Abstract

Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai tiga tahap yang sangat penting, diantaranya adalah 1) Mendeskripsikan pengaruh Keamanan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. 2) Menguraikan pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja Tehadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. 3) Menjelaskan manakah variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrumen penelitian yaitu: wawancara (interview), observasi  (observation), dan daftar pertanyaan (kusioener). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Keamanan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene­ dan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keamanan Kerja dan Keselamatan Kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai yakni Keselamatan Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang mengkaji tentang pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 56 orang siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik penetapan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung, teknik komunikasi langsung, teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dan teknik dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman observasi, angket, pedoman wawancara dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Berdasarkan analisis data terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi kerja terhadap hasil belajar siswa, besarnya pengaruh dapat dilihat dari besarnya t_hitung kompetensi pedagogik 0,288 < t_hitung motivasi kerja guru sebesar 1,562

Abstract

In essence, the responsibility of education is a big and important responsibility. Because, in its operational setting, education is the provision of guidance, help and assistance from adults or people responsible for education to immature children. Basically, the responsibility for education starts from the family environment which starts from the child in the womb, then is born, gradually experiences growth and development, until the child becomes an adult who is aware of all his obligations, then the community, school, government and other institutions that have an interest. in education. This article describes the educational responsibilities of parents, teachers and society in order to guide and educate children so that they do not fall into hellfire by encouraging parents to pay attention to their families. So, parental education for the family can be a main and important concern in efforts to form people who believe and are devoted to God Almighty. Responsibility in terms of the Al-Qur'an and hadith explains that the family is responsible for each member of the family. This means that the family must play a role in realizing and making every member of their family into the people that Allah created them to be, namely as 'abdullahs/ servants who always dedicate themselves solely to Allah and become His caliphs in prospering the earth. So if the tasks leading to this direction are not carried out through family education, then Allah will threaten them with the torment of hellfire.

Abstract

This paper discusses the role of Islamic education within a multidisciplinary curriculum that integrates various disciplines to provide a more comprehensive understanding of Islamic teachings. This multidisciplinary approach is considered essential in addressing the challenges of modern times, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (IRE). By utilizing multiple perspectives, it is expected that students will gain broader and deeper knowledge not only in religious contexts but also in social, cultural, and scientific aspects. The research method used in this paper is literature review, where various academic sources and theories of Islamic education are examined to understand the application of the multidisciplinary approach in education. The findings indicate that a multidisciplinary curriculum in IRE can help shape students' character holistically, encompassing spiritual, moral, and intellectual dimensions.

Abstract

The authenticity of the Qur’an is a fundamental belief in Islam, that this holy book has been preserved from alteration since it was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad until the end of time. However, history records polemics related to differences in the companions’ manuscripts and criticisms from orientalists who questioned its authenticity. This article aims to reaffirm the authenticity of the Qur’an based on the interpretation of Q.S. Al-Hijr: 9. This research uses a library research method by reviewing classical and contemporary literature, both tafsir, hadith, and modern scientific works. The results of the study show that the authenticity of the Qur’an is not only theologically guaranteed by Allah, but is also historically proven through the tradition of Uthmani codification and the continuity of the memorization of the huffaz. In addition, Muslims have a great responsibility in maintaining the authenticity of the Qur’an through recitation, memorization, tadabbur, and the implementation of its teachings in everyday life.
