Abstract

Keberadaan media massa dalam konteks komunikasi politik memiliki peran penting. Hal ini sejalan dengan proses transformasi politik otoritatif menuju era reformasi di mana ekspresi kebebasan yang tak terhindarkan menjadi dasar bagi pembentukan kehidupan warga negara yang demokratis. Media massa memiliki peran penting dalam menyampaikan pesan politik kepada publik secara signifikan, karena media massa memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti media massa memiliki jangkauan yang luas kepada publik dan secara langsung mempengaruhi penerima pesan. Selain itu, media massa mempengaruhi publik tentang apa yang mereka anggap penting. Media massa tidak dapat menentukan apa yang harus dipikirkan, tetapi mempengaruhi apa yang harus dipikirkan. Dengan memilih berita tertentu dan mengabaikan yang lain, media membentuk citra dunia kita seperti yang disajikan oleh media. Oleh karena itu, wajar jika keterlibatan media massa dalam pengembangan sistem politik dan demokrasi tertentu sangat penting.

Abstract

This study discusses the routine of journalists in producing news in online media that is based on the Pikiran Rakyat Media Network, namely Serangnews.pikiran-rakyat.com and Kabarbanten.pikiran-rakyat.com. the research is motivated by the rise of online media that join in one company carrying the concept of collaborative economy. The focus of the problems analyzed is the process of selecting issues, choosing sources and word selection in news production by journalists, communicative events in the newsroom to the editorial gatekeeping process. The research method used is qualitative research, with ethnographic methods newsroom. Researchers used Shoemaker & Reese's hierarchy of influence theory to find out what influences media content as a result of routines in the newsroom. Determination of informants using purposive sampling techniques. The results obtained that the routine of journalists in producing content is influenced by the level of individuals and media routines. But the most influential factors are at the organizational level. Because it is related to the company's policy to produce content that can generate a lot of good profits for the Serangnews editorial team.mind-people journalists and Kabarbanten.pikiran.rakyat.com as well as for PRMN as the parent company. Abstract

December 12 2023 is a very important moment for presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs because on December 12 the holding of the first debate for presidential candidates is the core of a series of presidential candidates' campaign programs ahead of the 2024 election. In reporting the presidential candidates, discussions emerged regarding media independence. Several political figures who also have power as owners of mass media use and exploit mass media to secure their political interests. The content of the media tends to reflect the political interests of the media owner. This is contrary to the true essence of the media, which should play a role in maintaining its ideal function. Therefore, this research aims to examine how media framing in media alignments in the presidential and vice presidential election process in 2024 is due to each candidate having their own supporter. has power over certain media. This research method uses Gamson and Modigliani's framing analysis of news after the presidential candidate debate on December 12 2023 by taking the objects analyzed in the form of online media Viva.co.id, SINDOnews.com and Metrotvnews.com. The results of this research can be seen from how each of these media favors their candidate pairs by creating positive headline narratives.

Abstract

Students, especially those who constantly use various social media, face major changes in the way they interact with each other due to the rapid growth of digital technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of social media on interpersonal communication patterns in 2023 batch students of Communication Studies Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Researchers used qualitative analysis by conducting in-depth interviews and direct observation for data collection. This study concludes that social media has a positive impact in expanding communication networks between individuals. Conversely, the utilization of social media can cause a decrease in the value of face-to-face conversations. What is clearly visible is the change in the face of empathy and the depth of interpersonal communication that occurs among students. So, it is important to find the right balance in the use of social media to ensure that the quality of face-to-face social interactions is maintained and not affected by the growing phenomenon of digital communication in the present.

Abstract

Every business actor expects their products to be recognized by the wider community, basically consumers will buy a well-known brand because they feel safe with something that is already known. People can distinguish products from each other by looking at the logo, shape and image, called brand awareness. The marketing communication strategy used by Kaywood Watches to attract buyers lies in its innovative, artistic and trendy design, which is also very suitable for use in special events and can be used as gifts, and is made of ebony wood, sonokeling, teak wood and maple wood. This research focuses on the Communication Strategy of Bank Indonesia's Assistance Program for Fostered MSMEs. The theory used to analyze is SWOT Analysis. This research uses a descriptive research method, where the researcher not only describes or explains the problems researched according to the facts, but is also supported by questions by conducting direct interviews about the object of the research, namely Kaywood's marketing communication strategy through social media in building Brand Awareness. Then, the data can be collected, compiled, explained, and analyzed accompanied by problem solving or solutions according to the problem being researched. The findings for the Communication Strategy of Bank Indonesia's Assistance Program for Fostered MSMEs are by providing product assistance by providing names and logos Institutional strengthening in the form of providing opportunities to participate in marketing events and exhibitions, as well as expanding cooperation with external parties. Technical assistance is in the form of providing training, research and facilities to fostered MSMEs. Financing is in the form of providing working capital loan assistance to fostered MSMEs that can be used to purchase machinery and raw materials. The social media used by Kaywood is digital marketing through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Shopee and Blibli as well as Lazada.

Abstract

Kepuasan seorang pasien pada layanan kesehatan bidan dipengaruhi faktor komunikasi terapeutik, komunikasi yang diterima akan menjadi pertimbangan bagi pasien untuk mempercayakan kesehatannya kepada bidan, dalam teori pertukaran sosial hubungan manusia diibaratkan seperti pertukaran ekonomi yang saling menguntungkan, bidan bangga apabila pasien puas dengan layanan kesehatannya yang akan berdampak pada keberlangsungan praktiknya, begitupun pasien yang menginginkan layanan kesehatan sesuai dengan harapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik bidan dengan pasien terhadap kepuasan pasien Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB) Fia Amalia, S.ST. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan jenis pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik sampel dalam pengujian ini adalah accidental sampling dengan sampel 96 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik bidan dengan pasien terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai signifikansi diperoleh 0.000 < 0.05. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan perlu adanya pembaharuan peneltian seperti memasukan variabel motivasi dalam penelitian, motivasi yaitu nasehat agar pasien merasa tabah dalam menghadapi penyakit yang dideritanya.
