Abstract

Kegiatan abdimas ini terintegrasi dengan PKMI-UHO yang dilaksanakan disesuaikan dengan kondisi saat ini (masa pandemic covid 19), dimana masyarakat Pada masa pandemic covid 19 ini telah membawa dampak negative terhadap sendi-sendi ekonomi masyarakat, pendapatan masyarakat menjadi menurun dengan keterbatasan aktivitas ekonomi. Banyak masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan (menganggur)dan juga para produsen mengalami kerugian seperti yang dialami oleh industri tahu tempe dan masyarakat sekitar yang menyebabkan penurunan pendapatan. Salah satu solusi dengan mengembangkan home industry yaitu pembuatan aneka olahan tahu baik produk camilan atau dengan frozen food dan dipasarkan secara online. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dengan hanya bekerja dirumah. Pelaksanaan abdimas ini berfocus pada dua hal pertama terkait dengan pelatihan dalam menghasilkan proddan siap saji juga frozen food, dan kedua adalah memberikan pelatihan meliputi praktek pembuatan secara individu dan kelompok praktek pengemasan, pemasaran online produk frozen food melalui marketing channel secara online. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 17 17 orang ibu Adapun frozen food yang dihasilkan dalam adalah bakso tahu, pempek tahu, tahu walik dan batagor serta stik tahu. Peserta pelatihan sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini dikarena memberikan keterampilan yang bermanfaat meningkatkan pendapatan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of economic growth and the minimum wage on poverty in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study is secondary data from 12 regencies/cities of Southeast Sulawesi Province which is accessed through the website sultra.bps.go.id in the form of time series for the period 2010 to 2019. The analysis tool used is panel data regression with the help of software Eviews 10. The results show the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.90, meaning that the independent variables of economic growth and the minimum wage affect 90% of the dependent variable of poverty. During the study period, economic growth had a significant positive effect on poverty. The minimum wage has a significant negative effect on poverty.

Abstract

The furniture industry has a fairly good development, so it will affect the income level of the craftsmen. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of capital, labor and total production on income. The research location is in Baruga District, Kendari City. The research focuses on the income of furniture industry entrepreneurs and the factors that influence it. The sample was selected using the census method, namely using the entire population as a sample. The sample was 36 wood industry entrepreneurs. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) Jointly business capital, labor, and production on furniture business income in Baruga District, Kendari City have a significant effect on furniture business income. This is indicated by the test results Fhitung = 14.935 > ? = 0.05. (2) Business capital on furniture business income in Baruga Subdistrict, Kendari City has a significant effect on increasing the income of respondents' furniture business spread across Baruga Subdistrict, Kendari City. This is indicated by the results of the t test at the level of sign. 0.128 > ? = 0.05., (3) The number of workers on the income of the furniture business in Baruga District, Kendari City does not have a significant effect on increasing the income of the furniture business spread across Baruga District, Kendari City. This is indicated by the results of the t-test at the level of sign. 0.000> ? = 0.05 and (4) Furniture business production (x3) partially does not have a significant effect on increasing the income of furniture businesses scattered in Baruga District, Kendari City. This is indicated by the results of the t test at the sign level. 1,954 > ? = 0,05. This means that capital, labor, and total production simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of wood furniture industry entrepreneurs. Capital, labor, and raw materials partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of wood furniture industry entrepreneurs. This means that the greater the capital spent, the labor used and the amount of production owned, the greater the possibility of the amount of production produced, so that the income received is greater.

Abstract

Angka kemiskinan di pedesaan di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan masih cukup tinggi. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengentaskan persoalan kemiskinan adalah pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan peningkatan kapabilitas pemerintah desa. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui kewirausahaan berbasis rumah tangga dan peningkatan kapabilitas pengelola BUMDes melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi SIA BUMDes. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah Masyarakat, Pengelola BUMDes dan Aparat Pemerintah Desa Mata Wolasi Kecamatan Wolasi Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Hasil pengabdian berupa pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi SIA BUMDEs dan pengelolaan dan pelaporan keuangan BUMDes Desa Mata Wolasi. Dengan aplikasi ini maka pengelolaan BUMDes mulai dari perencanaan, penganggaran, pelaksanaan sampai pada pelaporan keuangan BUMDes menjadi lebih akuntabel, professional, dan transparan. Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui wirausaha berbasis rumah tangga dalam bentuk pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah melalui budidaya tanaman produktif menjadi sumber gizi keluarga sekaligus menambah pendapatan rumah tangga.

Abstract

Based on the results of the study, it was found that the welfare level of enterprises (packaged rice sellers, food and beverage sellers, and fruit sellers) at the Kendari Nusantara Port was divided into three criteria, namely high, medium, low. The number of business actors included in the low welfare level is 1 person (3%). Meanwhile, the number of enterprises with a moderate level of welfare is 23 people (66%). The number of business actors belonging to the high welfare level is 11 people (31%). So it can be concluded that the standard of living of business actors in this case, sellers of packaged rice, sellers of food and drinks, and sellers of fruit at the Kendari Archipelago Port are still in the moderate category, or still less prosperous.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower the coastal community of Wowanggu Subdistrict, Kendari City, through training on processing fish into value-added products such as marinated and original frozen fish. The implementation method uses a participatory approach combining technical training (processing, packaging, storage) and business management (financial recording, digital marketing). Participants consisted of 16 people, predominantly housewives (38%), fish traders (30%), and young entrepreneurs (11%). Evaluation results showed significant improvement in participants' understanding, with 72% strongly agreeing on the training benefits, particularly in business management and entrepreneurial motivation. The main challenges were raw material availability and capital. The program successfully created positive impacts by enhancing skills and entrepreneurial interest, while opening opportunities for fisheries-based SME development in coastal areas.
