Abstract

Determinants of the Risk Premium of Manufacturing Industry Stocks of the LQ-45 Index Listed on the IDX for the 2017-2023 Period. This study aims to determine the Determinants of the Risk Premium of Manufacturing Industry Stocks of the LQ-45 Index listed on the IDX for the 2017-2023 Period. The data used in this study are secondary data. The data are quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with stocks included in the LQ-45 Index in the form of annual financial reports for the period 2017 - 2023. The research sample was 32 companies obtained using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using a partial t-test, a simultaneous F-test and a determination coefficient test. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Eviews 13 for Windows program. The results of the study indicate that premium, net profit margin and debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on equity risk premium, Variable Premium partially has a positive effect on Equity Risk Premium. Meanwhile, the Net Profit Margin and Debt to Equity Ratio variables have a negative influence on the Equity Risk Premium.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Integrity Indonesia. Lingkungan kerja mencakup faktor fisik (pencahayaan, suhu, kebersihan, dan tata letak) serta faktor non-fisik (hubungan interpersonal dan keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi). Motivasi kerja diukur melalui aspek gaji, pengakuan, hubungan kerja, dan supervisi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 100 responden dari total 130 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia serta manfaat praktis bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola lingkungan kerja dan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pegawai Perumda Tirta Bhagasasi Cabang Rawalumbu Utara Bekasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan air bersih. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teori kinerja Stephen P. Robbins (1996), yang mencakup faktor pendidikan, pengalaman, dan pengetahuan pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan lima informan strategis di cabang tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan formal berkontribusi terhadap kompetensi teknis pegawai, pengalaman kerja meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam menangani tantangan operasional, serta pengetahuan memperkuat kapasitas dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan air bersih. Namun, terdapat kendala dalam aspek pelatihan lanjutan dan pembaruan infrastruktur yang mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup peningkatan pelatihan berkala, pembaruan teknologi, serta pengembangan kebijakan untuk mendukung efisiensi distribusi air bersih.

Abstract

In this era of globalization and intense industrial competition, companies are required to improve their efficiency and effectiveness in order to maintain their competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work discipline, and work compensation on employee performance at PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of declining employee performance identified through the results of a pre-survey, where the majority expressed dissatisfaction with working conditions, the implementation of discipline, and the compensation system. This study uses a quantitative method, with data collection conducted through a questionnaire administered to 84 employees of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, workload, and work environment on employee performance at the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of leadership imbalance, high workload that affects employee health, and suboptimal work environment conditions, particularly regarding facilities and mobility. The research method used is a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique through SmartPLS software. The research sample consists of 100 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative but significant effect on employee performance, indicating that as workload increases, performance tends to decrease. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where adequate facilities and space can increase work productivity.

Abstract

Online transportation services such as Gojek provide ease of mobility for the community. However, driver performance still faces various problems, especially related to attitude, communication, and consistency in accepting orders. Based on the results of a pre-survey, the majority of respondents stated that they were less motivated because the bonuses and incentives received were not commensurate with the effort expended, and there were difficulties in achieving daily targets. Therefore, this study aims to measure the influence of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on driver performance in Bekasi Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0, with the research results showing that compensation, work motivation, and work discipline significantly influence driver performance. With an R-Square value of 0.807, this means that the variables of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline can explain 80.7% of driver performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tujuannya agar melihat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Indofarma Tbk. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan ialah kuantitatif. Populasinya yaitu karyawan pada PT. Indofarma Tbk sejumlah 150 orang. Teknik penghimpunan data memakai data primer berbentuk angket. Teknik penilaian sampel memakai rumus slovin dengan margin of eror 5%, maka total sampel yang dipakai sejumlah 109 responden. Teknik pemilihan sampel memakai purposive sampling. Teknik pemilihan data yang dipergunakan yaitu angket. Alat analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 22 dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi Kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja karyawan yang dapat dilihat dari nilai fhitung 2,848 ≥ ftabel 0,188 dengan angka signifikan untuk 0,005 ≤ 0,005 dengan koefisien senilai 0,478. Artinya motivasi kerja secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan yang bermakna. Maka menerima hipotesis 1 pada penelitian ini diterima. Kemudian disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dapat dilihat dari dari nilai fhitung 12,915 ≥ ftabel 0,188 dengan angka signifikan untuk 0,000 ≤ 0,005 dengan koefisien regresi senilai 0,562. Artinya disiplin kerja secara individual mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan yang bermakna. Maka menerima hipotesis 2 pada penelitian ini diterima. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat dilakukan penambahan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of Training (X1), Motivation (X2) and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) with Work Productivity (Y) as a Moderating variable  in the company PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering. The analysis used in this study includes checking validity and reliability (confirmatory factir analysis), testing measurement models between variables (path analysis), and structural model analysis. The effect of training on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.288 p value 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the results of the study also showed that motivation did not have a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of -0.018 p value 0.399 < 0.05. Furthermore, the results showed a positive influence on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.155 p value 0.011 >0.05. Furthermore, the training results also showed that the variable of work productivity did not moderate the influence of motivation on employee performance with a coefficient value of -0.131 p value  0.054 < 0.05. Then the results of work productivity research that moderated the effect of motivation on employee performance were not proven to moderate with a coefficient value of 0.138 p value 0.093 > 0.05. Furthermore, the results of work productivity research that moderates the influence of the Work Environment on employee performance are not proven to moderate with a coefficient value of -0.027 p value 0.388 >0.05. The results showed that training and motivation had a positive effect on employee performance, but training, motivation and work environment when moderated by work productivity had no effect. This shows that companies should pay more attention to forms of training, motivation and work environments that can support work productivity and improve employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Pelatihan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Departement Quality Control PT. Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia Kawasan Industri Gobel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Pada Departemen Quality Control PT. Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Teknik random sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 109 sampel data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pelatihan berpengaruh secara parsial yang menunjukkan nilai 2,499 (t-hitung) lebih besar dari nilai 1,98282 (t tabel), variabel Motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial yang menunjukkan nilai 2,480 (t hitung) lebih besar daripada nilai 1,98282 (t tabel), dan variabel Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh secara parsial yang menunjukkan nilai 7,736 (t hitung) lebih besar daripada nilai 1,198282 (t tabel). Berdasarkan Uji F simultan telah diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 135,039 > 2,69 (f tabel) dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 atau nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Maka Ho ditolak atau Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa secara simultan pelatihan (X1), motivasi (X2), dan disiplin kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikansi terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).
