Abstract

Maintaining the cleanliness of the school environment is a very important aspect for school residents today. The Visit To School Program at MIS Darul Muallaf Palangka Raya can be used to develop this awareness, which is a community service initiative that aims to increase students' awareness and responsibility for the cleanliness of the school environment and develop their creativity. The method used in this service is service learning (SL) which provides students with the opportunity to learn through direct experience. This service involves collaboration between members of HMPS PAI IAIN Palangka Raya, teachers and students. The research results show positive changes in student attitudes, such as increasing environmental awareness, developing creativity, and increasing cooperation between students and related parties. This program has also succeeded in forming students' positive characters, such as responsibility, creativity and concern for the school environment.

Abstract

The Qur'an serves as the primary guide for Muslims, providing guidance and values that need to be internalized in daily life. Reading skills of the Qur'an are very important; however, many students at SMAN 3 Palangka Raya still face difficulties in reading fluently. The aim of this community service is to enhance the students' ability to read the Qur'an through memorizing surahs that are recited before starting lessons via the One Day One Surah program. This program encourages students to read one surah every day, allowing them to master 30 surahs in a month. The method used in this service is Service Learning (SL), which is an approach based on direct experience. The results of this service indicate a significant improvement in students' Qur'an reading abilities after the One Day One Surah assistance was implemented. This is evidenced by the post-test data from class XI-9 obtained after the program was conducted, which shows that the number of students able to recite 22 surahs increased from 15 students, while those who could only recite 15 surahs decreased to 5 students. Furthermore, there was an increase in surah memorization in class XI-10, with data showing that the number of students able to recite 22 surahs rose to 16 students, while those who could only recite 15 surahs decreased to 3 students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran problem posing dalam meningkatkan ego control siswa di SMAN 3 Palangka Raya dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model spiral Kemmis dan Taggart. Proses penelitian ini melibatkan siklus berulang yang meliputi perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi kritis.. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi langsung, dan analisis kualitatif serta kuantitatif. Hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam aktivitas siswa dan guru dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua. Penilaian terhadap aspek-aspek ego control, seperti pengendalian emosi, kedisiplinan, interaksi sosial, dan pengendalian impuls, mengindikasikan perbaikan, meskipun tantangan dalam pengembangan keterampilan ini masih ada. Pada siklus pertama, pengendalian emosi dan kedisiplinan mencapai 70%, sementara interaksi sosial dan pengendalian impuls sedikit lebih rendah, yaitu 73%. Temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa model pembelajaran yang diterapkan tidak hanya berorientasi pada prestasi akademik semata, melainkan juga pada pembudayaan karakter positif dan peningkatan kompetensi sosial siswa. Penerapan problem posing menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan ego control, yang penting bagi pengelolaan emosi dan perilaku siswa di sekolah. Studi ini memberikan sumbangan berharga dalam inovasi metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efektif dalam konteks pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konsep elegansi keimanan dan pious fashion sebagai wujud keseimbangan moral di kalangan mahasiswa Prodi PAI Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Palangka Raya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus sebagai metode utama, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan sejumlah mahasiswa PAI IAIN Palangka Raya untuk memahami pandangan, pengalaman, dan praktik mereka terkait dengan pious fashion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menganggap pentingnya berpakaian sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama Islam sebagai bentuk ekspresi identitas keagamaan dan kesadaran akan moralitas. Selain itu, keseimbangan antara pious fashion dan pendidikan agama di kampus dianggap krusial dalam membentuk lingkungan yang harmonis dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiritual. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan antara gaya berpakaian, nilai-nilai agama, dan moralitas dalam konteks akademik dan sosial.
