Abstract

Quality service is a form of service that are provided by service providers in order to meet the needs of its customers. However, the Covid-19 pandemics has affected the quality of services, including the service of BRT Trans Jakarta. This can have a serious impact if not handled properly and can reduced customer satisfaction with these services. The purpose of this study is to determine the dominant factors that influence the infrastructure services of the Trans Jakarta BRT, to determine the quality of service on customer satisfaction performance during the large-scale social restrictions in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to find out the dominant factors that influence the infrastructure services of the BRT Trans Jakarta and to determine the quality of service on customer satisfaction performance during the large-scale social restrictions in DKI Jakarta. The concept studies used in this research are service, infrastructure, service quality, and customer satisfaction. This study used quantitative approach along with CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) method and analysis of the level of conformity of IPA (Importance - Performance Analysis), the sampling system used were incidental sampling with the BRT Trans Jakarta user analysis unit during the large-scale social restrictions in DKI Jakarta. The results showed that the customer satisfaction index for BRT Trans Jakarta infrastructure services during the PSBB was 75.54% for the CSI value and IPA value of 98.54%, and the customer satisfaction criteria were in the Satisfied category.

Abstract

Dam is a structure consisting of earth, rock, and concrete embankments built to retain and contain water. Dam embankment work is generally carried out with the longest schedule during each dry season. The Way Apu Dam Construction Project experienced flooding due to the overflow of the Way Teba river exceeding the cofferdam on July 5, 2024, which could potentially reduce the quality of random rock embankment work. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence quality control of random rock embankment work using quantitative descriptive methods through statistical analysis with SPSS software. Data was collected through questionnaires to 44 respondents involved in the project. Factors influencing quality control were determined by multiple linear regression tests using the stepwise method. The results showed that there are 4 significant variables: "Worker Awareness in Quality Assurance and Control", "Documentation of Monitoring and Measurement Results at Each Stage of Work", "Documentation of Material Loading Checked by Field Director/Consultant", "Report on Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Control and Opportunities for Construction Safety" with F_count value = 34.334. The most dominant variable is "Worker Awareness in Quality Assurance and Control" based on T_count value = 8.929.

Abstract

Geopolymer is an eco-friendly material that serves as a sustainable alternative to Portland cement in construction. This binder reduces carbon dioxide emissions from cement production. However, its manufacturing process remains complex and requires professional expertise. This study explores an environmentally friendly cement produced through the “One-Part Method” (or the “just add water” method), which simplifies geopolymer application, making it as user-friendly as Portland cement. However, research on the performance of one-part geopolymers with varying activator contents and curing temperatures remains limited. In this study, Class F fly ash was used as a precursor, combined with a dry activator made from geothermal sludge and sodium hydroxide (NaOH). Two compositions were tested with precursor-to-dry activator ratios of 5:1 (OPG-F5F) and 7:1 (OPG-F7F). The compressive strength was significantly influenced by the Si/Al, Na/Si, Na/Al, and water/solid ratios derived from the precursor and activator. Mechanical properties were analyzed at three curing temperatures: ambient, 40°C, and 60°C. Results showed that OPG-F7F achieved the highest strength at 60°C, reaching 76.1 MPa at 28 days. Mineral analysis before and after steam curing revealed no changes in composition, while morphological analysis indicated that higher temperatures produced a denser geopolymer matrix. These findings demonstrate the strong potential of geopolymer cement as a viable Portland cement replacement using the One-Part Method.
