Abstract

Abstrak. Fenomena terkait rendahnya kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan seringkali dijumpai di tempat kerja. Faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja, salah satunya adalah tuntutan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini ingin melihat peran obsessive passion sebagai mediasi hubungan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja pada karyawan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner self-report. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 217 karyawan bank BUMN dengan karakteristik minimal bekerja 1 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Dalam penelitian menggunakan instrumen penelitian diantaranya Kesejahteraan Psikologis di Tempat Kerja (2012) untuk mengukur kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja, Questionnaire on The Experience and Evaluation of the Work Scale dan Technology Acceptance Model (2017) untuk mengukur tuntutan pekerjaan, selain itu digunakan instrumen Passion Scale (2003) untuk mengukur obsessive passion. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis Process Macro for SPSS yang dikembangkan oleh Hayes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tuntutan pekerjaan tidak secara signifikan memiliki hubungan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja (b = - .044, p> .05), dan tuntutan pekerjaan berpengaruh secara negatif pada obsessive passion (b= - 1.96, p< .05). Selain itu, obsessive passion berpengaruh secara negatif dengan kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja (b= - .192, p< .01). Penelitian ini juga menemukan peran obsessive passion memediasi hubungan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kesejahteraan psikologis di tempat kerja (b= - .082, p> .05). Kata kunci: Kesejahteraan Psikologis di Tempat Kerja, Obsessive Passion, Tuntutan PekerjaanAbstract. The phenomenon related to the low psychological well-being of employees is often found in the workplace. External factors that influence psychological well-being at work, one of which is job demands. This research was conducted to find the role of obsessive passion as a mediator in the relationship between job demands and psychological well-being at work. Data collection was done by using self-report questionnaires. Research participants were 217 state-owned enterprises bank employees with a minimum requirement of a year working experience in that respective workplace. The method of data collection was accidental sampling. Research instruments, namely Psychological Well-Being at Work (2012) was used to measure psychological well-being at work, Questionnaire on The Experience and Evaluation of the Work and Technology Acceptance Model (2017) to measure job demands, as well as Passion Scale (2003) to measure obsessive passion. Hypothesis was tested and analyzed using Process Macro for SPSS which was developed by Hayes. The result shows that job demands are not significantly related to psychological well-being at wok (b = - .044, p>0.05), and job demands negatively affect the obsessive passion (b= - 1.96, p<0.05). In addition, obsessive passion negatively affects psychological well-being at work (b= - .192, p< .01). Abstract

Seorang pemimpin yang memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik akan mampu memeksimalkan kinerjanya sehingga dapat terwujudnya cita-cita yang diinginkan. Kepemimpinan dalam prespektif psikologi membahas mengenai kepribadian pemimpin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan kepribadian pemimpin beradaskan prespektif psikologi meliputi model kepemimpinan yang diterapkan mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam memimpin. Gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi bagaimana pemimpin dipandang atau dihormati oleh individu yang dipimpin. Hasil kajian literature ini diharapkan mampu dijadikan kajian ataupun informasi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar teoritis penelitian selanjutnya dalam kepimpinan dilihat berdasarkan aspek psikologis. Kepemimpinan aspek psikologisnya mengarah pada bagaimana seorang pemimpin mampu menjadi teladan bagi bawahannya, sehingga apa yang dia inginkan (dalam konteks organisasi) diikuti, segala yang diperintahkan dilakukan sebaik mungkin, dan apa-apa yang dilarang dipatuhi untuk dijauhi. Keteladanan terwujud karena ia memiliki kelebihan-kelebihan tertentu yang tidakdimiliki oleh bawahannya. Model pemimpin dalam menerapkan kepemimpinanya mempengarhui kinerjanya sebagai pemimpin yang baik ataupun pemimpin yang buruk. Pemimpin diharpkan mengimplementasi gaya kepemimpinan yang baik sehingga dapat terwujud cita-cita yang diinginkan.

Abstract

The goal of Winaya Mukti University, a formal educational institution, is to create excellent human beings. The performance of lecturers, however, is a problem that higher education institutions routinely deal with because it is one of the factors that influences academic progress. Two factors that can affect performance are workload and compensation. The goal of this study is to ascertain, partially or simultaneously, the impact of workload and compensation on the output of professors at Winaya Mukti University. Data were acquired from all of the current topic lecturers. The research included both the descriptive and verification methodologies. In this work, the analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that the workload and pay of course professors at Winaya Mukti University have a positive and significant impact on their performance. Both workload and compensation have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal on job promotions for employees at PT. X Semarang. The problem focuses on the performance assessment used by PT. X Semarang. To approach this problem, theoretical references from Mathis and Jackson are used. Data was collected through a research scale distributed via Google Form and analyzed using statistical analysis, namely simple linear regression analysis which was used to find out how big the influence of performance appraisal was. The researcher chose simple linear regression analysis as a research methodology to test how big the causal relationship is between the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The questionnaire distribution strategy was carried out via Google Form by sharing the Google Form link with several PT employees. X Semarang. This study concludes that performance appraisal has a positive effect on promotion with a total effect of 22.7%. This positive influence means that the higher the performance assessment results, the greater the opportunities for employees at PT. X Semarang received a promotion. Meanwhile, the other 77.3% of job promotions were influenced by other factors, including higher level educational background (starting work only as a high school graduate and during work taking undergraduate education until graduation), work experience held as well as certificates and other skills. which are owned.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of recruitment on employee performance at PT. X in Semarang City. The problem focused on is the performance carried out by employees at PT. X in Semarang City. Ti approaches this problem, a theoretical reference is needed according to Mangkunegara (2016) who interprets employee performance, as a result, a person’s work in terms of quality and quantity that has been achieved by employees Ijn carrying out their duties according to their assigned responsibilities. The type of research carried out in this research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis techniques. Data collection using a Likert scale.  The sample used in this research was simple random sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire belonging to Erny Dita Rosalina (2021). The sample taken in this study was 30 employees. The results of research using linear regression techniques show that there is a positive and significant influence between recruitment on employee performance with a known significance value of 0,165 0,05,. The results of this research conclude that the higher the recruitment process, the higher the employee performance will be.

Abstract

Program layanan bimbingan karir sangat penting bagi perkembangan siswa terutama siswa SMK. Pengembangan program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dan pemahaman karir pada peserta didik. Dengan adanya program bimbingan karir siswa lebih terarah dalam merencanakan karir dan lebih bisa percaya diri dengan melihat potensi pada diri siswa. Program ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan lima tahapan 1) perijinan, 2) Analisis Kebutuhan, 3) Pelaksanaan, 4) Monitoring, dan 5) Evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengembangan program laynan bimbingan karir ini memberikan dampak positif pada siswa dalam perencanaan karir. Siswa bisa memahami potensi pada dirinya dan siswa dapat mengembangkan skill. Bimbingan karir tidak hanya sekedar memberikan respon kepada masalah-masalah yang muncul, akan tetapi juga membantu memperoleh pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam pekerjaan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the extent of interpersonal communication relationships with collaborative teams in the production division at PT. X. The respondents in this research were production employees with a population of 120 people, while the respondents used were 35 respondents. The measuring instrument used in this research is a Likert scale including the Teamwork Scale and Interpersonal Communication Scale. The data was then analyzed statistically using product moment analysis from Pearson. The results of the analysis showed that the correlation coefficient (r) between interpersonal communication and team collaboration was 0.306 with p (one-tailed) = 0.000 (p<0.05). Shows that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication and team collaboration. Another result obtained was the determinant coefficient (R- Squared) of 0.828. which means that interpersonal communication has an effective contribution to team collaboration of 82.8%, while 17.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Parents of special needs children face different challenges compared to other parents. This makes parents of special needs children more vulnerable to stress when caring for their children. Parents of special needs children can reduce their stress levels if they apply effective stress coping strategies that are ideal for them, but it has been found that parents of special needs children tend to apply maladaptive coping strategies. Parents of special needs children at YPAC Semarang are also found to use maladaptive coping strategies and, therefore need to be educated about ideal and effective coping strategies. The psychoeducation program aimed to provide knowledge about ideal coping strategies for parents of special needs children, and was attended by 82 parents of special needs children. This psychoeducation activity succeeded in increasing the knowledge of parents of special needs children about ideal stress coping strategies. Mindfulness-based coping strategy training is recommended for parents of special needs children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan perilaku karyawan dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan di perusahaan jasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan di perusahaan jasa yang memiliki kontak langsung dengan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perilaku karyawan dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan, yang dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman kerja dan pendidikan. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi bahwa perusahaan jasa harus memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan.

Abstract

Maranatha Christian University is a university that is currently growing with a large number of employees. So it is necessary to evaluate the four factors. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between workload, intellectual intelligence, and emotional intelligence on employee performance. The results of the research will be used as a basis for determining the Institute's decisions in the placement of employees and balancing the workload in related departments. The results of the research will be used as material for study in decision making and mapping of human resources according to the performance of each employee. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach with a data collection tool using a questionnaire on 81 respondents carried out randomly (random sampling).
