Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak yang disebabkan oleh pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) dalam menghadapi pandemik Covid-19 terhadap sosial-ekonomi masyarakat di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan meliputi; mengetahui dampak yang terjadi setelah adanya pandemik Covid-19 terhadap pendapatan; dampak pada pekerjaan, upaya bertahan hidup, dan pola usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PSBB berdampak pada pola pekerjaan, penghasilan masyarakat, permasalahan aktifitas harian dan harmonisasi rumahtangga. Berdasarkan pola pekerjaan berpengaruh dengan adanya pola bekerja di rumah atau work from home (WFH) sebesar 54%, menjadi korban pemutusan hubungan kerja sebesar 18%; penerapan PSBB juga berdampak pada penurunan penghasilan sebesar 76,23% dan hanya 0,49% mengalami peningkatan penghasilan; selain itu juga pada permasalahan aktifitas harian yang paling terdampak adalah sulitnya akses transportasi umum sebesar 35,09% dan dampak pada harmonisasi rumahtangga dengan munculnya persoalan tidak memiliki waktu berkualitas sebesar 57,40%, terjadi cekcok rumah tangga sebesar 10,12% dan terjadi miss-komunikasi sebesar 35,46%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational communication and leadership style in managing conflict in the organizational environment. By using a qualitative descriptive method, the research conducted is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find and describe an activity that is carried out.This research is included in the type of library research, namely research whose activities are related to collecting data through literature, or research that explores the object of study by relying on various information from library sources.The results of the study indicate that open, transparent, and inclusive organizational communication can minimize the potential for conflict caused by miscommunication or lack of understanding between individuals or groups. In addition, transformative and participatory leadership styles have proven to be more effective in managing conflict than authoritarian leadership styles. Leaders who are able to listen, provide space for member participation, and make decisions fairly can create a conducive and harmonious work atmosphere.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya menyelidiki pengaruh ecosystem orchestration dan cross sector collaboration dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM di Kelurahan Tugu Selatan, Jakarta Utara. Untuk mengatasi kesulitan yang ditimbulkan oleh gejolak ekonomi dan dinamika pasar perkotaan, UMKM harus membangun sinergi yang kuat dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam ekosistem bisnis mereka, termasuk lembaga pemerintah, sektor swasta, akademisi, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei terhadap 85 peserta UMKM dari berbagai sektor bisnis. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dievaluasi melalui beberapa model regresi linier. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ecosystem orchestration memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan parsial terhadap kinerja UMKM, cross sector collaboration juga memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan parsial terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan baik orkestrasi ekosistem maupun kolaborasi lintas sektor secara kolektif memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini menawarkan wawasan penting untuk merumuskan strategi berorientasi kolaborasi untuk mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM di wilayah perkotaan seperti Tugu Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work culture on the performance of KOMIDA employees of the Cariu branch office of Bogor Regency. The sub-variables studied from work culture are habits, regulations, and values. While employee performance is the quantity, quality, time utilization, attendance rate and common goals. The research method used for this study is quantitative, with a significance level of α = 0.05 (5%) and a confidence level of 95%. While the sample used was 35 respondents where all populations were sampled and used population samples, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to employees of KOMIDA Bogor Regency Cariu Office. Based on the calculation results, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.711 is obtained which means a high level of relationship and a determination coefficient of R = r2 = 0.506 shows that 50.6% diversity in Performance can be understood by diversity in Work Culture. Testing the significance of the correlation obtained tcount (5.808 > t table (1.671) at = 0.05, then Ho rejected Ha accepted. And it can be concluded that there is an influence between work culture on the performance of employees of KOMIDAKantor Cariu branch, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence bonuses have on employee performance at PT. Xwz. The sub-variables studied in giving bonuses are performance, length of service, seniority, fairness and suitability. Meanwhile, employee performance is quality of work, quantity of work, punctuality, effectiveness and independence. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach aimed at 60 respondents where the entire population was used as a sample. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data. To test the questionnaire instrument or questionnaire, validity and reliability tests are used. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, a simple linear regression test was used with the results of giving bonuses having a positive effect, the correlation coefficient test with the results of giving bonuses had a strong relationship to employee performance, the coefficient of determination with the results of giving bonuses had an influence on employee performance while the rest was influenced by factors. other than the object under study, and the t test can be concluded that giving bonuses has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat industri e-commerce di Indonesia telah memunculkan persaingan yang ketat, sehingga upaya mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan menjadi aspek strategis yang perlu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh strategi promosi dan diferensiasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada platform e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori, melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik non-probability sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert lima poin, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui telaah pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, serta hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan diferensiasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa keunikan produk, kualitas layanan, dan citra merek yang kuat lebih efektif dalam membangun loyalitas jangka panjang dibandingkan promosi yang bersifat jangka pendek

Abstract

Digitalisasi perpajakan menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM di era ekonomi digital. Transformasi ini menghadirkan peluang efisiensi administrasi dan transparansi transaksi, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan berupa rendahnya literasi digital, kompleksitas regulasi, serta keterbatasan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan pajak digital terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM dengan menekankan pada aspek pemahaman perpajakan, kompleksitas regulasi, dan transparansi transaksi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 81 pelaku UMKM digital di wilayah Cikarang Utara, yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) melalui SmartPLS 3.2.9 untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pajak digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan UMKM, di mana sistem digitalisasi perpajakan seperti e-filing dan e-billing dinilai lebih mudah dan efisien. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan literasi digital, sosialisasi kebijakan, serta pendampingan langsung dari otoritas pajak agar UMKM dapat memanfaatkan sistem perpajakan digital secara optimal

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan industri global memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap sektor otomotif, khususnya dalam hal inovasi produk, strategi pemasaran, dan perilaku konsumen. Digitalisasi manufaktur, otomatisasi proses, dan penerapan teknologi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui pembaruan produk dan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh market orientation dan brand innovation terhadap competitive advantage pada Dealer JD Toyota Jababeka (PT. Mulia Mega Makmur). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 responden, yang merupakan konsumen aktif pada tahun 2024, serta analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa market orientation dan brand innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap competitive advantage, di mana orientasi pasar yang efektif meningkatkan pemahaman kebutuhan konsumen, sementara inovasi merek memperkuat citra dan loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi perusahaan otomotif untuk mengintegrasikan strategi pemasaran berbasis konsumen dengan pengembangan produk inovatif agar mampu bersaing dalam industri otomotif yang semakin kompetitif dan dinamis.

Abstract

Amidst increasing external pressures related to sustainability, such as international regulations, stakeholder expectations, and global consumer demands, the rubber industry is required to develop internal strategies that are not only operationally efficient but also adaptive to the transformation towards environmentally friendly production and supply chain practices. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an inclusive closed-loop supply chain as a strategic approach for companies to integrate production efficiency, waste reduction, and respond to institutional pressures for sustainability. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of an inclusive closed-loop approach that goes beyond the traditional concept of recycling, prioritizing the active participation of all internal actors (production, procurement, sustainability) and strengthening cross-functional relationships within the organization as the basis for the transition to a green supply chain. This research is built on a combined theoretical framework: the Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV) to explain internal capabilities in creating a competitive advantage based on sustainable resources; Institutional Theory to identify the influence of external pressures on organizational behavior; and Stakeholder Theory to explore the dynamics of expectations and the involvement of key actors in the value chain. The method used is a quantitative explanatory approach, with data collection through a survey of managers at rubber processing companies in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationships between inclusive closed-loop dimensions, operational efficiency, green supply chains, and companies' strategic adaptation to sustainability pressures. The expected results indicate that inclusive closed-loop supply chains contribute significantly to achieving operational efficiency and waste reduction, while strengthening companies' capabilities in building environmentally friendly supply chains and production processes. These findings are expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of resource- and institutional-based sustainability strategies, as well as practical implications for companies responding to global challenges through inclusive and sustainable business model transformations.

Abstract

Abstract:Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Sumber Jaya Motor Workshop. The background of this study is based on the importance of improving service quality and setting appropriate prices to create customer satisfaction and loyalty.Methodology: The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive-verifiable approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of the Sumber Jaya Motor Workshop, then analyzed using bootstrapping techniques to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable.Research Results: The results showed that service quality (X1) had no effect on customer satisfaction, and price (X2) did. Both variables explained 69.2% of the variation in customer satisfaction, while other factors influenced the remaining 30.8%. This finding implies that although service quality and price are considered standard by consumers, both still play an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction. Therefore, improving service aspects and setting competitive prices are necessary to maintain customer loyalty.Keywords: Service quality, Price, Customer satisfaction, Workshop, Loyalty.
