bendahara OPD (Organsisasi Perangkat Daerah ) Kabupaten Tana Toraja Data selkundelr dilpelrolelh daril data profil bendahara OPD dan jumlah bendahara OPD Kabupaten Taan Toraja Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh Bendahara OPD pada kantor BPKPD, Kabupaten Tana Toraja, sebanyak 42 orang. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 42 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data berupa uji instrumen penelitian (validitas dan reliabilitas), Uji asumsi kalisik ( normlitas, multikolinearitas, heterokedasitas), Aalisis regresi berganda, Uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f), uji koeifisen determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1)Kompetensi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bendahara OPD Kabupaten Tana Toraja; 2) Kompetensi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bendahara OPD Kabupaten Tana Toraja; 3) Kompetensi dan motivasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bendahara OPD Kabupaten Tana Toraja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of academic ability and talent management on the work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics UKI Toraja from the perspective of human capital theory. Data collection techniques by filling out questionnaires by students of the Faculty of Economics UKI Toraja who have participated in the Work World Practice, Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB), Entrepreneurship Internship activities using SEM-Smart PLS. The results of the study showed that Academic Ability influenced Work Readiness with a coefficient of 0.494, a t value of 6.286, and a p-value of 0.000, while Talent Management influenced Work Readiness with a coefficient of 0.473, a t value of 5.739, and a p-value of 0.000. Academic Ability and Talent Management simultaneously influenced Work Readiness significantly with an F value of 328.973 and a p-value of 0.000. The academic ability variable has the greatest influence compared to talent management with a coefficient value of 0.494.

Abstract

Community-based economic development is a crucial strategy for achieving sustainable rural welfare. This community engagement program aims to assist the residents of Lembang Ma’kuanpare in establishing the Merah Putih Village Cooperative through a participatory approach and the utilization of local potential. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), integrating the processes of needs assessment, training, planning, organizational formation, and legal registration of the cooperative. The results show that participatory cooperative development enhances community understanding and involvement, fosters local leadership, and creates new social institutions that support village economic development. The established cooperative functions not only as a platform for collective enterprise but also as a driving force for social transformation based on local potential.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and role conflict on burnout in students of the Recognitive Learning of Past (RPL) program of the University of UKI. Burnout, a condition of mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion, can have a significant impact on the academic performance of RPL students who have generally had work experience. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved a sample of 66 RPL students selected through cluster sampling. The data is collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed using the double linear regression method. The results of the t test showed that the workload had a significant influence on burnout with a t count value of 9,252 > 1,669 t tables. Similarly, the conflict of roles proved to have a significant impact on burnotes with the t count of 11,392 > 1,669 t tabels. These findings indicated that both independent variables had a strong positive influence upon burnout, with the role conflict showing a greater influence. The results of this study emphasize the importance of workload management and role conflict resolution in the context of RPL education to prevent burnout, improve student academic success and improve the quality of work.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Tana Toraja dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa dokumen yaitu laporan keuangan, data pelanggan, data karyawan dan data primer diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perspektif keuangan yaitu ROI, ROE, NPM diperoleh hasil yang kurang baik dibandingkan DAR dan Current Ratio yang cukup baik. Perspektif pelanggan yaitu Retensi pelanggan dan Akuisisi pelanggan menunjukkan kinerja cukup baik, bila dibandingkan dengan kepuasan pelanggan yang masih kurang baik. perspektif proses internal bisnis menunjukkan hasil kinerja cukup baik. Pembelajaran dan Pertumbuhan menunjukkan yaitu Kepuasan karyawan, Retensi Karyawan menunjukkan hasil kinerja yang cukup baik, namun produktivitas karyawan masih kurang baik.
