Abstract

Twitter social media is often used as a medium to express opinions on the government in Indonesia. There  are  also  many  controversial  things  on  Twitter  social  media  against  the  government,  as  is  the case  today  there  is  a  controversy  wherethere  is  a  proposal  to  make  the  term  of  office  of  the President in Indonesia three periods, which previously could only serve up to two terms or ten years. for  one  President.  Public  opinion  or  sentiment  which  in  Twitter's  terms  is  commonly  referred  to  as "shrink"  can  be  in  the  form  of  negative  or  positive  opinions.  However,  the  amount  of  data  is  quite large  so it takes a method that can be used to make it  happen, namely by using sentiment analysis. Sentiment  analysis  can  be  used  as  a  solution  to  process  these  opinions  using  the  Naïve  Bayes Classifier  algorithm.  The  results  of  the  nave  Bayes  technique  require  evaluation  to  determine  the best model. The test is carried out with three models, namely 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10 which are then evaluated using a confusion matrix. Based on the comparison of the evaluation test results, the best scenario for the Naïve Bayes  classification model is in the first scenario or model (90% training data and 10% testing data) with an accuracy value of 95%, a precision value of 97%, a recall value of 96%, and the f-measure value is 96%.

Abstract

Rukun Warga 01 is an area located in Kebon Bawang Village, Tanjung Priok District, Central Jakarta. Where, currently RW 01 services are still carried out conventionally, starting from population data management, administration in the form of cover letters, disseminating information from RW to each RT. Data processing is currently done by recording in the bookkeeping archive. Dissemination of information to residents still relies on information boards or through person to person, and administrative letters such as cover letters have not implemented computerized methods or are still using manuals. Knowing this, the current system is considered to be still less effective if used continuously it can make it difficult to find data, errors often occur and the distribution of information is uneven. Therefore, a website-based information system was created. To support this, the authors collect information through observation, interviews, literature study. The system development methodology used is the SDLC (System Develop life Cycles) method using the Waterfall model. This website is made with PHP programming language and MySQL as database. The results of the research This information system makes a computerized system that makes it easier for RW administrators to collect citizen data and provide information that is accurate and fast, and evenly distributed

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes to the trading sector, including micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to design and develop a website-based online store application for ATK Yudistira Jaya to enhance operational efficiency and expand market reach. The development method used in this system is the Waterfall model, with the Laravel framework for the backend and MySQL as the database. The test results indicate that the application meets the needs of both admins and customers, with key features such as a product catalog, ordering system, payment integration, and order management. The implementation of this application is expected to assist MSMEs in leveraging digital technology to improve their competitiveness.

Abstract

Sayuran merupakan tanaman yang mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam pemenuhan gizi masyarakat dan mempunyai nilai ekonomis.  Desa Benteng Alla adalah salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Baroko Kabupaten Enrekang yang merupakan salah satu penghasil sayuran terbesar di Sulawesi Selatan dan membudidayakan sayuran dengan teknologi konvensional dengan dengan penggunaan pestisida sintetik yang tinggi antara 1 sampai 2 kali per minggu. Dari hasil wawancara sebelumnya diketahui petani belum memahami dan mengetahui alternatif pengganti pestisida sintetik padahal di desa tersebut terdapat beberapa sumber biopestisida nabati. Masalahnya petani tidak mengenal tanaman sebagai sumber biopestisida nabati dan tidak mengetahui bagaimana cara membuat dan mengaplikasikannya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperlukan pengenalan bahan alami tanaman lokal disekitar pertanaman petani sebagai sumber biopestisida untuk dapat dimanfaatkan dalam upaya pengendalian hama dan penyakit pada tanaman sayuran. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengenalan, pemahaman, dan pengetahuan tentang tanaman lokal sebagai biopestisida yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam budidaya sayuran petani untuk mengurangi penggunaan pestisida sintetik. Ada lima jenis tanaman lokal yang didapatkan antara lain: Toona sureni, Ageratum conyzoides, Chromalaena odorata, Tithonia diversifolia, dan Tagetes erecta.Kata kunci: Tanaman lokal, biopestisida nabati, sayuran organik.

Abstract

This study examines how to block unauthorized access while keeping services available in an enterprise network. The approach combines Access Control Lists (ACLs) allow/deny rules on routers and Policy-Based Routing (PBR), which steers specific traffic without changing the main routing setup. The object of study is a lab simulation with four understandable parts: a central network (head office), an applications/services network, a provider/carrier network, and an external network (internet/partners). The method evaluates three scenarios: baseline, ACL, and ACL + PBR, in a virtual environment using straightforward measurements (ping, traceroute, and rule/route activity logs). Results show the internal subnet is closed in both directions as required; the legitimate path from the central network to the services network remains available and balanced via the provider network; there is no route leakage from the external network to unauthorized areas; and PBR successfully guides specific flows without disrupting the primary path. In conclusion, combining ACL + PBR effectively strengthens security while maintaining service availability, serving as a practical guide for multi-domain enterprise networks.

Abstract

Social media has become the primary means for people to express their opinions on public policies. One policy that has generated mixed reactions is DKI Jakarta Governor Instruction Number 6 of 2025, which requires civil servants (ASN) to use public transportation every Wednesday. This study aims to analyze public sentiment towards this policy using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Data was collected from social media X using purposive sampling technique using related keywords during the period May-July 2025. Then processed through the stages of cleansing, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, and transformation into numerical form using TF-IDF. Of the 800 tweets collected, 600 positive opinions and 200 negative opinions were obtained. Then, the data was classified using the Support Vector Machine algorithm. Thus, the research that has been conducted obtained an accuracy of 76.00%, and an AUC of 0.725. These findings are expected to not only provide accurate sentiment classification, but also provide practical input for the government to evaluate the effectiveness of policies, improve socialization strategies, and measure the level of public acceptance of ASN transportation policies.

Abstract

This study develops an Internet of Things (IoT) system to support horticultural farming in Berjo Village, Karanganyar District. The system monitors soil parameters such as pH and moisture in real-time, aiding farmers in making informed decisions regarding fertilization and watering. The implementation aims to improve efficiency and crop yields of cultivated flowers, reducing losses caused by improper soil conditions. Additionally, the paper discusses the role of technology in transforming agriculture, demonstrating that IoT adoption offers innovative solutions to address unpredictable rainfall challenges and foster local interest in flower cultivation. Government support is crucial for the sustainability of this innovation, ensuring it benefits smallholder farmers and enhances agricultural productivity through advanced technology integration.
