Abstract

The concept of health based on religion has a long-term concept that is not only oriented, but can be used over time. Religion can have a significant impact on human life, including on health. One of the solutions to be able to overcome mental health problems is to practice religious values ​​in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to explain further about Islamic Psychotherapy in improving mental health by looking at the nature of mental health based on or referring to the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. The methods of this research were using literature review on various journal sources and analytical readings that collected through Islamic Psychotherapy, Mental Health, Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith keyword. The results of this study indicated that Islamic psychotherapy is the most effective effort to cure and prevent mental illness. Islamic psychotherapy believed that faith and closeness to the Creator will be a very significant force for the good of one's mental problems. Islamic psychotherapy was not only treating people with physical and spiritual illnesses, but also improving one's mental quality to achieve a happy life. Thus, in result the mental health would be achieving harmony, tranquility, well-being, and peace of mind.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the effectiveness of the use of interactive technology in helping children with intellectual disability recognize vowels. The research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method using a qualitative approach implemented in two cycles at SLB Pelita Bunga, South Lampung. The subjects in this study consisted of 5 children with mild intellectual disabilitiy in class II. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The learning method used was learning by doing by inviting children to interact directly and practice what was in the application. The results of the study showed that the use of educational technology, especially the Marbel TK PAUD application, significantly improved children's ability to recognize vowels. In the first cycle, students showed increased involvement, but their letter recognition abilities were still limited. After the learning method was refined and the application was modified with more voice feedback and repetition features in the second cycle, students' abilities increased significantly. Interactive technology has been shown to improve the ability to recognize vowels. It is recommended that schools utilize similar technology as the main media in learning for children with special needs education.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dakwah tauhid yang dilakukan Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik terhadap praktik perdukunan di Pulau Bangka. Penekanan pada artikel ini merupakan pendekatan dakwah yang di pakai Syaikh dalam menyebarkan pemahaman tauhid yang sahih dan menghilangkan praktik perdukunan bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam di Pulau Bangka. Metode penelitian pada artikel ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Kemudian, dianalisis menggunakan fenomenologi yang terjadi di lapangan dan dikaitkan dengan teori yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik menggunakan pendekatan yang komprehensif dalam dakwahnya terhadap perdukunan di Bangka. Syaikh mengajarkan unsur utama dalam ajaran Islam yaitu aqidah, syari’ah, dan akhlak yang berlandaskan pada dalil-dalil Al-Qur’an dan hadis untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan tauhid yang kuat kepada masyarakat setempat. Selain itu, beliau juga memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konsep tauhid kepada para pengikutnya melalui ‘ngaji duduk’. Dalam upaya praktik menghapus perdukunan, Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik menyadari pentingnya pendekatan persuasif dan penyadaran yang bertahap.

Abstract

Based on the partial test results, it is known that Occupational Health and Safety (K2) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The calculated t-value is 3.541 > t-table 2.009, therefore, the partial test conclusion is that H1 is accepted. The workload variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The calculated t-value is 2.669 > t-table 2.009, therefore, the partial test conclusion is that H2 is accepted. The compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The calculated t-value is 2.053 > t-table 2.009, therefore, the partial test conclusion is that H3 is accepted. The simultaneous test results show that the variables K3 (X1), workload (X2), and compensation (X3) collectively have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Shopee Ekspress Hub Medan Deli.
