Abstract

Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai tiga tahap yang sangat penting, diantaranya adalah 1) Mendeskripsikan pengaruh Keamanan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. 2) Menguraikan pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja Tehadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. 3) Menjelaskan manakah variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrumen penelitian yaitu: wawancara (interview), observasi  (observation), dan daftar pertanyaan (kusioener). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Keamanan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene­ dan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majene. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keamanan Kerja dan Keselamatan Kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai yakni Keselamatan Kerja

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve ability quality security, occupational health and safety against the performance of an employe at the Office (OPD) disaster relief District of West Sulawesi Province of Majene. The purpose of this research was aimed to: analyse the influence of job security against the performance of an employe at the Office (OPD) Counter measure Bencana Regency of West Sulawesi Province of Majene, analyzing the influence of Safety against the performance of employees on Office (OPD) Counter measure Bencana Regency of West Sulawesi Province of Majene and outlines the influence of Safety against the performance of an employee at the Office (OPD) disaster relief District of West Sulawesi Province of Majene, as well as analyze that most independent variables which are the dominant influence on the dependent variables. The data used are the primary and secondary data. The population of the research was the entire corporate staff in Office Penanggulangan (OPD) Disaster Countries Majene West Sulawesi Province. The research is as many as 30 employees with sampling techniques. Data collection was done through kusioner, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression using SPSS program 24.00. The results showed in simultaan (together) shows the difference job security of 30.0%, occupational health of 43% compared with 88.5% Safety or on top of 0.05 is proving the influential third on performance Clerk at the Office of District disaster management (OPD) Majene West Sulawesi province. This indicates there is influence together job security, occupational health and safety against the performance of the Employee so that the purpose of this research through analysis, description and a description of the three variables can influence can match with the results of the analysis particularly in the Office of the District disaster management (OPD) Majene West Sulawesi province

Abstract

Bisnis harus melakukan pemasaran melalui media online, yang disebut marketing digital, jika mereka ingin bisnis mereka berkembang. Untuk memasarkan produk melalui media online, foto produk harus menarik agar target sasaran tertarik. Dalam pengabdian ini, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Majene, bekerja sama dengan Lembaga LPKP Mitra Rezky, berperan sebagai mitra. Sasaran pengabdian ini terutama ditujukan kepada pelaku UMKM di Majene yang bekerjasama dengan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Majene belum melakukan pemasaran melalui media online dan belum menggunakan foto produk untuk mempromosikan produk mereka. Dengan harapan untuk meningkatkan penjualan, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengajarkan para pelaku UMKM di Majene bekerja sama dengan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Majene tentang pentingnya pemasaran online dan cara menggunakan foto produk yang menarik sebagai penguat komunikasi pemasaran online. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab serta foto produk melalui ponsel. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab serta mengambil foto produk dengan ponsel. Pengabdian ini mendapat respons yang sangat positif dari mitra dan peserta. Pelaku UMKM menjadi menyadari pentingnya melakukan komunikasi pemasaran online dan dapat mengambil foto produk dengan ponsel mereka dan mengunggahnya ke media sosial seperti Instagram dan aplikasi lainnya.

Abstract

Background. The urgency of this research is developing an interactive media HOTS e-book based on the local wisdom in West Sulawesi. It is collaborative and participatory of interactive media HOTS e-book will improve interest in learning and motivate ESP students to master English skills. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to improve English language skills students orally and in writing, develop learning media with Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) combined with local knowledge of West Sulawesi. Method. The method of R&D was applied by using the DDDE (Decide, Design, Develop, and Evaluate) model which was chosen to develop this HOTS interactive e-book for ESP learners based on local wisdom at West Sulawesi. The small-scale trial of the HOTS E-book was carried out by experts of teacher, lecturers and also a large-scale trial was carried out by 46 students. The test subject was determined using the purposive sampling technique. The collecting research is carried out by providing questionnaire tests that have been collected descriptively. Results. Results shows that the ESP interactive HOTS e-book based on local wisdom, developed using the DDD-E model, meets the validity criteria with an average score of 3.89, is deemed practical with an average score of 3.67, and shows the effectiveness with 86.8% from the score test results of the ESP students at Unimaju. Conclusion. The ESP interactive HOTS e-book based on local wisdom in West Sulawesi, developed using the DDD-E model, is valid, practical, and effective. It equips lecturers and other educators with innovative tools to enhance critical literacy and critical thinking and promoting better learning outcomes for the local culture of West Sulawesi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of interest rates and service quality on customers' decisions to save at Bank BRI Topoyo Unit, Central Mamuju Regency. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires. This research was carried out at Bank BRI Topoyo Unit, Central Mamuju Regency with a sample size of 96 customers. Questionnaire data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the research show that interest rates have a significant effect on customers' decisions to save at Bank BRI Topoyo Unit, Central Mamuju Regency, service quality has a significant effect on customers' decisions to save at Bank BRI Topoyo Unit, Central Mamuju Regency and interest rates and service quality have a significant effect simultaneously on customer's decision to save at Bank BRI Topoyo Unit, Central Mamuju Regency. Abstract

This research aims to study how financial and risk management skills impact the financial literacy of MSME actors in West Sulawesi. Small and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) that contribute to the local economy face many problems, especially concerning effective financial management. This study uses a quantitative approach and collects data through a survey of micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) owners in various districts in West Sulawesi. Financial expertise and risk management variables contribute to financial literacy. This was measured through multiple regression data analysis. The results show that financial skills and risk management have a positive and significant effect on the financial literacy of MSME players. Financial skills provide a greater influence than risk management in influencing financial literacy. These findings have significant consequences for developing programs to improve the capabilities of MSME actors that focus on improving financial management skills and understanding of risk mitigation strategies. This research is expected to assist policymakers in making useful interventions to improve the financial knowledge of small and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) in West Sulawesi.

Abstract

Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitafi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Sapo Puding Cunit’s Mamuju. Metode penelitian yang akan dipergunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi adalah seluruh konsumen Sapo Puding Cunit’s Mamuju. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen Pada Sapo Puding Cunit’s Mamuju sebanyak 96 orang. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Sapo Puding Cunit’s Mamuju karena memperoleh nilai thitung 2,453 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,051 dan nilai signifikansi 0,021 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga hipotesis pertama yang diajukan diterima. Kemudian, inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Sapo Puding Cunit’s Mamuju karena memperoleh nilai thitung 2,947 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,051 dan nilai signifikansi 0,007 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga hipotesis kedua yang diajukan diterima serta digital marketing dan inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Sapo Puding Cunit’s Mamuju karena memperoleh nilai Fhitung 8,357 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel 3,34 dan nilai signifikansi diperoleh 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga hipotesis ketiga yang diajukan diterima.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1. To determine the effect of brand preference and product quality on consumer loyalty of Beat Street motorcycles at Astra Honda Motor, Mamuju Regency. 2. To determine the effect of brand preference and product quality simultaneously on consumer loyalty of Beat Street motorcycles at Astra Honda Motor, Mamuju Regency. This quantitative study has two independent variables and one dependent variable. The test tools used are 1) validity test, 2) reliability test, 3) multiple linear regression test, t-test (partial), and f-test (simultaneous). The sample used in this study was 96 respondents.. The research data processing used multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 24.0 to partially read the direction of independent variables' influence on the dependent variable using t-test and F-test. The results of the study showed that brand preference has a partially significant influence on consumer loyalty of Beat Street motorcycles at Astra Honda Motor, Mamuju Regency. Product quality partially influences consumer loyalty to Beat Street motorcycles at Astra Honda Motor, Mamuju Regency. The results also showed that brand preference and product quality significantly influence consumer loyalty to Beat Street motorcycles at Astra Honda Motor, Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how financial capability and financial experience influence financial decision-making with business sustainability as a mediating variable among MSME actors in West Sulawesi, with a particular emphasis on the creative sector. Although MSMEs play an important role in the local economy, they still face major problems, mainly due to a lack of financial knowledge and experience in managing businesses. Financial capability refers to understanding financial basics, controlling debt, and using financial instruments. However, financial experience is defined as the accumulation of practical skills gained from business management activities, which can impact the quality of financial decision-making. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting a survey of a number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in West Sulawesi that were selected purposively. The research tool is a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. In addition, to evaluate the relationship between variables, the data is analyzed using a structural equation model (SEM) based on SmartPLS. Research shows that financial experience and knowledge have a positive and significant impact on financial decision-making. Business sustainability is also shown to be a mediating factor. This is because financial experience and capabilities influence financial decisions. The results show that training and mentoring and sustainable managerial practices are very important for improving financial knowledge and enhancing financial experience. This research not only helps develop financial management theory, but also provides practical advice for local governments, financial institutions, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve their business sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan pengaruh motivasi berbelanja hedonik, gaya hidup berbelanja, dan tagline “Pengiriman Gratis” terhadap pembelian impulsif di pasar daring Shopee (mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Informatika, Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamuju). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling non-probabilitas untuk melibatkan 91 responden, yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Kualitas instrumen penelitian diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji parsial (t-test), uji simultan (F-test), dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Belanja Hedonis memiliki pengaruh parsial yang signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif. Gaya Belanja memiliki efek parsial yang signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif. Tagline “Pengiriman Gratis” memiliki efek parsial yang signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif. Demikian pula, Motivasi Belanja Hedonik, Gaya Belanja, dan tagline “Pengiriman Gratis” secara kolektif memiliki efek signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif, berkontribusi sebesar 61,9%, sementara variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini mempengaruhi sisa 38,1%. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi dan membuktikan bahwa Motivasi Belanja Hedonis, Gaya Hidup Belanja, dan tagline “Pengiriman Gratis” merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk Pembelian Impulsif di Pasar Shopee di kalangan mahasiswa KIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamuju.
