Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the decline in employee performance at PT Artha Centra Bangun Perkasa. HR plays an important role in achieving the goals of the organization or company. Therefore HR is required to be professional, and efficient in facing challenges and opportunities. In this case, the organization or company must pay attention to the competence and discipline of each employee. Competence shows the expertise possessed to carry out the task, and competency coupled with discipline will show a sense of responsibility. Apart from these two things, work stress also affects the decline in a person's performance because it causes physical and psychological disorders. The total population of 35 people and 30 people from companies engaged in the same industry for the validity test. The method used is quantitative with quantitative descriptive research, using interviews, questionnaires and study documentation. Multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and simultaneous testing to be used in the analysis method. The results of the study have shown that competency, discipline and work stress simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penerapan Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI) atau diploma supplement merupakan amanat kurikulum berdasarkan Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI) bagi setiap calon sarjana baru atau lulusan perguruan tinggi. SKPI memuat informasi prestasi dan kegiatan mahasiswa selama menjadi mahasiswa aktif di perguruan tinggi. Program studi Farmasi mengembangkan aplikasi untuk mengajukan SKPI yang disebut App-SKPI. Untuk membantu pengembangan aplikasi, telah dilakukan evaluasi dengan menggunakan model ISO 25010 untuk lima jenis kategori yaitu Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Portability, dan Maintainability. Hasil pada kategori Functional Suitability, semua proses pada setiap fitur berjalan dengan baik dengan nilai 1 atau maksimal. Performance Efficiency, hasil kinerja dan struktur pada aplikasi mendapatkan Grade B dengan nilai kinerja 89% dan nilai struktural 91%. Usability, tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap sistem adalah 0,83. Portability, kemampuan adaptasi sistem pada browser yang berbeda mendapat nilai 1 atau maksimal. Maintainability, aplikasi dikembangkan dengan framework yang mendukung kemudahan perawatan

Abstract

This research focuses on the design and development of a blockchain-based plastic waste tracking system aimed at enhancing transparency, efficiency, and accountability in plastic waste management. The system utilizes Hyperledger Fabric as a permissioned blockchain platform and integrates smart contracts to manage transactions between organizations, including waste generators, collectors, sorting warehouses, and final processing warehouses. This system records each stage of the plastic waste journey, from creation to final processing, in a permanent, transparent, and immutable manner. The testing results demonstrate that the system can accurately record the status and history of waste, manage transfers between organizations, and process plastic waste into recycled products. Moreover, the system shows a significant potential for carbon emission reduction, with an estimated reduction of up to 50% compared to traditional plastic waste management methods, such as incineration or landfilling. The study also explores how the implementation of blockchain can support global efforts in mitigating the environmental impacts of plastic waste. The blockchain-based system also provides real-time monitoring, ensuring that each transaction is verified and recorded immediately, contributing to more effective management. The implementation of smart contracts further guarantees that waste-related activities are executed automatically when predefined conditions are met, reducing administrative overhead. The study also explores how the implementation of blockchain can support global efforts in mitigating the environmental impacts of plastic waste. Ultimately, this system presents a scalable solution that could be adopted in various regions to improve global waste management strategies.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pelatihan pengelolaan referensi dengan menggunakan Zotero bertujuan untuk memudahkan mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komputer Universitas Pancasakti dalam hal keterampilan penggunaan perangkat lunak Zotero untuk pengelolaan referensi dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu riset pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komputer Universitas Pancasakti dalam memahami pengelolaan referensi ketika penyelesaian tugas akhir, pemberian materi dan praktik tentang penggunaan perangkat lunak Zotero. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa pelatihan ini berdampak signifikan terhadap pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan referensi dengan rata -rata hasil post test peserta yaitu 95.2%.
