Abstract

Pengolahannya porang pada saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, antara lain pada proses pencucian, yang membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, menimbulkan rasa gatal di tangan, dan membutuhkan tenaga yang banyak jika jumlah porangnya cukup banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat pencuci porang berbasis mikrokontroller Arduino Nano. Alat yang dibuat pada penelitian ini berbentuk silinder horizontal dan menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Nano sebagai otak/pengendali, motor induksi 3 phasa sebagai penggerak dan pompa sebagai penggerak aliran air, dan beberapa push button untuk mengatur waktu pencucian yang diinginkan. Dari hasil pengujian, diperoleh hasil pengukuran kecepatan putaran motor alat memiliki akurasi rata-rata 96,96 %, kecepatan pengisian air pada pompa cukup baik dengan rata-rata jumlah air 23,21 ml/detik. Kapasitas maksimal alat dalam sekali pencucian sebanyak 3 kg dengan kondisi motor yang hangat dan waktu pencucian yang disesuaikan dengan jumlah porang, dengan minimal waktu optimal 1 menit per 1 kg porang dan frekuensi putaran motor yang ditetapkan sebesar 20 Hz. Dengan menggunakan alat ini, dapat menghemat waktu rata-rata 49,03 % dari waktu pencucian secara manual.

Abstract

Shrimp production in several Asian countries, including Indonesia, accounts for more than 85% of world production, thus control of shrimp larval diseases must be strengthened to increase production. This study aimed to test the effectiveness of mangrove leaves, Rhizopora sp, in controlling larval vibriosis of the vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). The study began with in vitro tests to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of mangrove leaf flour against Vibrio sp bacteria at doses of 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 mg/L, 5% amoxicillin antibiotic (K+) and without mangrove flour (K). In the in vivo test, vannamei shrimp larvae (mysis-3) were immersed in a solution containing mangrove leaf flour with the three best doses of in vitro test results; 800, 900, and 1000 mg/L water, plus K-, for 15 minutes according to the treatment dose and maintained for 8 days before being challenged with Vibrio spp. The parameters observed were total hemocyte count (THC), differential hemocyte count (DHC), and survival rate (SR), which were observed on days 1 and 8, respectively, with the SR parameter observed on day 7 following the challenge test. The results showed that the Mangrove leaf diet at 800 and 900 mg/L significantly improved larval resistance to the pathogen V. harveyi (P < 0.05). The high resistance was triggered by THC immunological response and the high proportion of semi-granular and hyaline at doses of 800 and 900 mg/L (P<0.05). Mangrove leaf powder can therefore suppress vibriosis disease in vanamei shrimp larvae using the immersion method at 800 and 900 mg/L concentrations.

Abstract

Pemilahan telur ayam biasa dilakukan oleh pedagang telur dan peternak ayam petelur untuk menentukan harga. Pada umumnya, pemilahan dilakukan berdasarkan ukuran besar telur. Pemilahan seperti ini dilakukan secara manual berdasarkan penilaian secara visual serta pembersihan cangkangnya dilakukan secara manual sebelum telur – telur ayam dijual di pasaran. Selain proses pemilahan, telur juga dibersihkan. Pada saat proses pembersihan biasanya peternak menggunakan air, hal ini dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan cangkang telur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat desain sistem pembersih dan pemilah butir telur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan desain rancang bangun alat melalui perancangan hardware dan sofware program yang akan menjalankan sistem. Bila proses rancang bangun alat telah selesai maka proses pengujian dilakukan pengukuran untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi pemilahan butir telur dan fungsi alat dalam membersihkan cangkang. Dalam proses pembersihan menggunakan sikat senar yang diputar oleh motor dc dan proses penyortiran secara otomatis menggunakan sensor load cell untuk mengetahui berat telur kemudian dipilahkan berdasarkan berat telur. Pada penelitian hasil optimal dengan jumlah telur yang dibersihkan sebanyak 11 butir per menit dan kondisi telur yang bersih diperoleh dengan putaran motor pada konveyor diberikan sinyal PWM sebesar 255 dan motor pembersih diberi sinyal PWM sebesar 200. Pemilahan telur pada sesuai dengan ukuran berat telah mencapai akurasi 100%. Sebagai kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa pembersihan dan pemilahan telur dengan menggunakan hasil rancang bangun alat pada penelitian ini telah berhasil dengan baik.

Abstract

Having certain level in computer literacy is very important to educational setting for students. They should have skill and positive attitudes toward computer to achieve effective teaching and learning process. This study aimedto measure the computing skills, knowledge of IAIN Malikussaleh students about computers, also their attitude toward computers. It is also to determine whether students’ characteristics such as field of study, duration of students’ exposure to computers have significant influence on their computer literacy. From the computation it can be seen that the level of IAIN Malikussaleh students’’ computer skills applied was 4.306 of mean from the highest score of 5 with standard deviation 0.82624 in general. This number indicated that IAIN Malikussaleh students’’ level of computer skill is above average. English and Arabic department students possess quite similar ability or skill in term of computer literacy.The most notable result of this result is the respondents’ attitude toward computer. The respondents who possess good computer skills should have positive attitude toward computer. However, the IAIN Malikussaleh students’ attitude toward computer is average.

Abstract

Parental involvement in their children's activities refers to literacy activities where parental behavior interacts with children's literacy learning. The purpose of this study was to identify concepts, target populations, and analysis results that were the focus to clarify the characteristics of studies in previous studies on parental stimulation of early childhood literacy development. The methodology applied was a literature review using the PICO framework, then continued with the selection stage using the PRISMA approach to analyze articles based on inclusion and exclusion criteria from publications in 2015-2024, resulting in 13 articles that were analyzed thematically. Data collection was carried out secondary through online reference sources from Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect as part of a comprehensive search. Research results. Parents play a role in early childhood literacy, namely as Modeling, Mentoring, Organizing and Teaching. With literacy skills, namely Print Motivation, Phonological Awareness, Vocabulary, Narrative Skill, Print Awareness and Letter Knowledge. The stimulation carried out includes reading books, interpreting words, naming objects, imitating words, word games, inviting children to buy books, interpreting symbols encountered incidentally, reading writing, introducing letters, interpreting pictures, naming family members, listening to children's stories, asking children's opinions, singing and so on.

Abstract

Abstrak MUHAMMAD DZUL NIZHAR. 21OSP586. Sistem Monitoring Suhu Dan Kelembaban Pada Ruang Inkubasi Miselium Jamur Tiram Berbasis Internet Of Things (Iot). Dibawah bimbingan ibu Wahidah, sebagai pembimbing I dan bapak Muhammad Fadli Azis, sebagai pembimbing II. Ruangan inkubasi Miselium jamur tiram memerlukan kondisi suhu dan kelembaban yang stabil agar Miselium dapat tumbuh optimal. Ketidaksesuaian parameter lingkungan ini dapat menghambat pertumbuhan dan meningkatkan risiko kontaminasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem monitoring suhu dan kelembaban berbasis Internet Of Things (IoT) menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan dua sensor DHT22, buzzer sebagai indikator peringatan, LCD I2C untuk tampilan lokal, platform Blynk untuk pemantauan real-time, serta integrasi dengan Google Spreadsheet untuk pencatatan data otomatis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor DHT22 memiliki tingkat akurasi tinggi dengan rata-rata error suhu sebesar 0,93% dan kelembaban sebesar 5,77%. Sistem berhasil memberikan peringatan melalui buzzer ketika suhu dan kelembaban berada di luar batas ideal. Selain itu, data dapat dipantau secara langsung melalui aplikasi maupun direkam untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Dengan sistem ini, pelaku usaha jamur tiram dapat mengontrol kondisi ruang inkubasi secara efisien dan berbasis data, sehingga mendukung peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas hasil budidaya.

Abstract

  Penyebab utama kematian pada penderita diare adalah kekurangan cairan dan elektrolit (dehidrasi) melalui feses berbentuk lembek sampai cair dan apabila dibiarkan dapat mengakibatkan tubuh tidak dapat berfungsi secara normal (Hospital Care for Children, 2016). Penelitian dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas buah pala terhadap diare pada balita usia di Puskesmas Mutiara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre – eksperimental design with out control. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 20 balita usia 1-5 tahun yang mengalami diare. Instrumen penelitian berupa pemberian buah pala pre test dan post tes. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah uji wilcoxon yang diselesaikan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat efektivitas buah pala terhadap diare. Hasil analisa data diketahui bahwa sebelum diberikan perlakuan jumlah balita yang mengalami diare yaitu 20 responden atau 100% dan setelah diberikan perlakuan buah pala terjadi perubahan kejadian BAB menjadi normal pada balita yaitu 15 responden atau 75% dengan nilai asymp. Sig 0,000 (< 0,05). Merujuk dari hasil analisa data dan temuan penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas buah pala berpengaruh terhadap diare pada balita.

Abstract

The stunting prevalence in Simpasai Village, Dompu Regency, reaches 28.5%, driven by multidimensional factors such as limited understanding of nutrition, limited access to healthcare, and low income. This Student Creativity Program (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa/PKM) aims to address these issues through an integrated approach that combines digital technology innovation and the empowerment of local food potential. The implementation method includes two main interventions. First, the introduction and implementation of the "Si-Cegah Stunting" Application, a digital platform for monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers in real-time by the cadres of the LILI Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Post), which accelerates early detection and intervention responses. Second, the empowerment of the "Mawar" Housewives Group through product innovation in the form of fortified moringa leaf cookies, rich in iron and protein, as a specific nutrition intervention strategy based on local wisdom. The implementation results show that the application successfully digitized anthropometric records, improved data accuracy, and facilitated cross-sectoral collaboration. Meanwhile, intensive training and mentoring for the housewives successfully enhanced production capacity and opened up business opportunities, contributing to increased income and access to nutritious food. This program concludes that the convergence between utilizing technology for health surveillance and optimizing local resources for nutritional intervention creates a comprehensive and sustainable stunting management model. This synergy not only addresses the root causes of nutritional problems but also empowers the community's economy, thus aligning with efforts to accelerate stunting reduction and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Abstract: Ghararwain inheritance is a special case of inheritance in Islam that has a fixed heir structure and deviates from faraidh (inheritance law). The application of its calculation method can disadvantage the mother's inheritance rights in two situations. Amidst the issue of gender equality, various perspectives from different professions, expertise, and viewpoints show diverse responses, yet adaptive to change. This ijtihadi product, although possessing wisdom related to maqashid al sharia (the objectives of Islamic law), needs to be reconsidered for its use as a provision for inheritance settlement in positive law in Indonesia, especially concerning the tsuluts al baqi portion (one-third of the remaining estate) which serves as a privilege in the Ghararwain case. Abstract

This research aims to improve students' public speaking skills through Wayang Kertas media. This research used an experimental method consisting of 6 meetings. The 6 meetings included 2 observations and 4 public speaking teaching sessions through Wayang Kertas media. Researchers conducted research in Sidodadi Village, Langsa City with a total of 7 students. Based on research results, the use of paper puppet media can improve students' public speaking skills in elementary schools. This innovative and engaging approach not only improves students' public speaking skills, but also provides space for them to be more actively involved in the learning process, enriching their learning experience and stimulating creativity. These results show that creative and innovative learning approaches, such as the use of paper puppets, improve communication skills at the basic education level.
