Abstract

This training aims to provide knowledge and skills to teachers at SDN20 Pangkalpinang in developing innovative learning media based on simple materials and producing effective learning evaluations in the current era of technology. The methods used in this training include needs identification, training implementation, evaluation of learning outcomes, and monitoring and evaluation. Through this training, it is hoped that teachers can improve students' critical skills in Elementary School through the Feedback-Based Learning Model Based on the Socrative Application in the P5 Program. Needs identification is carried out through needs analysis and evaluation of teachers' learning evaluation practices, as an important initial step in designing a training program that meets their needs. This needs analysis provides a better understanding of the challenges faced by teachers in using innovative learning media based on simple materials and effective learning evaluation practices. The results of this training show an increase inknowledge and skills of teachers in developing innovative learning media and conducting learning evaluations. The training evaluation indicates that teachers feel more confident inimplementing new learning strategies and using technology in learning. Further monitoring and evaluation are needed to ensure the sustainability of implementing new learning strategies and the use of technology in learning.

Abstract

Integrated learning applied during the COVID-19 pandemic has advantages and problems. This study aims to explain the actualization of integrated learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in elementary schools. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects in this study were fourth-grade teachers and third-grade teachers at SD Negeri 5 Puding Besar, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and document study techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study are that learning is carried out with online and offline systems coming home for students who have problems related to cellphones, signals, and packages, the learning planning model (RPP) in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic contains parts of the elements including 1) Identity Consists Of; 2) Learning Scenarios, and 3) Assessment. The inhibiting factor is related to learning devices that require internet signals and packages. The supporting elements for existing devices such as gadgets, WhatsApp applications, google meet, and zoom become applications to facilitate implementation of distance or online learning. This finding is expected to inspire the implications of integrated learning during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

The Use of Picture Media on the Learning Effectiveness of Early Childhood Prayer Movements at RA As-Syarief, Sibanggor Jae Village, Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD), The Islamic Education Departmen of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty at the Mandailing Natal State of Islamic College, Supervisor I : Ali Masran Daulay S.Pd.,M.A, Supervisor II: Syamsiah Depalina Siregar, M.Pd. The purpose of this study was to obtain accurate information about how the use of illustrated media has on the effectiveness of learning early childhood prayer movements at RA As-Syarief Sibanggor Jae Village, what is the effect of illustrated media on the effectiveness of learning early childhood prayer movements at RA As-Syarief Village Sibanggor Jae. This research is a study to describe the Use of Picture Media on the Learning Effectiveness of todler Prayer Movements at RA As-Syarief, Sibanggor Jae Village. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely describing the results of data processing with words and general descriptions that occur in the field. The process of collecting data researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study revealed the findings that through the media with pictures of the prayer movements, it was easier for students to absorb learning material and easier to remember than when the teacher only told stories in front of them. This pictorial media has an effect on lower grade children, they are more enthusiastic about learning when learning materials are packaged in such a way and combined with the right media. There is also the influence of the development of the practice of children's prayer movements. The use of visual learning media has a positive impact on increasing the development of children's prayer movement practices. In the prayer movement indicator, most of the children were able to carry it out according to the movements that were appropriate for children aged 5-6 years at RA As-Syarief, Sibanggor Jae Village.

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the Outing Class learning through fun cooking activities in developing and describing the creativity of 5-6 year old children at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Cahaya Toboali and Khoirunnisa Kindergarten in Central Bangka. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative research. This research is included in field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Observation and interviews were used to collect data, with the data sources referred to as respondents. The data analysis technique used the main components of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing carried out simultaneously with the data collection process, in a cyclic form during the research process. The results showed that the outing class learning through fun cooking activities at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Cahaya Toboali and Khoirunnisa Kindergarten in Central Bangka showed significant benefits for 5-6 year old children. After participating in the Outing Class learning through fun cooking activities, 5-6 year old children at the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Cahaya Toboali and Khoirunnisa Kindergarten in Central Bangka experienced significant development in their creativity.
