Darun Nasya Islamic Boarding School organizes Islam religious education supported by modern learning programs that equip students to have soft skills and hard skills in order to prepare students to enter the community. Darun Nasya provides entrepreneurial knowledge through implementation in the Saung Pondok Barokah Umat's business unit. The students participate in the management and development of the business unit as a means of entrepreneurial practice. The obstacles faced by Darun gas stations are learning media and business management knowledge that are still minimal, as well as difficulties developing business due to limited funds. Based on these problems, it is necessary to increase soft skill capacity through business plan preparation workshops so that Darun Nasya can develop its business units. Business Plan is a clear plan in running a business. Various benefits of preparing a Business Plan include clarity of business strategies and market opportunities, making business ideas and priorities, helping capital, and providing business information to investors and consumers. The implementation of a Business Plan preparation workshop can improve the skills of students in entrepreneurship.

The study aims to analyze the relationship between overtime, job training, and employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. 80 respondents were used as a purposive sample who were employees of PT. Nagamas Kurnia Sejahtera. The results showed that partially, overtime was proven to have a significant effect on performance, while job training was not proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, overtime and training were proven to have a significant impact on employee performance. Thus, the results of this study underline the importance of effective management of overtime hours in supporting the achievement of optimal performance. In other aspects, human resources need to consider more effective strategies in designing training programs that can have a significant impact on employee performance.

Artikel ini membahas tentang hubungan antara Human Development Index dan Technology, sejauh mana kemajuan teknologi dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia melalui peningkatan pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pendapatan. Meta data penelitian ini bersumber dari Scopus selanjutnya diproses melalui metode analisis bibliometrik dan biblioshany untuk memahami tren penelitian dan topik yang paling banyak dibahas. Pemetaan lanskap riset untuk memvisualisasikan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam penulisan riset, jurnal serta kata kunci yang paling banyak digunakan dalam bidang ini. Hasil analisis biblimetrik menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan penelitian yang signifikan dengan topik Human Development Index dan Technology. kata kuncieconomic growth development yang masih jarang di teliti menjadi peluang menarik untuk penelitian yang akan datang, serta kata kunci digital divide serta European Union yang tidak terdapat garis penghubung langsung dengan Human Development Index dan Teknologi, ini dapat dijadikan kebaruan atau novelty penelitian selanjutnya.

This research aims to analyze the financial accountability of local governments in West Java based on the examination results of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK-RI) on the Local Government Financial Statements (LKPD), specifically by mapping and analyzing issues related to the fairness of LKPD presentation and compliance with regulations. The study covers all regencies and cities in West Java for the period of LKPD 2018-2019, which were audited by BPK-RI, resulting in 54 research units. This research adopts a descriptive approach with a method of descriptive content analysis to explain the issues of local government financial accountability. The analysis is conducted on qualitative data in the form of texts/sentences that describe the issues in the BPK-RI audit report on LKPD. The findings reveal that the most common issues affecting the auditor's opinion on the fairness of LKPD presentation are non-compliance with Government Accounting Standards (SAP). The compliance issues with regulations that cause the most significant losses to the local government are indications of asset misuse.

Konveksi SFgiandra is a company engaged in the purchase, sale, and inventory of hijab, with many customers relying on their services. However, the manual system applied in every sales transaction, calculation, and stock reporting often causes errors in calculations and slows down the process of making reports. This research aims to analyze and develop a stock application that can improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory management at SFgiandra Convection. The research method used is Waterfall, with design using the Laravel Framework and UML diagrams. Software testing is done with the Black Box concept. The results showed that the developed stock application allows checking goods more effectively and efficiently, helping Konveksi SFgiandra achieve its goals better

This study aims to optimize the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in market analysis and development strategies, focusing on SMEs in West Java. A mixed-method approach was employed, integrating quantitative spatial analysis and qualitative data from surveys and interviews. Primary data were collected through questionnaires administered to 150 business owners and 300 consumers, combined with secondary demographic maps from the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG). Spatial analysis utilized hotspot analysis and buffer analysis in ArcGIS. Key findings include: (1) Three regions identified as potential market hotspots (North Bandung, Central Cimahi, Central Sumedang) with consumer density >50 people/km²; (2) GIS usage showed a significant positive correlation with sales growth (r = 0.72; p < 0.01), contributing to 58% of sales variation; (3) Main barriers to GIS implementation were licensing costs (45% of respondents) and technological literacy (60%). Strategic recommendations include open-source GIS training (QGIS) and developing an integrated data platform for SMEs. These findings prove that GIS is not only effective for mapping but also as a spatial data- driven decision-making tool that can enhance business strategy accuracy by up to 40%.

CV Tunggal Putra Jaya is a building materials store that still manages inventory manually using Microsoft Excel. This approach leads to data inaccuracies, difficulties in real-time stock monitoring, and risks of overstocking or stock shortages. This research aims to design a web-based inventory system to address these issues, with key features such as real-time stock monitoring, order and pre-order creation, and automatic financial report generation. The system is developed using the Agile Scrum method with a sprint duration of 14 days to ensure flexibility to changes in requirements. The implementation results show an efficiency increase of up to 92.73%, marked by a reduction in invoice creation time from 5–10 minutes to 1 minute, stock monitoring from 30 minutes to 1 minute, and financial report generation from 10 minutes to 1 minute. The system has also successfully passed Black Box testing for all features, and user validation indicates that this system can significantly reduce working time.

The development of information technology has significantly contributed to the education sector, particularly in creating interactive and engaging learning media. Mathematics, as one of the core subjects, is often perceived as difficult and tedious by students. Therefore, there is a need for innovative learning media that can enhance students’ interest and understanding of the subject matter. This study aims to design and implement an interactive mathematics game website that presents basic math problems in an enjoyable and responsive format. The website consists of nine pages, including a landing page, login, dashboard, quiz selection, quiz display, and evaluation results. Each quiz contains 10 questions displayed in two horizontal rows (5 questions each), supported by a countdown timer and an automatic scoring system. The development methodology includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The evaluation phase was conducted through internal testing and user observation targeting elementary school students.

This article explains the analysis of a data by studying data using data classification and applying the concept of the Decision Tree Algorithm and program tools that are done using python programming as a flexible and objective tool in an analysis and visualization of data in today's world of machine learning data requires good performance and good results in handling a data case. The data used is NoSQL data or Datasets has the form of a CSV document, which in the CSV document has tables where the results will be in the form of the latest datasets containing the datasets, namely by Data analysis, data classification, data classification, categorizing Apple mobile phone products in China and Pakistan Whether it is of high or low quality based on the launch of the price of Apple mobile phones, then building a decision tree modeling explaining the factor factor which affects the classification and helps analyze a launch of the price of Apple mobile phone products in China and Pakistan so that the results will be executed into python programming until this programming language has very good characteristics in the data process and until the data results will be visualized. Datasets will be tested, as well as supporting factors in python programming data modeling that provide flexibility in data modeling, data execution, data analysis so that problem solving can be solved properly and objectively.
