Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru matematika dalam membuat alat peraga dan juga dalam menyampaikan materi-materi pembelajaran secara kontekstual. Setelah pelatihan ini guru diharapakan dapat menggunakan alat peraga untuk ketika menyampaikan materi matematika. Guru juga disarankan untuk membuat sendiri alat peraga selain bangun ruang sisi datar. Adapun tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan dalam pelatihan ini adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama Menyiapkan bahan dan peralatan yang diperlukan. Kedua memperkenalkan alat dan bahan kepada peserta. Ketiga memperkenalkan bangun ruang sisi datar. Empat praktik pembuatan alat peraga. Dan lima praktik menggunakan alat peraga dalam materi bangun ruang. Abstract: This training activity is carried out to improve the creativity of mathematics teachers in making teaching aids and also in delivering learning materials contextually. After this training the teacher is expected to be able to use teaching aids for when delivering mathematics material. Teachers are also advised to make their own props besides building a flat side space. The stages carried out in this training are as follows: First Prepare the necessary materials and equipment. The second introduces tools and materials to participants. The third introduces a flat side space. Four practices for making props. And five practices use props in building material.

Abstract

The problematic reality of national roads in rural and urban areas is that they are often damaged and unfit for use. This is due to nationwide road repairs that rely only on the central government's responsibility, resulting in development delays that could endanger the safety of road users. The method used in this research is social legal research to observe law in the dynamics of social life in the context of the role of district and city governments in dealing with damage to national roads. The role of the government in dealing with damage to national roads is to carry out supervision to prevent workers from committing irregularities, misappropriation, and wastage of funds, as well as to overcome obstacles that may occur during the repair process. In addition, the government has a role in carrying out road construction and accommodating policies regarding road construction. Thus, even though national roads are the responsibility of the central government, district and city governments also need to take responsibility for national roads.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan investasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dimana peningkatan kecakapan dan kemampuan diyakini sebagai faktor pendukung upaya manusia dalam mengarungi kehidupan yang penuh dengan ketidak pastian, dalam kerangka inilah pendidikan diperlukan dan dipandang sebagai kebutuhan dasar bagi masyarakat yang ingin maju, demikian halnya bagi masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki wilayah yang sangat luas. Pentingnya manajemen dalam penyelenggaraan sebuah organisasi merupakan hal yang mutlak diperlukan, demikian halnya dalam dunia pendidikan, manajemen merupakan hal yang penting. Lembaga pendidikan adalah lembaga yang mengelola manusia dan bertujuan menciptakan manusia-manusia berkualitas, tentunya hal ini lebih memerlukan pemikiran yang lebih ekstra dibandingkan lembaga-lembaga pengelola barang. Manajemen sebagai ilmu yang baru dikenal pada pertengahan abad ke-19, dewasa ini sangat popular, bahkan dianggap sebagai kunci keberhasilan pengelola perusahaan atau lembaga pendidikan, baik lembaga pendidikan umum maupun lembaga pendidikan Islam. Selanjutnya dapat dikemukakan bahwa dalam manajemen sekolah atau madrasah terdapat perangkat proses, salah satunya manajemen kurikulum. Pendidikan yang berkualitas merupakan harapan dan tuntutan seluruh stakeholder pendidikan. Saat ini Madrasah Ibtidaiyah masih dalam tahap merintis, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan serta sarana prasarana masih belum memadai, untuk lokal atau kelas pun baru sampai kelas dua. Atas dasar inilah maka sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan dalam hal ini Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Injaz ingin mengedepankan manajemen kurikulum pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

The world of physics for scientists is no longer a materialist empirical world, but leads to efforts to realize spirituality through science to find the highest essence of science. There is a parallel in thought between Sufism and modern physics, where Sufism is based on direct understanding into the natural world of reality and modern physics is based on on observations of natural phenomena and scientific experiments which are interpreted and communicated through words which will become too abstract when close to reality which causes awareness of facts. Sufism has very many values in modern physics, but this may be unnoticed by the Muslim community. Whereas in Sufism which takes the verses of the Qur'an there are many things that are actually in modern physics quantized in the form of formulas, which we can take as the rationality of the highest existence of the Creator (Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta'ala). so that modern physics can be used as an analysis of the verses of the Qur'an in demonstrating the essence of spirituality. This study uses the Library Research method with the main data source from the library in the form of books, articles, encyclopedias, dictionaries, and other written sources. To collect data through several stages, namely data inventory through collection of scientific works. The results of the research show that there are parallels between the thoughts in Sufism and modern physics regarding matter in this universe.

Abstract

Character education, which has long been discussed and practiced in educational institutions in Indonesia, including Islamic boarding schools, since 2017 is still being studied. This study is an effort to improve character education so that it is not only theorized but becomes a necessity to be practiced consistently. This research uses library research to conclude that strengthening character education in Islamic boarding schools is still considered the most ideal place. Based on the analysis of Islamic educational philosophy, the formal objects of educational value in Islamic boarding schools will provide reinforcement for character education.

Abstract

Abstrak Generasi sekarang permasalahan yang ada lebih banyak mengalami kesulitan emosional daripada generasi sebelumnya: lebih kesepian dan pemurung, lebih brangasan dan kurang menghargai sopan santun, lebih gugup dan mudah cemas, lebih impulsif dan agresif. Emosional yang dimunculkan dalam suatu tindakan sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan manusia ketika dalam mengambil suatu keputusan. Hal ini tentu tidak jarang suatu keputusan yang diambil hanya dari sudut emosional tanpa ada kolaborasi dengan akal rasional yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan keputusan yang terkesan kurang bijak. Oleh karena itu, dalam hal ini penulis mencoba melihat sisi terdalam dari konsep kecerdasan emosional yang ditawarkan oleh Daniel Goleman, sehingga setelah memahami konsep yang ditawarkan oleh Daniel Goleman pembaca akan dapat mengelola perasaan yang dimiliki sehingga dapat mengekspresikan secara tepat dan efektif dalam kehidupannya. Persoalan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana struktur konseptual dari kecerdasan emosional yang diperkenalkan oleh Daniel Goleman? Bagaimana kritik konseptual dari kecerdasan emosional yang digagas oleh Daniel Goleman? Penelitian ini termasuk pada bibliotika research atau libarary research. Data diperoleh dari tulisan-tulisan yang mengungkapkan mengenai konsep yang digagas oleh Daniel Goleman tentang kecerdasan emosional. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan content analysis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada dasarnya konsep kecerdasan emosional sudah ada sebelum Daniel Goleman mempublikasikan konsep kecerdasan emosionalnya. Daniel Goleman memberikan definisi bahwa kecerdasan kmosional merupakan kemampuan untuk mengenali perasaan diri sendiri maupun orang lain, kemampuan untuk memotivasi diri sendiri, serta kemampuan mengelola emosi baik pada diri sendiri maupun dalam hubungan dengan orang lain. Konsep Goleman memiliki titik fokus pada penerapan kecerdasan emosional yang dapat difungsikan dalam kehidupan, seperti lingkup keluarga, kesehatan, pendidikan, serta karier. Selain itu, konsep Goleman ini tidak terlepas dari kritik yang menyertainya, kritik pertama fokus pada anggapan yang berlebihan berlebihan bahwa nilai-nilai di sekolah tidak berpengaruh pada kesuksesan hidup seseorang di kemudian hari, sehingga upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan skolastik anak diabaikan. Kritik kedua, tidak adanya model pengukuran kecerdasan emosional oleh Daniel Goleman. Kata kunci : Daniel Goleman, kecerdasan emosional

Abstract

The Indonesian government is faced with a health crisis, this has an impact on new policy programs that have had an impact both in economic, political, cultural crises, and most prominently in the education sector. Millions of students feel anxious in studying, the solutions offered are not satisfied for every student. The Covid-19 pandemic has made this nation again faced with a moral crisis, a crisis of character, a crisis of honesty, even a crisis in every sector, therefore the role of education should be able to overcome the moral decline that befell students. Moral decline is a form of the crisis of the character of the students.The crisis of character reflects the failure of the education system implemented in every school, so that recently there have been a lot of complaints from parents, education, and people working in the religious and social fields, regarding the behavior of teenagers who are difficult to control, naughty, stubborn, do trouble, immoral brawl, get drunk, binge on drugs, live like hippies in Europe and America, and even commit piracy, rape, and murder. The function and role of education in building character is very much needed in the era of globalization and modernization. Education should be oriented towards building the character of students. This is necessary in order to develop and strengthen noble qualities to be tough, honest, virtuous, responsible, disciplined, and independent, but seeing the character crisis that has occurred proves that the education system has not formed the expected human resources.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the effort to empower students of the al-majmuk Islamic boarding school foundation nw ravine through the mini market al-majmuk nw jaler jaler lombok being established as a media and minimarket that facilitates social problems experienced by students of the al-majmuk nw ravine Islamic boarding school foundation . The purpose of this study was to describe the efforts to empower students at the Al-Majmuk Islamic Boarding School in West Lombok through the Al-Majmuk mini market, Central Lombok. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, namely observing an object and interpreting it in the description of words. Collecting data in the study using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely by collecting data, presenting data in narrative text, and drawing conclusions. Informant retrieval in this study using a snowball. The results of this study indicate that from the empowerment carried out by the Al-Majmuk Islamic Boarding School, NW Jurang Jaler, there are three economic empowerment of Islamic boarding schools. First, entrepreneurship training for santri that they have potential that can be developed. second, providing capital to students by providing facilities and infrastructure for entrepreneurial activities. Third, mentoring the participation of students by implementing regulations that require students to participate in entrepreneurial activities.
